Earth work in excavation by manual means in trenches for foundations, drains, pipes, cables etc. (not exceeding 1.50 mtrs in width) and for shafts, wells, cesspits and the like not exceeding 10 sqm on plan, depth upto 1.50 mtr. Including disposal of excavated earth upto 1 mtrs from cutting edge, disposed earth is to be levelled and neatly dressed in: All kinds of soil.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centring and shuttering – all work upto plinth level.1:5:10 (1 cement: 5 fine sand: 10 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size)incl. All carriages loading, un-loading stacking etc complete.

Centring and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for: Foundations, footings, bases of columns etc. for mass concrete.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centring and shuttering – all work upto plinth level. 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2course sand: 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size)

Providing and fixing of R.C.C. posts including all carrages

1.2m high fencing with 1.8m R.C.C.posts of standard design placed every 3m apart, embedded in cement concrete blocks, every 15th post, last but one end post and corner post shall be strutted on both sides and end post one side only, provided with nine horizontal lines and two diagonals of barbed wire 9.38 kg per 100 metres (min) between the two posts fitted and fixed with G.l.staples on wooden plugs or G.l. binding wire tied to 6 mm bar nibs fixed while casting the post (cost of .R.C.C.posts,struts,earth work and concrete to be paid for separately): With M.S. barbed wire.
