| 1.01 | Providing, Designing, Engineering, Patterning, Fabrication, Supplying and installation of Architectural Membrane, Assembling, Hoisting, Erecting and placing in position MS built-up section/ Tubular structure frame work using MS plates of variable thickness confirming to IS 2062 (Grade YST 240) and Tubular structure made from Steel hollow sections, ISI marked confirming IS 1161/4923 (Grade YST 240) in the profile and including necessary foundation bolts & base plates. Fabrication of structural elements shall be done using SAW/MMAW/MIG welding process. In the profile shape as per drawings with special splice connector, pinion joints, plates, hollow sections etc. with necessary pre-cleaning the area and including Preparation of Architectural Membrane and erection drawings of Structural steel work from design, drawings issued by Engineer-in-Charge and incorporation of Engineer-in-Charge’s comment on same, transportation from Architectural Membrane yard, cutting, threading, painting, leads and lifts up to all heights, tools and plants and necessary scaffolding etc. required for all operations involved to make structure of Architectural Membrane shade. All members shall be hot finished welded type tubes. Providing and applying the complete structure with anti-corrosive protection coating using Poly Urethanian Paint over single coat of Epoxy primer in required DFT (dense film thickness). The work is to be executed as per technical specification and direction of Engineer-In-Charge.Flexible composite Cover – Tensile Membrane Fabric: Providing, fabricating, assembling and erection of Special Architectural Tensile Membrane Fabric structure including base frame and drawing with Type II 900 GSM fabric of SERGE FERRARI FLEXLIGHT ADVANCED 902 S2 / MEHLER Valmex FR 900 MEHATOP N / SETTLER - Atlas, Product code 7211 525 white with a TIO₂ front side primer, multilayered Nanopolymerised fluorinated lacquer, multi-composed PVDF lacquer on both sides, low wick treated, protected against microbial and fungal attack, UV-protected system roofing as per the manufacture's specification and as per approved drawing. The sheeting material shall have HT polyester yarns 1100 dtex, weight should be 900 g/m² (EN) ISO 2286-2), White coloured 0.72 mm thick fabric, minimum Tensile strength should be 420 daN/5cm in wrap and 400 daN/5cm in weft directions (DIN EN ISO 1421), minimum Tear strength should be 55 daN in wrap and 50 daN in weft (DIN 53363), the membrane should come with a minimum of 15 years warranty from the manufacturer and life expectancy 20 years etc. Steel frames with all fittings and other fixtures such as Galvanized MS Membrane / End Plate, Shackles, Rigging Screws, Turnbuckles, sword fork, leader rods & galvanized MS strands / cables with stainless steel end terminals complete as per drawing / detail & as per technical specifications and as per the instructions of Engineer-in-Charge. This should also include shop drawing, patterning, forming, cutting, fabrication, hot bed stitch of fabric, transport to the site, assembling and installation with GI Cables, hardware, EPDM gasket and required accessories for necessary Tensioning Material including lifts up to all heights, tools and plants, and necessary scaffolding etc. required for all operations in all respect for fixing the fabric as approved shape as per drawing and direction of Engineer-In-Charge.
