Provision for purchase of good quality ISI make electric wheel chair.

Provision for installation of Braille Signage as per the approved design by the engineer-in-charge with all necessary accessories and charges etc. complete.

Debris clearance i.e. earth cutttting, stacking of loose bricks found during the operation of the structure.

Taking out damaged bricks and out of plumb ancient bricks carefully for re-setting after proper cleaning etc.

Renewing lime concrete in (1:2:4) of lime surkhi and brick aggregate mixing with organic material including beating up to 7 days to the floor and roof after removal of dead decomposed and deteriorated lime concrete

Provision for pointing & edging of the wall etc. with lime sand -surkhi mortar (1:1:1) mixing with organic materials after raking on the joints of wall surface including cleaning, washing etc. complete

Providing & fixing on roof pressed clay tile (Mangalore tile) of 20 mm nominal thickness and of approved size and as per approved pattern on steel frame work complete (steel frame work to be paid separately).

Providing & laying on roof pressed clay tile ridge (Mangalore tile) of 20 mm thickness and of approved pattern on steel frame work complete (steel frame work to be paid separately).

Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.

Finishing with Deluxe Multi surface paint system for interiors and exteriors using Primer as per manufacturers specifications: Painting Steel work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint to give an even shade. Two or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/10 sqm over an under coat of primer applied @ 0.80 ltr/10 sqm of approved brand and manufacture

Clearance of different types and nature of water Hyacinth, Aquatic weeds, repeated vegetation etc. from the ancient tank/ditch dragging manually with rope, bamboos, chains and other devices/tools & plants etc. making patches, cutting into pieces with the help ofknife/sickle/sews etc. as necessary and depositing and stocking in the marginal areas in regular form of bundhs or heaps with a lead upto 100 m and lift up to 2.5 m as per direction of Engineer-InCharge.
