Repair to pot holes any depth, not exc 1sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, path, etc cutting around edges to at least 25mm in depth, making good by filling in screened and graded road metal, watering and well ramming (including supply of road metal) complete all as directed.

M & L for preparing existing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with broom and finally fanning the cleared surface with air compressor to remove all loose dirt etc and applying evenly a priming/tack coat with paving bitumen primer VG-10 grade at the rate of 5 Kg per 10 Sqm complete all as directed.

M&L Bituminous premixed semi dense asphaltic concrete 40 mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content (VG-30) by weight of total mix prepared in hot mix plant and spread with mechanical paver machine and rolled to required camber and gradient complete all as directed.

Material and labour for preparing bituminous surfaces of road and marking 2.5mm thick painting centre line, arrow, dashes, letters etc not exc 10 cm wide on roads pavement with hot applied thermoplastic roads marking paint of approved colour confirming to BS 3262-1989 with special applicator machine as per manufacturers instruction complete all as directed.

M&L for providing cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 (Using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping bed block,water troughs and similar works including weathering slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating and including necessary form work complete all as as directed.
