Excavating in trenches in soft/loose soil, n.exc. 1.5 m wide and n.exc 1.5 in depth, for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cess pits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n.exc. 10 Sqm on plan and n.exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out complete all as specified & directed.

All as per item No 1 above but exc. 1.5 m but n.exc. 3.00 m in depth

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' old size burnt bricks, class designation 75 kg/cm², built in cement mortar (1:6) straight or curved on plan exc. 6 m mean radius complete all as specified & directed.

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes, 150 mm internal dia (Salt glazed stoneware, AC or reinforced concrete) set in cement mortar including haunching and bed concrete complete all as specified & directed.

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes, 300 mm internal dia (Salt glazed stoneware, AC or reinforced concrete) set in cement mortar including haunching and bed concrete complete all as specified & directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and paving n. exc. 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) and removing from site all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (reinforced) of any description and any thickness complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:3:6 type D-2 ( using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in bed to drain pipes of size 150 mm bore, including packing under & haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested complete all as specified & directed.

S&F 150 mm Slat-glazed stoneware drain pipes, grade A, laid in trenches and joints complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for providing reinforced concrete pipes , class NP2 laid and jointed complete with collars 300 mm dia (internal) laid in trenches & jointed etc. complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregates) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete all as specified and directed.

Taking down Cement plaster, any description on brick/Block or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc. complete all as specified & directed.

M&L 15 mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 with water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instruction, finished even & smooth complete all as specified & directed. Note :- Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately.

S&F in repairs SFRC manhole cover size 600 mm dia x 70 mm thick with frame set in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed . Note: -Contractor shall provide manufacturer's test certificate of SFRC cover & frame

S&F in repairs SFRC manhole cover size 750 mm x 750 mm x 65 mm thick with frame set in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed . Note: -Contractor shall provide manufacturer's test certificate of SFRC cover & frame

S&F in repairs steel fibre reinforced (SFRC) Gully trap cover with frames of size 300 mm x 300 mm x 50 mm thick set in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified. Note: -Contractor shall provide manufacturer's test certificate of SFRC Gully trap cover.

S&F 110 mm dia PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls including suitable clamps complete all as specified & directed.

Supply only integral water proofing compound.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in cills, steps, bands, copings, bed plates, blocks for inserting hold fasts etc. and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in surface channels, drains (forming fair finished channel shall be measured and paid for separately) complete all as specified & directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete using extra cement including forms, moulds mitered/stopped ends, etc. complete all as specified & directed.(Inner girth only measured)

Returning, filling in (soil), including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25 cm complete all as specified & directed..

Removing excavated material (soil) exc 5 Km and depositing where directed at a level n.exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified & directed.

Dismantling cast iron work of any description and removing from site all as specified and directed.

S&F Mild Steel framed work such as grills, gratings etc., with ends of bars, drain covers shouldered and or riveted or forged into spikes, framed guard bars barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work con- forming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 complete all as specified & directed.

Cutting into existing manholes for connecting new drains of 150 mm internal dia, making good to pipe and rendering, cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel ( ½ round or 3/4 Section) in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 smooth finished and reforming benching as required.

All as per item No. 28 here-in-before but for pipe 200 mm.

S&F PVC (SWR) gully trap 125/110 mm, setting and jointing with solvent cement all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair 100mm Salt-glazed stone ware drain pipes, Grade 'A', laid in trenches and jointed in PCC haunching 1:3:6 type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone agg) complete all as specified & directed.
