Supply and application of High Performance-Flexible Growth Medium (HP-FGM) (Maccaferri / Rhoda cognax or equivalent make) which is 100% biodegradable, composed of 100% recycled, thermally refined (within a pressurized vessel) virgin wood fibers, crimped interlocking biodegradable fibers, mineral activators, and wetting agents (including high-viscosity colloidal polysaccharides, crosslinked biopolymers and water absorbents) along with standard prescriptive agronomic formulations such as fertilizer, extended-term dyes, soil pH modifiers, bio stimulant materials and seeds which is hydraulically-applied for Erosion control and faster growth of Vegetation.Rate of application of medium is 0.32 kg per sqm( ie., 0.15 kg /sqm for Pre Mulching & 0.17 kg/sqm over BSM and below RECP)
Supply and application of Biotic Soil Media (BSM) (Maccaferri / Rhoda cognax or equivalent make), a combination of recycled Thermally Refined bark and wood fibers with a proprietary blend of biopolymers, biochar, seaweed extract, humic acid, endomycorrhizae and other beneficial constituents. All components of the Biotic Soil Media blend shall be of naturally derived and renewable, and engineered to optimize moisture retention, growth and establishment of vegetation. BSM is applied hydraulically over soil substrate to add organic matter so as to enrich soil nutrients prior to application of HP-FGM.Rate of application of medium is 0.504 kg/Sqm.
Supply & install Gabion structure with Mechanically Woven Double Twisted Hexagonal Shaped Wire mesh Gabion box (Maccaferri / Rhoda cognax or equivalent make) with 2m wide tail as per IS 16014:2012, MORTH Clause 2500, of required size, Mesh Type 10x12 (D=100 mm with tolerance of ±2%) Zinic + PVC coated, Mesh wire diameter 2.7/3.7 mm, mechanically edged/ selvedged with partitions at every 1m interval and shall have minimum 10 numbers of openings per meter of mesh perpendicular to twist, tying with lacing wire of diameter 2.2/3.2mm (ID/OD), supplied @ 3% by weight of Gabion boxes, filled with soil filled Geo Bags (300 GSM Polypropylene (PP) Geo Bags of size 1.03 x 0.7 m), as per the approved GFC drawing, all complete as per directions of Engineer-in-charge.
Placing of 100 % polyethelene Staple Fibre Needle punched Non-Woven Geo-textile as perMoRTH clause No.700 (FifthRevision) at site store maintainedby contractor. It shall becharacterized by high strength,maximum width (6m) & UVresistant itself without UVinhibitor. It shall be resistant tocommonly encountered soilchemical, mildew & insects, &shall be non-biodegradable etc.complete as per specifications &as directed by Engineer. (Maccaferri / Rhoda cognax or equivalent make)
Supply & fixing high strength ring net panels, comprising of 7.5 mm ring cable dia and minimum tensile strength of net 150 kN/m with a minimum breaking load of cable 75 KN with ring dia 350 mm and heavily Zn coated, including top and bottom support rope and accessories including safety, all other ancillary works, material, machinery, labour etc. complete as per technical specifications or equivalent or of higher specification and as directed by Engineer etc. complete. Supply & fixing secondary netting for arresting small boulders, mechanically woven double twisted hexagonal shaped steel wire mesh size 100mm x 120mm, 2.7/3.7 mm (+/- 5mm) diameter steel wire with Zn+PVC coating having tensile strength of 500 N/Sq. mm including top and bottom support rope and accessories including safety, all other ancillary works, material, machinery, labour etc. complete as per technical specifications or equivalent or of higher specification and as directed by Engineer etc. complete. (Maccaferri / Rhoda cognax or equivalent make)
Supply, drilling, installation and grouting of geo barrier ground anchor of the specified length Fy>= 400 KN. The rate shall include costs of all materials, labour, equipment etc. required for the complete job. epoxy coated square base plate, hexagonal nut, PVC spacers to be provided at necessary intervals to place the bars in the center and grouting with shrink proof/ cement admixture for full length, including all material, machinery, labour etc. complete as per the design and direction of engineer in charge and as per the approved design & work methodology from IIT/NIT. Preparing & providing Structural Design and Drawings of proposed Structure for stability of slopes including soil investigation, survey and material testing required for the design purpose at operational area of airport as per Layouts/Plans/Drawings provided by AAI after investigating the existing location. The contractor shall submit 3 sets of structural design and drawings to the Engineer-in-Charge for vetting from any NIT/IIT . The fee / charges for vetting shall be paid by the contractor. In case any clarification / modification in design/drawing is required during vetting or during the course of execution of work, it shall be got done by the contractor through the consultant for which nothing extra shall be paid. After vetting/approval of structural design & drawing, 3 (three) sets of good for construction drawings showing all relevant details duly signed by the consultant shall be submitted to the Engineer-in-Charge. Rate quoted by contractor shall be for complete job including structural design, drawings, vetting charges, site visits by consultant, modifications, submission of required nos. of copies of reports. Nothing extra shall be payable over and above the quoted rate.
