SCH "A" PART-I (EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY)
Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 150mm thickness (below or above ground level) and and removal of unserviceable debris to outside of MD land complete all as specified and as directed.
Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for and taken on credit complete all as specified and as directed.
Cutting existing bituminous road surfaces to a depth not more than 150mm, and making good the surface with PCC 1:3:6, type C1, using 20mm graded stone aggregate to match to the adjacent surface after laying pipes / cable including removal of debris to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.
The cubical content of concrete provided to make good shall be measured for purpose of payment.
Surface dressing not exceeding 15cm including all grass vegetation, saplings, shrubs, brushwood, undergrowth, roots etc., and removing rubbish to outside of MD land in any type of soil complete all as specified and as directed.
Earthwork in excavation by mechanical means (hydraulic excavator) in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed within a lead of 50m in any type of soil complete all as specified and as directed.
Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and exceeding 1.5m but not exceeding 3.0m in depth for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc not exceeding 10 sqm on plan and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and as directed.
Earthwork is deemed to be carried out by manual method. However mechanised method may be adopted without any extra cost to the government.
Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm in any type of soil complete all as specified and as directed.
Plain cement concrete, type B1, 1:2:4, using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in copings, bed blocks and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating and necessary formwork complete all as specified and as directed.

Cutting the existing damaged cast iron / galvanised iron / ductile iron pipes in position, and inserting suitable specials to suit the same diameter, making joints and testing for water tightness of the following dia of pipes complete all as specified and as directed.
(a) Earthwork as required is deemed to be included in the rate quoted.
(b) CI/DI/GI pipes, CI specials like collar and lead / tyton joints as required shall be measured and paid separately.
(ii) 150mm bore of pipe.

Dismantling existing water tanks, exceeding 250 litres and not exceeding 500 litres, lowering and taken charge on credit and provision of rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top), three layered hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part-I of capacity 500 litres complete all as specified and as directed.
SCH "A" PART-II (REPAIRS TO PUMPSETS)
Dismantling the non functioning monoblock pumpset and motors of capacity upto 10 HP from foundation by opening of coupling and foundation bolts and transporting to workshop for repairing and reassembling after servicing and overhauling complete with oiling / greasing, lubricating the parts includng repair / renewal of worn out parts and spray painting with one coat of synthetic enamel paint of existing colour and writing SM/MES No with white paint and reinstallation, commissioning and testing on full load complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.
(a) Major defective spares replaced shall be measured and paid separately as supply only as given in list of spares here-in-after.
(b) Cost of consumables like grease, cotton waste etc., other minor items /spares such as nut, bolts washers, gaskets, paints etc which are not covered under List of spares but required for effective functioning of the plant shall be deemed to be included in the rate quoted.
(c) Digital photographic record of dismantling and reassembling of pumpsets alongwith motor shall be maintained and printout made part of Final Bill.
(d) Issue voucher and gate pass for taking out pumpsets and motors shall also be kept on record.

Dismantling the non functioning motors of centrifugal pumpset of following capacity / type from foundation by opening of coupling and foundation bolts and transporting to workshop rewinding with super enamelled copper winding of appropriate gauge and quality and insulated with varnish after removal of burnt out winding from slots with emery paper, including replacement of minor parts like worn out bush, bearing, shaft metalling / grinding and terminal lead for AC three phase, 415 volts grade, reassembling the motor commissioning and testing for full functionality, pumpsets of capacity upto 10 HP complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.
SCH "A" PART-III (EXTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION)
Twin dome integral LED aviation obstruction light, yellow painted comprising of die-cast aluminium housing. with heat resistant, clear thick glass and accessories with LED lamp as in repairs complete all as specified and as directed.
(a) Make shall be Bajaj Cat No. BGAV 302 LED or equivalent of makes as listed here-in-after.
(b) For all other mandatory requirements of LED fittings, please refer Particular Specifications here-in-after.
Test point terminal block made of gun metal or phosphorus bronze size 75 x 75 x 25mm drilled and screwed including 3 Nos 8mm dia 25mm long hex. head screw with porcelain insulator fixed on building as in repairs complete all as specified and as directed.
Air termination, single pointed aluminium rod 12mm dia and 300mm long as in repairs complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing of old earthing materials and taken on credit and provision of new earthing complete with galvanised iron earth plate electrode 600mm X 600mm X minimum 6mm thick, with and including earthing of 32mm x 6mm GI strip protected by 40mm dia GI pipe light grade upto a length of 7.5m. Taking up and down steel tubing and connections and taken on credit and provision of Steel tubing, galvanised, light grade, with all fittings such as bends, elbows, tees etc., and laid in trenches / under roads / crossings etc., of bore of pipe 40mm protection complete all as specified and as directed.

SCH "A" PART-IV (CLEANING OF RESERVOIRS AND WATER TESTING)
Getting of water samples of bore wells tested (physical and chemical analysis) by Govt recognised testing laboratories/institutes including collection of samples from various bore wells in clean sterlised bottles, transportation and collection and submission of report in triplicate complete all as specified and as directed.
Supply only of high strength calcium based granular chlorination chemical (Grade-I), white granules, passing through-100 BSS :1:1(+0.1)%, other insoluble calcium salts:1:1 (+0.1)%, dosage of 140 gms to 200 gms added to 1 lakh litres of water to achieve 1 ppm strength supplied in packs of 45 kg complete all as specified and as directed.
Supply only bleaching powder stable grade conforming to IS-1065 with minimum available chlorine percentage of mass 33.5% and slab percentage NIL complete all as specified and as directed.
Removal of existing old chlorine test kit and taken on credit and provision of new chlorine test kit with colour coded scale, all testing fitments, indicator solution of Orthotolidine solution in rexine finished box capable to test 75 samples complete all as specified and as directed.
Removal of existing old PH test kit and taken on credit and provision of new PH test kit with colour coded scale, all testing fitments, indicator solution of Bromothymol blue or Phenol red 100ml in rexine finished box capable to test 100 samples complete all as specified and as directed.
Draining out all water from Over Head Tank any height / staging, cleaning the internal surfaces by scrapping down / brushing and removing all silt, dirt, algae etc from walls, floors, washing / cleaning with water and bleaching powder and applying one coat of white wash to all internal surfaces of floor, walls and ceilings, preparing old steel surfaces and applying one coat of anti corrosive bituminous paint, such as on vent pipes, inlet, outlet pipes, ladder and one coat of synthetic enamel paint to MS pipe railing of the following capacities complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
(a) Rate quoted is deemed to include painting to obliterate labels using black paint same as existing dimensions and writing particulars etc using white paint with height of letters same as existing writing
(b) The contractor shall provide all mandatory safety and precautionary measures for the labour to work in heights, enclosed spaces and prevent asphyxiation.
(c) Digital photographic record of work carried out for each OHT shall be kept on record and printout made part of Final Bill.
(d) All dirt, muck and growth removed during cleaning shall be disposed off away from MD land.
(e) The contractor may use mechanical machinery in the cleaning process. However nothing extra shall be paid for the same.

Pumpout out all water from Under ground sump / storage tank / flood water storage sumps, cleaning the internal surfaces of by scrapping down / brushing and removing all silt, dirt, algae etc from walls, floors, washing / cleaning with water and bleaching powder and applying one coat of white wash to all internal surfaces of floor, walls and ceilings and one coat of cement base paint to all external surfaces including top surfaces of OH tanks and including preparing old steel surfaces and applying one coat of anti corrosive bituminous paint on all old steel surfaces such as vent pipes, inlet, outlet pipes, ladder of the following capacities complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
(a) Rate quoted is deemed to include painting to obliterate labels using black paint same as existing dimensions and writing particulars etc using white paint with height of letters same as existing writing and painting of hash markings of water level indicator.
(b) The contractor shall provide all mandatory safety and precautionary measures for the labour to work in enclosed spaces and prevent asphyxiation.
(c) Digital photographic record of work carried out for each sump shall be maintained and printout made part of Final Bill.
(d) All dirt, muck and growth removed during cleaning shall be disposed off away from MD land.
(e) The contractor may use mechanical machinery in the cleaning process. However nothing extra shall be paid for the same.

(a) Rate quoted is deemed to include painting to obliterate labels using black paint same as existing dimensions and writing particulars etc using white paint with height of letters same as existing writing.
(b) The contractor shall provide all mandatory safety and precautionary measures for the labour to work in enclosed spaces and prevent asphyxiation.
