Erection of the following support through digging pits complete in all respect including cutting, making holes, fixing of all types of accessories as per RESSPO/REC drawing. (All type of clamps nut & bolt, washer to be provided by contractor.)

Providing & Fixing of Stone Pad (300x300x75 mm)

11 KV Single support of ST Pole 11mtr long.with X Arm, Pin insulator with all accessories as required.

11 KV Double pole structure on S.T. Pole 11mtr long complete with Top Channel, bracing & all other acessories as required

Erection of ST Pole (LT Line) including digging of pits, fitting of all accessories along with cartage & dragging from dump site to pit site.

Construction of T/F Plinth of size 2x2x1.5 m on a padding 0.25 M deeo in ground 1:5:10 cement sand and brick ballast on the top of padding brick work Ist class brick of 0.95 mtr height & 0.35 mtr wall will be constructed. Rest wall should be 0.23 mtr thick, brick work in ration 1:4 cement & cores sand in the hollow portion the sand should be filled from the ground level up to 15 centimeter below from the top of wall, cement, sand & brick ballasts should be filled up to 15 centimeter. Two nos. of channel 100x50 in length 1500 mm will be grouded, 0.35 CM. RCC will be done with cores sand, cement and stone ballast in the ratio of 1:2:4. The T/Fs plinth should be plastered on all sides 12 mm thick in ratio 1:6 by cement and cores sand. (All the material will be arranged by the contractor)

Placement of 11/0.4 KV T/F from dump site to newly constructed T/Fs Plinth & installation and commissioning of 250 KVA T/Fs of T/F Plinth and including jumpering with the system. (All the required materials as Al. Lugs Crimping Type for 250 KVA T/F, Copper L-piece 62x225x12 mm etc for above job shall be provided by contractor except T/Fs and LT PVC Cable)

Construction of retaining wall, fabrication & erection of Wiremesh fencing around Transformer with retaining wall & 01 nos. gate with locking arrangement made of MS Angle Iron of size 50x50x6 mm jointed with nuts and bolts. Wiremesh of size 10 swg rectangle type, its painting as per norms of RESPO. (All the materials will be arrangement by the contractor)

Earthing of Neutral of Transformer, Transformer body and double pole by way of boring and lowering of ‘B’ class G.I. Pipe 1.5” dia from ground up to the water level (Minimum 20 Mtr. Deep) with a solid cone at the lower end of G.I. pipe. Connecting and bringing out contineous G.I. Strip size 32X6 mm. from the cone to the ground surface where it will be connected with G.I. pipe clamp from which Transformer neutral, Body & D.P. connection being done by G.I. Strip.(All the materials will be arrangement by the contractor)

Constuction of masonry metalic type distribution pillar of size 1x1.5x2.5 Mtr. With supply & fixing of fabricated 4 Nos. doors (2ftx4ft) made of BP sheet of 18 SWG with locking arrangement, 2 Nos. straight MS angle 50x50x6 mm (1800 mm long) 2 Nos. 500 Amp. 300 Amp henely Type Tailess Fuse Unit, 3 Nos. coper bus bar of size 1000x50x6 mm and one No. alum busbar 1000x50x6 including all civil material required for work. All material shall be supplied by contractor.

Concreting of supports with cement, concrete (CC will be of cement coarse sand & Stone Grit) Grouting will be done with the help of wooden/steel formers in a block of size 450 mm x 450 mm x 1/6 of the full length of the support in the CC 1:4:8 ratio and plinthing of supports upto 300mm above ground level as per RESPO/ RES. drawing including back filling and proper ramming.

Earthing of supports with Earth Electrode 2.5 mtr. length including excavation of pit and driving M.S. Rod upto proper depth and connecting the earth electrode with the help of 6 SWG G.I. Wire and earthing lugs. RESPO/ RES. drawing.Earthing of each section pole is also to be done. (All type of clamps nut & bolt, washer to be provided by contractor.)

Laying stringing and sagging of LT Lines including all associated work with joint/jumpers and binding of insulator as required.(All type of clamps nut & bolt, washer to be provided by contractor.)

Proper Laying & Commissioning of (3x50/3x95/1x16) mm2 XLPE Aerial Bunched Conductor. Only ABC Provided by deptt.

Fixing of Single/Three Phase distribution boxes/Kiosk on the LT poles including all clamps and material required for mounting connections & sealing. Only distribution box Shall be supplied by deptt. (All type of clamps nut & bolt, washer to be provided by contractor.)

Fabrication, errection & commissioning of 10KVA/16KVA/25KVA/63 KVA/100 KVA Shiftting T/F on Double Pole/Single Pole with all accessories. (All type of clamps nut & bolt, washer to be provided by contractor.)

Supply and fixing of Allu. Lugs 160 sq. mm/120 sq. mm/240 sq. mm 4 no. All Material provided by contractor.

Dismantling of 10KVA/16KVA/25KVA/63 KVA/100 KVA T/F opening jumpers, LT cable and other accessories of T/F for Shiftting at new DP

Erection/fixing for 11 KV Stay set with stay wire 7/8 SWG and clamp as per RESSPO drawing including binding, clambing, clamping, tightening, and nozzeling etc. complete in all respect including its grouting in size 0.60x0.60x0.3 mtr. ratio 1:4:8 of cement, sand and concrete (CC will be of cement coarse sand & Stone Grit). (All type of clamps nut & bolt, washer to be provided by contractor.)

Laying, spreading, lifting, Stringing, jointing and final sagging of ACSR Weasal Conductor in accordance with profiles and sag chart including binding, jumpering and fixing of all accessories in 3 nos. conductor in parallel with PG Clamp binding wire etc as requested for job.

Guarding between two poles like single/double/Tri./Four Poles etc. to guard LT/11 KV/Telephone lines, Road/River Crossing etc. with G.I. Wire 6 SWG and G.I. Wire 8 SWG including fixing of guarding channel of requested site with clamps and nuts and bolts as per RESPO/ RES. drawing

Painting of following supports with one coat of red oxide primer and two coats of aluminum white paint of ISI mark and top danger portion of each support must be painted by providing two coat of Post Office Red Paint (1.5mtr upper portion of support.) Paint and material would be given by contractor to complete of job. (All materials to be provided by Contractor).
