Special Eligibility Criteria

   The Tenderer shall have valid ISO-9001 or latest certificate on the original date of closing of tender and a copy of same should be submitted along with the bid.

   Tenderer must have successfully supplied minimum 03 Nos. of similar trucks (minimum 10-ton) to Indian Railways/PSU/Central or State Government Departments during the last 03 years, reckoned from the original date of tender opening.Proof of supply shall be submitted in the form of PO copies along with PTC/Commissioning Certificate/Consignee Receipt Certificate issued by the consignee.

   The tenderer shall submit Performance Certificate of supplying similar item and the item covered by these Performance Certificates must have worked satisfactorily for at least one year from the date of commissioning as on the original date of closing of tender. The performance Certificate shall not be older than one year from the date of original date of closing of tender. The Performance Certificate issued after original date of closing of tender (in cases where tender closing date has been extended) are also acceptable; however, the item must have completed one year of satisfactory working after date of commissioning as on original date of closing of tender. The Performance Certificate submitted by the tenderer shall have been issued by the actual end user organization of the item, with their clear signature and address therein, in whose premised the item is installed and commissioned. Performance Certificates should preferably be as per Annexure A1 (attached at the end of this document).

   The vehicle shall fully comply with all applicable RTO norms, CMVR rules, emission standards (BS-VI) and Railway safety requirements.

   The tenderer shall carry out design, fabrication, mounting, and integration of the equipment on the truck chassis strictly as per the purchasers technical specification and drawings. Any deviation from the specified drawings and specification shall require prior written approval of the purchaser. The complete truck-mounted system shall be supplied as a ready-to-use unit after inspection and acceptance by the purchaser.
