Platform of panel:- Platform for the panel with PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone ,15 cm thick in foundation ,brick work in CM 1:6 with sub class B old size bricks ,rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:6 on exposed surfaces and 100 mm thick PCC padding 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate on top and grouting bolts etc for panel. The platform shall be at a height of 45 cm above the nearest road level. The platform shall be constructed as per Manufacturer drawing and design.

M&L for Dehydration including filteration and cleaning of transformer / Voltage stablizer oil by dehydrating machine incl testing of sample before and after dehydration and filteration all as specified and directed . NOTE:- Contractor has to arrange the dehydration machine and testing kit without any extra cost to the deptt.

Supply & Filling /pouring of transformer / Voltage stablizer oil of low viscosity having dielectric strength not less than 60 KV complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE:- Dielectric strength test shall be carried out at site before poring/filling in transformers in the presence of Engr-in-Charge on the site.

Disconnecting the deffective stablizer of Capacity upto 250 KVA from incoming and outgoing cables and opening the stablizers for checking the defects, draining out transformer oil and carrying to workshop for repair and back to site including making connections and testing complete including replacement of gasket set unserviceable nuts & bolts, washer complete all as specified and directed by the Engr in Charge.
