M&L for Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60mm thickness, M-35 Grade fixed with grey cement and no pigment laid over nad including layer of sand cushion 25mm thick.

Demolition of PCC in ground floor and paving n exc 15 CM thickness(below or above ground level)

M&L PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 40mm using graded stone aggregate as in sub base of flooring, 100 mm thickness.

S & F in repair stainless steel kitchen plate rack of overall minimum size 750 x 600 x 225mm & Min weight not less than 5kg with partitions for small/ large plates etc made out of stainless steel 24 gauge, fixed with rawl plug and CP steel screws complete all as specified & directed.

S&F as in repair 15mm bore bib tap fancy type ,cast copper alloy, with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed down, screwed for iron pipe or for brass ferrule complete all as specified & directed.

S&F PVC water storage tank cover for capacity exc 250 ltr but not exc 500 ltr including driling & fixing nut and bolts complete all as specified & directed.

Demolition of PCC in roof covering. Kerbs, roof kerbs, benching, coved fillets etc including old decayed water proofing tratment of any type all as directed by Engineer - in charge.

M&L for surface preparation by removal of all loose particle to ensure clean, smooth and dry surface and laying 25mm thick PCC type B-0, ( 1:2:4) using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate finished even & smooth without using extra cement to cover negative slope into prop with WPC @ 3% weight of cement. (Note : Water proofing compound shall be paid and measured saprately.)

M&L rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar (1:3) on concrete surfaces to receive water proofing treatment finished even and fair complete all as specified & directed.

The surface shall be painted with one coat of polymeric primer @ 0.40 kg per sqm conforming to IS: 3384 and a coat of bitumen grade 30/40 @ 1.20 kg/ Sqm below the layer of APP based polymeric memberance.( 3 mm thick minimum weight not less 150 gms ) and Side over lap shall be 75 mm and ends shall be 100 mm and all over lap and joints insert upto thr ht 150 cm vertical surface imbeded in wall and finifhing in CM 1:3 , embeding membrane into spout pipe , roof down ward facia and shall sealed by torch application with bitumen 30/40 grade, coved filled in PCC (1:2:4) type B-0 of radious 75 mm at roof junction,parapet wall and other vertical surface complete all as specified Applicatiion of polymeric memberance shall be torch application all as per manufacturer instructions.

M&L preparation of APP based polymeric surface and applying two coat of aluminium paint complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for wash stone grit plaster on exterior walls in two layers, under 12mm thick plaster in CM 1:4 furrowing the under layer with scrtched tool, applying cement slurry on the under layer 3kg /sqm, top layer 15mm thick cement plaster 1:1.5/2 ( one cement 1.5 sand 2 stone chipping 10mm nominal size) in panel with groove all aroung as per approved pattern incl scrubing and washing, the top layers with brushes and water to expose the stone chipping complete all as specified & directed.

S & F 35mm thick factory made plain, framed, paneled door shutters kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated second class, hardwood (two panels) with lock rail and panel of 9mm thick BWP commercial marine grade ply wood bonded with high quality liquid phenol formal dehyde synthetic resin adhesive confirming to IS-710. The size of rails and style shall be as per IS-1003.

S & F 35mm thick factory made second class hardwood glazed and skelton door shutter kiln seasoned and chemically treated, open rebated and prepared to receive glass/ gauge etc (without sash bars), edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded, fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass, etc complete. The size of members of shutters shall be as specified in MES SSR Part-I.

S & F solid PVC door frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with MS square tube of 1.25 mm thickness suppling & fixing in opening as per specification & drawing.
