Taking down cement plaster from inside/outside of existing septic tank/manhole/walls etc including racking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water and removal of rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 inside and outside wall of manhole of brick work/ concrete surface finished even and smooth (without using extra lime or cement) using WPC as per manufactures instructions complete all as specified & as direcetd. Notes: (i) WPC shall be measured and paid for separately as 'Supply only' item. (ii) WPC to be mixed @ 200ml per 50 Kg bag of cement all as manufacturers instruction.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound.

M&L preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls etc., and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No-27 here-in -above but except bricks. Note :- Old serivceable bricks obtained from Srl No 26 shall be reused after proper cleaning.

Demolition of cement cocrete (unreinforced) not exceeding 15 cm thickness (above or below ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC 1:4:8, type C-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in surface channels and drains complete all as specified and directed.

M&L extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, mounds, mitred/stopped end etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Demoletion of reinforced cement concrete (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demoletion of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

M&L RCC 1:2:4, type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) precast cement concrete cover slab for manhole and similar article with plain face, set in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and direceted.

S&F deformed or twisted TMT bars 8 mm dia cut to length bent to shape required including cranking binding with MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling posts or struts R.C.C. section, including taking out embedded portion & making good disturbed ground embedded in Concrete, brick work, masonry, etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L plain cement concrete 1:3:6, type C-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggergate) in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rouinded for chamfered angles and throating, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel work as in posts or struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire etc flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc) including all necessary bolting or riveting etc and similar work confirming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F tie bars with screwed ends, nuts, washers and mild steel paltes for walls, chimneys, roofs, arches, etc. king rods and straining bolts conforming to Fe 410-0 or Fe 310-0 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, exceeding 5cm but not exceeding 10cm long diameter of the neck in 5mm to 10mm complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel round bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only mild steel chain link fencing, galvanised any size and type as specified and directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provission of binding wire complete all as specified and directed.

S&F galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails strainging bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or stel pins, etc. complete all as specified and directed. Note: Each line of wire to be measured.

M&L preparation of new steel surfaces of any description, over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over primed steel surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons, dados etc laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar and removal of rubbish off the site complete all as specified and directed.

M&L crushed sand filling under precast interlocking paver blocks and all other similar works complete all as specified and directed.

M&L machine presssed precast concrete interlocking paver block of any shape and size confirming to IS 15658 -2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 Grade with grey cement and no pigment laid over sand cushning including compaction of paver blocks using surface vibrator complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Sand cushioning shall be measured and paid for separately.

M&L PCC 1:3:6, type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundations bed of brick drain mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L brick work with sub class 'B' bricks, class designation 100, in half brick thick walls, straight or curved to any radius, built in cement mortar 1:4 including flush pointing in same mortar as the work proceeds complete all as specified and directed.

All as per ser item No. 53 here-in-before but except bricks. Note :- Old serivceable bricks obtained from Srl No 26 shall be reused after proper cleaning.

Raking out joints/ pointing to masonry or brick-work in single detached joints for flashing, etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L flush pointing in cement mortar 1:4 on brick work of drains etc complete all as specified and directed.
