REPAIR/ MAINT TO CERTAIN NLB, TAXIWAY AND APRON AREA AT AF STN BKT

Demolition of brickwork or stone work/boulder masonary built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Brick work with old size fly ash bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius and setting in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Cement Concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for pavement of NLB/taxi track/runway/dispersal area as complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated / Demolished material exceeding 1.5 km but not exceeding 5.0 km and depositing where directed complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for in repair for hard core of broken stone or boulder of gauge not exceeding 63mm, deposited, spread and leveled in layers not exceeding 15cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface except material complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 100mm thick cement concrete design mix M-25 using 20 mm crushed stone aggregate as in pavings/hard-standing/NLB/Taxiway finished the concrete surface even and fair without using extra cement(laid in alternate panels with & including necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed.(Note: Concrete to be procured from RMC-M25 design mix only).

M & L for forming construction (dummy) joints 65mm deep x10mm wide filled with sealing compund grade 'B' complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for sand(Moorum Source Banda) filling in floors, 25 mm thick, spread levelled and rammed including watering and consolidating complete all as specified.

M&L for 100mm thick cement concrete (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base of floor/Pathway complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for factory made pre cast kerb stone of M-25 grade at or near ground level cement concrete in position to the required line,level and curvature,jointed with cement mortar (1:3) includiing making joints with or without grooves complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of new plastered/concrete surface/brick stone/kerb stone surfaces of any description not otherwise described, over 10cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of priming paints plaster coat including necessary rubbing with sand paper or grinded by hand grinder to achieve smooth and even surface complete.

M& L for finishing of concrete roads,pavements by brooming omplete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Pre-cast saucer drain of size 300mm x 300mm x 100mm for Pedestrian areas,parking area etc. Complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling PVC/Cement/CI pipes 50 to 110 mm dia including all fittings like bend,branch pieces, connectors, heel rest bend etc and removing from site complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 110 mm bore UPVC (SWR) pipe type B, single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints, laid in trenches or in floors, complete all as specified and directed.

M& L for rendering of external surface 15mm thick in CM (1:4) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces including uprooting/cutting of vegetation growth (maximum height upto three stories specified and directed (Note:- Below 10 Sqm Qty shall be executed throuth conventional method).

M&L for preparation of new plastered/ concrete surfaces of walls to achieve smooth and even surface and applying two coats of cement base paint over and including one coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

M& L for friction/slip/skid resistance field test of flexible portion of runway rigid pavement portion of taxi track & dispersal through approved Govt. labs or other Govt agencies or approved pvt labs complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for condition survey of rigid pavement i.e concrete portion of PTT both ends of runway with & including details taken of hair lines cracks, surface lining , map lining , epoxy area, difference in slab, minor cracks etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully switch board complete along with old MS rectangular sunk type box heavy/medium duty of size 8 to 12 module from the existing position along with switches sockets regulators etc by unscrewing from board by disconnecting electric connections without damaging existing circuit and conduit complete and reconnecting all connection after comletion of job with making good the disturbed surface to match the existing one complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully switch board complete along with old MS rectangular sunk type box heavy/medium duty of size 4 to 6 module from the existing position along with switches sockets regulators etc by unscrewing from board by disconnecting electric connections without damaging existing circuit and conduit complete and reconnecting all connection after comletion of job with making good the disturbed surface to match the existing one complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully switch board complete along with old MS rectangular sunk type box heavy/medium duty of size 1 to 4 module from the existing position along with switches sockets regulators etc by unscrewing from board by disconnecting electric connections without damaging existing circuit and conduit complete and reconnecting all connection after comletion of job with making good the disturbed surface to match the existing one complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for modular metal flush boxes and white cover plate with frame of size 6/8 module for mounting modular type switches /socket/fan/ regulator etc complete all as specified and directed. Make - Goldmedal/crabtree(havells)/L&T or equivalent
