NOTE 1. Erection and dismantling of boaring plant including all arrangement for the transportation of the boaring equipment to site of work from work from the store of contractor at site and back are to be made by contractor at his own cost. Pits for collection of water and water for drilling tubewell be arranged by the firm/contractor at site at his own cost and leveled after the completion of work.

NOTE 2. In payment of bore shall be made upto the bail plug plus margin (7% of main bore drilling or as actual as per field requirement whichever is less) required for sustaining the main bore.

Supplying, lowering of MS Pipe as per IS:4270-2001 including MS sockets having dimensions as per IS code duly welded with MS electrode to have extra strength to lower the pipe into tubewell bore.

Carriage of gravel for T/W. Lead up to 110 km.

Supplying & packing clay seal on the gravel in the annular space between the pipes assembly and the bore. The rate includes loading & unloading Charges & carriage from quarry site between gravel and local sand 3 mtr.

Pumping Machinery

Providing and installing Testing & Commissioning of One No. Electrically driven Submersible Pumping set of reputed make capable of delivering 572 LPM against a head of 84 mtr (17.50 BHP) along with including G.I. Column Pipe of suitable size 80mm=50 mtr (in 3 mtr lengths each with flanges, screwed and welded on both sides) rubber gaskets, nuts and bolts submersible cable 6mm2 = 100 mtr (reputed make) complete in all respect as per standard Specifications.

Rising main (Tubewell to OHSR & bye pass)

Providing, Laying, fixing & jointing of P.V.C. Pipes as per ISI-4985 (ISI marked with the prior approval of Engineer-in Charge) along the Trenches and laying the same in Trenches to correct alignment and gradients, cutting, jointing and testing complete including cost of earthwork in excavation and back filling complete as per specifications.
