Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side, up to seven story height made with 40 mm dia M.S. tube 1.5 m centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joining with cup & lock system with M.S. tubes, M.S. tube challies, M.S. clamps and M.S. staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it there after. The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with the building etc wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc. complete as per directions and approval of Engineer-in-charge. The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose. The payment will be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding.

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and lift up to 1.5 m, as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead.

Providing and fixing Red sand stone (40 mm thick) flooring over 20mm (average) thick base of combination mortar 1:1:1 (1 lime : 1 surkhi : 1 coarse sand), including pointing with combination mortar 1:1:1(1 lime : 1 surkhi : 1 coarse sand)

Providing red sand stone slab (40 to 50 mm) for roofing and laying them in Lime mortor 1:2 over wooden karries or R.C.C. battens or structural steel sections (Karries or battens or structural steel sections to be separetely), including pointing the ceiling joints with lime mortor 1:2 complete as per the direction of Engineer in charge.

Random rubble masonry with hard stones in superstructure including levelling with lime concete (1 lime:3surkhi:6 course sand) with 20 mm stone aggregate upto plinth level with lime mortar 1:1:1(1Lime: 1Surkhi: 1Coarse sand).

Stone consolidation-removing the loose/damaged stone and reconsolidating with new stone/reusable stone with lime mortar (1:2) wherever necessary. Careful re-fixing of the removed Stone Masonry by using rich lime mortor (if necessary by providing M.S. flat cramps, raking of joints & pointing as per site condition & instructions/guidance of engineer-in-charge).

Plinth Area Protection using Lime concrete around the building to prevent entry of water by dampness and capilary rise (Lime concrete 1:3:6 up to 100mm thick)

Providing and fixing ISI marked oxidised M.S. tower bolt black finish,(Barrel type) with necessary screws etc. complete (Copper oxidised as per IS 1378) 250x10 mm

Providing and fixing ISI marked oxidised M.S. tower bolt black finish,(Barrel type) with necessary screws etc. complete (Copper oxidised as per IS 1378) 250x16 mm

Providing and fixing ISI marked oxidised M.S. handles conforming to 1S:4992 with necessary screws etc. complete (Copper oxidised as per IS 1378) 100 mm

Providing and fixing bright finished brass butt hinges with necessary screws etc. complete : 125x85x5.5 mm (heavy type)

Steel work in built up tubular (round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.) trusses etc., including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc. complete. (a) Hot finished welded type tubes

Restoration of existing stone domes using random rubble stone masonry, including cleaning of the surface, removal of loose material, prepartion of dome profile, supplying and laying random rubble stones of approved quality, packing of voids, proper wedging, and pointing with specified mortar; restoration of weak/damaged portions while maintaining original curvature; raking of joints,curing, and drawings, specifications, and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolishing lime concrete manually/ by mechanical means and disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer- in-charge.

Ornamental plaster work with lime mortor 1:1:1 including creating all the details as per existing design pattern available at site over under layer plaster.

Demolishing stone rubble masonry manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge : (a) In lime mortar

Lime concrete with 12 mm nominal size brick aggregate and 50% lime mortar 1:2 (1 slaked lime: 2 surkhi ) rammed and finished with gur and belgiri treatment.

Supplying chemical emulsion in sealed containers including delivery as specified. Chlorpyriphos/Lindane emulsifiable concentrate of 20%

Treatment of soil under floors using chemical emulsion @ one litre per hole, 300 mm apart including drilling 12 mm diameter holes and plugging with cement mortar 1:2 (1 cement : 2 Coarse sand) with Chlorpyriphos/Lindane E.C. 20% with 1% concentration.

Providing, assembling and supplying vision glass panels (IGUs) comprising of hermetically-sealed 6-12- 6 mm insulated glass (double glazed) vision panel units of size and shape as required and specified, comprising of an outer heat strengthened float glass 6 mm thick, of approved colour and shade with reflective soft coating on surface # 2 of approved colour and shade, an inner Heat strengthned clear float glass 6 mm thick, spacer tube 12 mm wide, dessicants, including primary seal and secondary seal (structural silicone sealant) etc. all complete for the required performances, as per the Architectural drawings, as per the approved shop drawings, as specified and as directed by the Engineerin-Charge. The IGUs shall be assembled in the factory/ workshop of the glass processor.(Payment for fixing of IGU Panels in the curtain glazing is included in cost of item No.25.2) For payment, only the actual area of glass on face # 1 of the glass panels (excluding the areas of the grooves and weather silicone sealant) provided and fixed in position, shall be measured in sqm. (i) Coloured tinted float glass 6 mm thick substrate with reflective soft coating on face # 2, + 12 mm Air gap + 6 mm Heat Strengthened clear Glass of approved make having properties as visible Light transmittance (VLT) of 25 to 35 %, Light reflection internal 10 to 15%, light reflection external 10 to 20 %, shading coefficient (0.25- 0.28) and U value of 3.0 to 3.3 W/m2 degree K etc. The properties of performance glass shall be decided by technical sanctioning authority as per the site requirement.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for (a) Arches, domes, vaults up to 6 m span

Providing and fixing ACP sheet 4 mm to frame, backing or studding with screws etc. complete (Excluding Frames, Backing or studding) as per the direction of Engineer in Charge.

Applying breathable, non-reactive, antifungal, and water repellant Silane/Siloxane chemical as approved by Archaeological Survey of India/Engineer-in-charge, of approved brand and manufacture, diluted with solvent mineral Turpentine oil in the ratio of 1:12 (One part of approved chemical :12 Part of Turpentine oil), on the existing sand stone masonry surface with two or more coats to give uniform application of chemical on the surface, all complete as per direction of Engineer-In-charge (The rateis inclusive of all materials & labours involved except scaffolding).

Structural steel work in single section, fixed with or without connecting plate, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.
