Racking out old sealing compound from the old existing joints of size 20 mm wide and 15mm deep without distrubing the joint filler underneath including cleaning the joints portion throughly to ensure dust free using compressed air by air blower, and filling the existing joints with sealing compond grade 'B' after applying a coat of primer to vertical surfaces of concrete which are in the contract with the compound and finishing the joint properly leaving 3 mm gap from top surface of concrete complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Forming mortice holes, n exc. 50 cu cm for balusters, newels, rag-bolts, etc. and grouting with cement mortar 1:2 after balusters, etc. are fixedcomplete all as specified.
Material and labour preparing old treated steel surface of any description exceeding 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel , painting at any height and position including hangers/ building, complete all as specified.
Material and labour preparing new steel surface of any description exc 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer, painting at any height and position including hangers, complete all as specified.
Material and labour preparing old wood or wood base surface exceeding 10 cm width or girth not otherwise provided and applying one coats of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified.
Removal of existing wheel iron bottom of hanger doors including replacing of its bearing if necessary and refixing the same in the door all as directed by the Engr-in-charge including cutting/welding greasing oiling etc complete all as specified.
Fix in repair Wall Panem ( Internal/ external ) GI metal skin PUF panels. The thickness of PUF shall be 50mm. The PUF insulation material in the panel shall have fire retarding and self-extinguishing properties as per international standard. There should not be any gap between PUF wall panels, wall and roof by provision of suitable joining arrangement. Other details of wall panels are as follows:- (a) These panels are to be manufactured using high pressure dispensing machine of required capacity to inject specified amount of PUF chemical into the cavity of a full panel in one shot not exceeding 25 sec duration. The bulk density of PUF insulation should be 44 ± 10% Kg/m³ made from CFC free close cell polyurethane foam and the dispensing machinery should be kept with a PLC controlled panel for monitoring. The total thickness of the finished composite panel should be 51.2mm. The tolerance in the panel can only be on the plus side. (b) The outer and inner colour coated (RAL-1001) GI skin made from hot dipped galvanized steel of the panels should be 0.6 mm thick TCT (Total coated thickness).Each panel should be supplied pre-painted with a colour coating of 50 microns of architectural polyester on a minimum 175 gms/m² base of Zinc coating on the finished surface only for protection against scratches during handling and transportation. Base metal of GI skin CRCA should be as per IS-513 and grade of zinc coating will be 175 as per IS-277.
