Design, construction, erection, testing and Commissioning of MPS and following Components including O & M for 10 Years :- (i) Panel room of 30 sq. mtr. Covered area and PLC room including toilet block of 20 sq. mtr. covered area with RCC framed structure of brick work vitrified glazed tiles flooring, powder coated aluminum frame of size 100mm x 45mm of 10 gauge for chowkhat, 75mm x 45mm of 10 gauge for door frame, 45mm x 45mm of 10 gauge for window frame with 5mm thick glass AIS/Saint Gobain/ Modi Float. The toilet block shall be with one half staff urinal & one European W/C, one wash hand basin as per approved drawings. (ii) RCC inlet chamber, screen chamber, rectangular collecting tank suitable for 3.00 MLD average flow with peak factor of 3.0, landscaping of the campus, providing and installing 3 No. of 125.0 Mtr. Cube/ hour at 15 mtr. head each with suitable LT Panel equipped with all safety devices, automatic capacitor bank and submersible cable from LT Panel to pump sets complete in all respects. (iii) K-9 D.I. Pipe of suitable dia at MPS including welding and screwing of Flanges. ISI Marked D.I. fittings, Sluice Valves, Non return valves as per requirement even for bye pass arrangement complete in all respects. (iv) 3 Nos. CI Gear Operated Sluice Gate with SS spindle (SS 410) and seats (SS 304) (2 Nos for Screens and 1 no. for partition of collecting tank) as per design. (v) Supply and installation of 2 Nos. mechanical coarse screens of minimum length 6 meters for 3.00 MLD average flow with peak factor of 3.0. Note: 1. The connecting sewer of same diameter and material of construction, laid at adequate depth between existing sewers to newly constructed structures is included in scope of work. 2. All the infrastructure except construction of staff quarter, and path ways/ roads required to be executed at site to make the MPS functional is included in the scope of work of lump sum job. 3. All the Pumping Machinery, Panel Board, Level Sensor etc shall be controlled by PLC & SCADA and shall be synchronized with the PLC panels at MPS & STP site through broadband internet facility. 4. The size and quantities of all the above components will be as per approved Structural/ Hydraulic/ Mechanical/ Electrical Design to be approved by Department before actual execution of work including O&M of 10 year including 12 months defect liability period after trial run period of 3 months.

Sewage Treatment Plant “Design, construction, erection, testing & commissioning of 3.00 MLD capacity Sewage Treatment Plant based on Sequential Batch Reactor (SBR) Technology complete in all respect including Landscaping, MCC Panel Room & all other contingent Electrical, Mechanical, Piping & Instrumentation works. With PLC & SCADA Arrangement for STP & MPS along with Synchronizing it with each other including furniture & laboratory equipments as per detail given in the bid document and including following components including O&M for 10 years:- (i) 2 No. High Mast of 9 mtr GI Octagonal pole of 4 mm thickness (T=100 mm, B=200mm, Base Plate = 320 x 320 x 20 mm), Window at 500 mm from Base Plate with 4 No. LED energy Efficient lamps on each pole. (ii) Supply and installation of 1 No. MS Main Gate of 12 ft. wide main gate and 4 ft. wide wicket gate (total weight not less than 500 kg) at STP site. (iii) Providing and installing 2 No. centrifuges (1Working + 1 Stand bye) including centrifuge feed pump, all fittings, instrumentations, electric panel board etc. as per design complete in all respect including packing dry sludge in 20 Kg. bag and supplying the same to market Kisan Sewa Kendra or as directed by Engineer-in-charge within the lead as pointed at clause 4.4.5 of the NIT, including operation & Maintenance of 10 Years including one year defect liability period after trin run of 3 months.

CCTV CAMERAS Providing and Installing 6 CCTV Cameras 4 Cameras for STP and 2 Cameras for MPS) complete as per satisfaction of the Engineer– in- Charge, within 96 hours of signing the Agreement along with 90 days recording (DVR), 32 inch LED Screen, 16 Channel DVR at STP Site and 8 Channel DVR at MPS Site with connectors, cables, poles and power supply with online real-time output facility. The cameras at both the sites i.e. MPS and STP shall be synchronized at STP site. Cameras: i) At STP & MPS Site- 1 No. PTZ speed dome 360 degree 50X zoom camera, 3 No. 12mm lens size, 1 Nos. 3.6mm lens size. Make: - Sony/ Canon/Panasonic/ Samsung. CCTV Cameras should be installed and commissioned before starting execution of work including operation & Maintenance of 10 Years including 12 months defect liability period after trin run of 3 months.

Construction of HT / LT Panel room, PLC room, Centrifuge house, blower room and Lab cum office building including doors, windows & fittings with toilet block including all Sanitary fittings etc. as per drawings attached in DNIT at MPS & STP site covered area with RCC framed structure of brick work vitrified glazed tiles flooring, powder coated aluminium frame of size 100mm x 45mm of 10 gauge for chowkhat, 75mm x 45mm of 10 gauge for door frame, 45mm x 45mm of 10 gauge for window frame with 5mm thick glass AIS/Saint Gobain/ Modi Float Covered Area (600 sqm) including operation & Maintenance of 10 Years including 12 months defect liability period after trin run of 3 months.

SUB: Online Outlet Effluent Water Quality Monitoring System for BOD, COD, TSS, PH Supply, Installation, Testing, Commissioning, Operation and Comprehensive Annual Maintenance of effluent quality monitoring system at 3.0 MLD STP Muana for online (Continuous), measurement of P.H. Total Suspended solids (TSS), Chemical Oxygen Demand (COD) Biological Oxygen Demand (BOD) by single analyzer with various sensors (Spectral measurement in the UV- VIS range 200-720mm) performing reagent and chemical free analysis with automatic cleaning of censor, signal cables and power cables, local data acquisition and display of data on continuous basis for up linking the data to CPCB, HSPCB & PHED, TUV approved complete in all respect as per central pollution control Board (CPCB) guidelines for online continuous monitoring system for effluents and as contained in copre of work in the notice inviting tender: a). Multi-parameter measuring converter, for connecting up to 18 intelligent sensors cope including B analog inputs/outputs (4 input & 4 outputs) (0/4-20Ma), Wide-Range power supply optical COD/BOD and TSS prove with spectral processing of the UV-VIS range, for measurement in the outlet/effluent /of municipal waste water treatment plant of 3.00 MLD STP Muana with integrated with automatic cleaning. b). Robust digital PH/ORP sensor for PH/ORP electrodes, with built-in per-amplifier & temperature sensor with automatic temperature compensation (ATC) cable length 100 Mtr. (Minimun) c). Sensor adapter cable for all intelligent sensor, with IP 68 water proof. Connection to the intelligent sensor Net system cable length 100 Mtr. (Minimun) d) Data transfer to CPCB, HSPCB & PHED servers during 4 year of O&M after commissioning after 3 month trial period (including 1 year of defect liability period ) e). Providing GSM 3G, 4G Modem with mobile network connectivity including network charges for 10 years of O&M including 12 months defect liability period after trin run of 3 months.
