Excavation over areas not exceeding 1.5 m deep and getting out in hard/dense soil, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. .

Excavation over areas exceeding 1.5 mtr & not exceeding 3.0 mtr deep and getting out in hard/dense soil, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. .

Surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm deep and averaging 15 cm deep and getting out in hard/dense soil, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide & not exceeding 1.5 mtr in depth as in foundation, drains, laying/taking out pipes or cables etc, or for shaft, well, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5 mtr in depth and getting out in hard/dense soil, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. .

Removal of excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for Hardcore of broken stone or boulders of guage not exceeding 63mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick, watered and rolled/rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M & L for 100mm thick, Plain cement concrete, 1:5:10, type E-2 (using 40mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregates) as in oundation, sub base of floors, finished the surface even and rough to receive top layer of floors, etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling of Plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down chowkats or frames with shutters (without taking of shutter from the frame) exceeding 1.5 sqm but not exceeding 4.0 sqm each including making good the disturbed portion of wall etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: Any cutting and pinning, making good to walls & finishings shall deemed to be included in quoted rates.

M & L for Providing precast cement concrete1:3:6 type C-1, (using 20 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregates) in window or door cills, lintels, bressumers, steps, quoin blocks (for use with masonry), string courses, copings. kneelers, apex stones, pier caps, columns, posts, boundary pillars, bed plates, pintle blocks, ancho-rage blocks, bonders (for stonewallin), corbels, brackets, etc. (of any section indicated), with plain fair faces, including cham- fers, weatherings, throating etc. and setting in mortar complete with joints to match complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Precast cement concrete, 1:2:4 (type B-1) (using 20mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate) in landings, cover slabs (for man holes etc.) chullah hoods, chajjas, water troughs, mangers, shelves and similar articles with plain faces and set in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: Any formwork required in this work shall deemed to be included in quoted rates.

M&L Precast cement concrete, 1:3:6 (type C-1) (using 20mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate) block mansonry with solid blocks, exceeding 10cm width and set in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L 2nd class soft wood, plain, solid, straight chowkats and frames, wrought, framed rebated on the solid, rounded or chamfered put together with glue pinned at joints, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F mild steel work as in Bands, straps, supports or stays for rainwater, ventilating pipes, including bolts, if required: hooks (stay), heavy, for large gates; hook and pintle hinges: large hasps and staples; chains; hand made sliding bolts; clamps; hold fasts; wall ties; hooks for hanging fans; plain angle cleats for securing purlins to wood trusses or rafters; knee piece inserts; two way and three way straps, plate washers and similar small articles conforming to Fe-290 Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F mild steel work as in Framed work such as grills, gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work con- forming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F Rolled sections as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters; purlins where connected to common rafters and running rails and guides for sliding doors; fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 quality B complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Use & waste formwork to sides of concrete foundation, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides & soffits(if any) of foundation & plinth beams and similar work; vertical or to batter for rough finished flat surfaces of concrete etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Use & waste formwork to sides and soffits of floor or roof beams, beam haunchings, girders, bressummers, lintels, cantilevers, shelves including supports, overhangs, etc. also splays between floors and beams, etc. for rough finished flat surfaces of concrete etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Use & waste formwork to sides of pillars, columns, stanchions, posts, struts, piers for rough finished square,retangular or polygonal surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles of size 300mm x 200mm x 7mm thick as on vertical surfaces such as wall, skirting, dado etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement with pigment or coloured cement to match the shade of tile over & including 10 mm thick rendering/backing coat plaster in cement mortar 1:3, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles of size 450mm x 350mm x 7mm thick as on vertical surfaces such as wall, skirting, dado etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement with pigment or coloured cement to match the shade of tile over & including 10 mm thick rendering/backing coat plaster in cement mortar 1:3, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F 1000 litre capacity rotational moulded HDPE water storage tank (Cylindrical vertical closed top), double layer, hoisted and fixed in position or placed in position inside or outside the building, connecting up pipes and securing access covers including S&F 25mm bore (Minimum weight 65gms) nipple, 25mm bore union brass & 25 mm bore ball brass valve, high pressure with polythene float & fly nut, screwed for iron pipe or brass ferrule and fixed complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
