TERM CONTRACT FOR ARTIFICER WORKS IN TECHNICAL AREA AT AF STN BKT

Term Contract for Artificers works to perform such services and execute such works upon the terms and condition contained or referred to in the tender documents and upon the conditions as may be demanded and as enumerated in the MES standard schedule of rates Part-I 2009 (specifications) and Part-II (Rates) of 2020 (hereinafter and in IAFW-2249 referred to as the MES schedules) together with amendment Nos 01 to 03 for Part-I and amendments bearing ser No 1 to 122 and including section 30 for Part -II (2020) as applicable to the above said schedules forming part of tender document during the period of 12 MONTHS from the date of ACCEPTANCE at the rates contained in the aforesaid MES Schedule. Note:- (i) Tenderer shall insert percentage at the 16th row and 4th & 6th column of this BOQ excel sheet. (ii) Tenderer shall refer and select the option excess (+) or less (-) sheet to quote the percentage above or below MES standard Schedule of rates Part -II (2020). (iii) Amount inserted by the MES under rate column and the total amount reflected in this page is approximate and for reference only being Term Contract. Separate orders as per requirement of work will be ordered. The work order is to be priced at rates given in SSR and adjusted by the percentage quoted by the contractor. (iv) Irrespective of quoted amount generated by the system in the BOQ, Acceptance of contract shall be made for the total estimated amount and percentage (Excess/Less) there to quoted by the tenderer. However, the total contract sum shall not exceed total estimated amount shown in BOQ.
