Annual maintenance on Chamba Jhumar road Km. 4/00 to 8/960 for the year 2026-27 (SH P/L 30 mm thick Bitumenous concrete P/L Gr-III and thermoplastic paint)

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.275 kg per sqm (zero point two seven five ) kilogram per square metre) on the prepared dry and hungry bituminous surface cleaned with hydraulic broom as per technical Specification Clause 503 and as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying bituminous concrete with 100-120 (one hundred- one hundred twenty) TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 (seventy five) tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder at the rate of 5.4 to 5.6 (five point four to five point six) percent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 509 complete in all respects and as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government .

Providing and applying primer coat with Bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface with hydraulic brooms and spraying primer at the rate of 0.85 kg. ( zero point eight five kilogram) per Square Metre) of road surface using mechanical means bitumen emulsion pressure distributor complete as per MORD technical Specification Clause 502 or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rate including octroi, royality ,Malkana, toll tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of 53 to 22.4mm (fifty three millimetre to twenty two point four millimetre) size 75mm (seventy five millimetre) compacted thickness to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80-100 kN static roller in stages to proper grades and camber applying and brooming, stone screening type-"B" of size 11.2mm (eleven point two millimetre) nominal size at the rate of 0.18 cubic metre (zero point one eight cubic metre) per ten square metre to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading-III as MORD Technical Specification Clause 405 by mannual means including hauling of material in all leads, lifts as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rate including octroi, royality ,Malkana, toll tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing, and laying of hot thermoplastic road marking paint compound 2.5 mm (two point five millimetre ) thick including reflectorising glass bends @ 250 gram (two hundred fifty gram) Per square metre area thickness of 250 mm(two point five mllimetre) is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC-35 in accordence with Ministry of road transport specification (Latest revision) and IRC code. In width of 0.10 mm (zero point one zero meter) in centre lines/edge line and 0.15 m (zero point one five) metre on curves/ curve line including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts and as per directions and entire satisfaction of the Engineer -in-Charge. The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from strains and holes. The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government .
