Dismantling of boarding in wall/ceiling, any description, fixed in any position with nails or screws complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. (Note: Taking down carefully old FTL fitting recessed mounted light fittings/ceiling complete with all accessories and making necessary electric connection, complete all as spd & directed by Engr-in charge.

Providing & Fixing flase ceiling with semi perforated 12mm thcik micro tengular edged with GRG (Glass Fibre Reinforced Gypsum) at all heights of size 595 x 595 mm of approved texture, design and patterns having moisture content less than 2%, humidity resistance of 99%, NRCO 0.50 to 0.75 as per IS 8225:1987, Noncombustible as per BS 476 (part 4)-1970 and light reflectance of 85% (minimum) to be laid in true horizontal level suspended on interlocking metal T-Grid of hot dipped galvanised iron section of 0.33 mm thick (galvanised @ 120 grams per sqm including both sides) comprising of main T runners of size 15x 32mm of length 3000mm, cross T of size 15x 32mm of length 1200mm and secondary intermediate corss-T of size 15 x 32mm of length 600mm to form grid module of size 600x 600mm, suspended from ceiling using galvanized mild steel items (galvanizing @ 80 grams per sqm) i.e 50mm long, 8mm outer diameter M-6 dash fasteners, 6mm dia fully threaded hanger rod upto 1000mm length and L-shape level adjuster of size 85x25x2mm.

Galvanised iron perimeter wall angle of size 24x24x0.40mm of length 3000mm to be fixed on periphery wall/partition with the help of plastic rowl plugs at 450mm center to center and 40mm long dry wall wood screws. The work shall be carried out as per specification, drawing and as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 9mm thick pre-laminated particle board, interior grade, prelaminated one side with decorative choice lamination and other side balancing white lamination fixed with screws/nails to timber frame work in wall portion all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 4mm thick 3 Nos of ply veneered decorative plywood grade1 (with BWR, resin) with one side of decorative veneered face fixed with screw to timber frame work in ceiling/wall complete.

Dismantling of timber scantling in fillets, posts, rafters, purlins etc under 40Sq. Cm in section complete in framed work.

M&L for 2nd class hard wood timber scantling plain fillets square, rectangular in section area exc 13 Sqcm and not exc 25sqcm secured with nails complete.

M&L for 2nd class soft wood fillets sectional area exc 3 and n exc 6 sqcm rectangular or triangular in section but bullnosed, splayed, chamfered or rounded on one edge of face, secured with nails or brads, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of new or previously untreated wooden surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint (1st grade quality) over a coat of pink primer complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down of chowkats with shutter (without taking of shutter from frame) n exc 1.5 Sqm each complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F of 30mm thick, flush shutters, solid core construction, with block board core and plywood face panels, commercial type on both sides, fitted to chowkats complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F for 30mm thick 2nd class hard wood glazed and skelton shutters, open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauze, etc. (without sash bars), edge of framing plain, chamfered or rounded, fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass etc. sizes of members of shutters as specified in SSR Part-I, Section 8, clause 8.24 (a) completed.

S&F of 100mm size, butt hinges, cold rolled steel with screw, medium weight , ISI marked complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F of 75mm size, butt hinges, cold rolled steel with screw, medium weight , ISI marked complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repair of 125mm long Aluminium, anodised, barrel tower bolt, fixed with screws complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repair of 125mm size, extruded aluminium alloy handles fabricated type anodised complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F of 250mm long, stainless steel, sliding door bolts, plate type, with bright bolt not less than 12mm dia with and including a minimum of 6 bolts and nuts, four on bolt plate and two on staple plate and fixed complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of Cement Concrete (Unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n exc. 15cm thickness (below or above ground level), as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Plinth protection 75mm thick in PCC type C2 1:3:6 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) laid and finished even and smooth at top without using extra cement and providing joints throughout the thickness and filled with bitumen 85/25 grade mixed with sand. complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair of aluminum body door closer (extruded section) hydraulically regulated, designation No. 3, universal type, suitable for door shutters of 851 to 1000 mm in width and of weight between 61 to 80 kg and fixed complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Hacking out old broken glass (any thickness, size, quality or description) from wooden frames or stone, concrete or brick surrounds, glazed with putty or fixed with beads complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Hacking out old broken glass (any thickness, size, quality or description) from from metal frame including punching or drilling out old glazing pins/spring clips and providing, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F of 4mm thick sheet glass, ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty and glazing pins in square n exc 0.5 sq. m in each pane complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F of 4mm thick figured glass, pin head type and glazing with oil putty and glazing pins in square n exc 0.5 sq. m in each pane complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding ( but not backing) removing dismantled tile and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Coloured Non Skid Ceramic tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tiles exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including screed bed 15mm thick in CM 1:6 all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Coloured Glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surfaces of size 450mm x 350mmx 7mm thick over and including 10mm thick bedding layer in CM 1:4 , set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling plain or corrugated steel sheeting any gauge thickness, including nainital or similar pattern roof covering, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Galvanised corrugated mild steel sheeting 0.50mm thick with two corrugation side lap, fixed with coach screws and washers as in roofs, walls etc, complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an approved colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified and directed.

S&F in repair for SDC Laminated flooring 8mm thick of any coloured, manufactured by Direct Pressure Laminated (DPL) wherein the empty Abrasive aluminium oxide overlay alongwith metamine impregnated decorated film is directly fused with the back with flooring locking profile in designed with double click locking system on the length and single locking width alongwith desire locking strength laid over 1mm thick foam base, complete including removal of existing flooring, all as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.
