Material and labour for disconnecting of 400 kVA transformer from sub station carefully after taking out necessary electrical connection and depositing to MES store yard all as specified and directed at site.

Supply , installing, testing and commissioning of indoor type step down transformer 11000/433 volts (at no load), AC , 3 phase 50 Hz , copper wound type complete with standard fittings, 11 KV 3 phase , LT 433 volts, 3 phase 4 wire with off load tappings on HT side to vary secondary voltage within limit, all as per IS: 1180 (with latest amendments) of capactiy 500 kVA.core type copper wound,oil immersed, naturally cooled, oil nature,air nature(ONAN) with external cooling tubes/fins delta connected on primary side (HV) and star connected on secondary side(LV) in accordance with vector symbol DYN-11(Vector group)with neutral brought out on secondary side (LV side ) and having tapping at +5% to - 10% in steps of 2.5% side to be changed by means of hand operated off load tap changer gear. the maximum temparature rise should not exceed 40 degree celsius in oil and 45 degree celsius in HV/LV winding when measured by resistance method after continuous full load run on an ambient temparature of 40 degree celsius. The transformer shall be IS 1180 marked energy efficient level-2 and shall comprise of the following :- (a) 3 Nos porcelain bushing with arcing horn on HV side suitable for 11 KV complete with bushing,copper rods, nut and washers. (b) One cable box on LT side (secondary side ) consisting of 04 No of porcelain bushing with copper rod , complete with nuts and washers with two numbers cable glands suitable for reception /taking out of XLPE insulated heavy duty armoured cable including glands, joints and jointing material complete.

(c) Oil conservator with filter type drain valve and oil level gauge (d) Dehydrating breather with first fills dehydrating agents (silca gel) (e) Thermometer pocket on tank cover (f) One number 100 mm dia, dial type thermometer, vapour pressure type having range 0-120 degree celsious wth metal guard having max perimeter reading tempreture indicator with resisting device for transformer (g) Two earthing terminal on tank cover to facilitate fixing of 32x6 mm GI earth strip for earhting of neutral and body (h) Rating plate and terminal marking plate (i) Oil level gauge (j) Oil drain filter valve (k) Lifting legs (l) Oil filling holes with cap/plug with connecting plate complete (m) Air release plug (n) Four plain solid cost steel detachable rollers (o) Extra bushing for neutral, outside LT cable box for proving independent earthig for neutral (p) First filling new and unused transformer oil IS-335/93(forth version) marked (make -HP/power oil or equivalent as approved by GE) filtered and tested dielectric strength at 2.5 mm air gap between testing electrode asper IS 335. Note: Certification of electric strength shall be submitted by the cotractor after filling the oil

Supply, laying, jointing and testing HT XLPE cable, cross section area 120 Sqmm, 3 core, 11000 V, screened, PVC 'E' grade insulated bedded, galvanised steel (heavy duty ) strip or wire armoured with aluminium conductor, pressure earthed system, conforming to IS 7098 (Part-1 ) 1977 and Part-II of 1985, laid in pipes / ducts / trenches, under floor and roads or fixed to wall etc including taking out old unserviceable cable, any type, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply,laying, commissioning and testing or passing through pipe, XLPE insulated, armoured, electric power UG cable (Heavy duty) with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade in duct / trenches for small length for extension/replacement of the defective cable two runs of nominal cross sectional area 300 sqmm 3.5 core including brass compression cable gland, terminal aluminium lugs etc making connection and testing complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) Earth work, Pipes, bricks for protection, mild steel clamp nut bolts and sand cushioning shall be measured and paid separately. (ii) Each run of 300 Sqmm cable shall be measured seperately.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth for laying of pipe, cable, foundation of electric pole etc and getting out in soft/loose soil, complete all as specified.

Returning, filling in including spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Removing surplus soil to a distance not exc. 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 Mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and spreading fine sand in trenches for cushioning of under ground cable/filling of cable ducts all as directed by Engr-in-Charge at site. Note:- Only punned thickness 18 cm shall be measured for payment purpose complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for MS tube light grade galvanised of size 100mm dia with all fittings and laid in trenches / under roads/ under floors/ fixing on poles and walls with clamps complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Laying Un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover class HV, type 1, flat, size 300 mm X 180mm x 40mm complete all as specified and directed. Note : The sample of precast concrete cable cover will be got tested from govt. approved lab as decided by GE and cost of testing is deemed to be included in unit rate of this item

Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate, electrode 60cm x 60cm x 6mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level, connected to GI strip 32 X 6 mm as earthing lead covered with 40mm bore GI pipe light grade by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel, connected to earthing test point, earth plate electrode surrounded by mixer of common salt and charcoal dust, including 20 mm dia GI watering pipe 'medium grade', funnel with wire mesh, earthing chamber with cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-1, RCC chamber cover 80 mm thick (1:2:4) type B-1, excavating & earth work all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR (Part-I) and testing on completion complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Length upto 7.5m of GI strip is inclusive in unit rate.

Material and labour for PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate for coping around the pole strut above ground level, foundation of stay etc. including neccassory form work and finishing the surface fair and even without using extra cement all as directed and specified.

Supply installation, testing and commissioning Main LT Feeder panel board , canopy type, outdoor type cubicle panel board suitable for 3 phase,4 wire 415 volt 50 hz factory febricated approved CPRI powder coated made out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet and MS angle iron sectiom 60X60X6mm frame with front and back openable double door system with locking arragement louver and air vent gasket for natural flow of air with canopy, with inner compartment made out of 2 mm the CRCA sheet duly compartmentalized for each MCCB's as incoming and outgoing with MCCB's, lockable arrangement with aluminium bus bar three phase and neutral of capacity of 1000 amp marked red, yelllow, black and blue inslulators, made of high strength insulated material suitable 1100 voltage all controll PVC wires shall be with 2.5 sq mm multistrand copper conductor and shall be properly bunched, tied, ferruled for proper indication , fixed on PCC foundation complete. Note:- PCC shall be measured and paid separately.

M &L for Cable jointing kit for 11 KV (earthed) grade cable for out door termination heat shrink type joint with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 120 to 300 sqmm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix danger notice plate of 1.6 mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enamelled white ,with letters and conventional skull and bone in postal red color and fixed with flat iron clamps, nuts, bolts , and washers of size 200mmx 150 mm for LT (Note:-the printing shall be hand written only stancils embossing shall not be allowed ,and size of letter shall be 50x10 mm (height x width .)

Supply and fix Lightening arrestor Non Linear metal oxide type conform to IS 3070 (part I) complete with all fittings transmission classes discharge Capacity 65 KA suitable for 11 KV out door type complete all as specified and directed including taking down the unserviceable LA. Complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Earthing complete with galvanized earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60cm x 6mm thick buried directly in ground to the depth of not less than 2.25 mtr below ground level with top edge of earth plate or a depth not less than 1.50 m below ground level connected to GI wire 4mm dia by means of galvanized bolts, nuts check nuts and washers and necessary excavation and earth work PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded brick aggregate for earth pit RCC cover , charcoal & common salt filled in alternate layers funnel with 20mm bore light grade watering pipe, 15mm dia GI pipe light grade for projection of earth lead, wire mesh and connected to earth point including testing on all as specified and shown in electric plate No 3 of SSR part I.
