Minor CIVIL Works:-Providing and fitting of scaffolding for safe execution of works in the lift well, pit, and machine room area; providing and fixing 03 Nos. load hooks of minimum 3-tonne capacity; construction of RCC pit buffer foundation in the lift pit; wall patch repair work including plaster restoration and white washing of lift well; providing and fixing of smoke window; motor channel grouting with non-shrink grout; and carrying out all other miscellaneous civil works required for proper completion of the job as per site conditions and directions of the Engineer-in-Charge, complete in all respects.

Automatic Voltage Stabilizer:-Servo stabilizer: Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Servo Stabilizer unbalanced type, Copper wound of capacity 15 KVA Three Phase with canopy. a) Input Range= (160 - 250 volts) b) Output Range= (415 V± 1%) c) Oil Cooled (the transformer oil will be fresh of first quality confirming to IS 335, 1993). d) Voltmeter for reading input & output voltage. e) Amp Meter for reading load current. f) Visual indication for input voltage beyond its specified range. g) Auto-manual switch for operating the stabilizer manually through push button in the event of some defect in the automatic circuit. h) Class of Insulation: A Class i) Speed of correction will be more than 10 volts per second j) Core used will be CRGO/92 grade lamination for minimum losses. k) The copper conductor will be 99.99% pure, electrolytic grade. l) The stabilizer will be supported on wheels for easy portability m) By-pass switch /Unload changeover switch suitable capacity.
