Carriage of 40 MVA T/F

Shifting of main tank of 40MVA,132/33 KV Transformer from switchyard site to loading point, approximate 20 meters distence including turning of tank, if required including all T&P and all others works required at132 KV S/S Talgram under ETD Fatehgarh to complete the job satisfactory.

Additional shifting of approximate 5 Mtrs or part thereof including turning, if required.

Loading of 40MVA,132/33 KV Transformer Tank including all accessories on suitable trailer/trucks at 132 KV Substation Talgram under ETD Fatehgarh. The job includes jacking the transformer tank for placing the wooden sleepers under the tank and simultaneously lifting the tank by jacking and placing sleepers continuously under the tank till the wooden platform comes in the alignment of trailer bed and then shifting the tank from wooden platform to trailer bed. Remooval of rail etc. from under the tank. proper tightening of tank on trailor bed with help of wire rope and heavy turn buckle for safe transporatation.

Safe carriage of 40MVA, 132/33 KV transformer tank and accessories including oil drums on suitable capacity trailer/trucks from 132 KV S/S Talgram under ETD Fatehgarh to 132 KV S/S, Narkhi (approximate distence 175 Km) to be arranged by the contractor at his own cost. Insuremce shall be got done by the contractor as per direction of Supervising Engineer, if required which shall be reimbursed on actual.

Safe unloading the 40MVA, 132/33 KV transformer tank including all accessories form trailer/truck and their proper stacking at the designated place at 132 KV S/S Narkhi under ETD Firozabad. The job includes opening of lacs, jacking the transformer tank for placing the rails under the tank, shifting it to wooden sleeper platform, to be prepared adjacent to the trailer, removing the rails from under the tank on wooden platform of sleepers, lowering the tank towards ground by slowly removing the sleepers from under the tank.

Providing inter connectiondrawing (cable sehedule) of 132/33 KV transformer-III bay from RTCC Panel, Control Relay panel, ACDB, DCDB to J.box of CT, PT Isolators, 145 KV & 36 KV CB as per drawing in 3 set of each showing connection of all equipments ie. CT/PT/CB/ Isolators, control & relay panel, ABT cubical as per drawing.

Laying of 6x2.5 sq mm, 4c2.5 sq mm, 2x2.5 sq mm sizes of control cables in the trench from control & relay penal to various equipments such as 145/36 KV CT, PT, ISO, CB/VCB ins switch yard as per cable schedule, its saddling 750 mm apart with MS Flat 25x3 mm sizes, including carriage of control cable drums from store to work site and shifting back to store and all other associated works to complete the job satisfactorily as per tech, specifications.

Termination of various size 2.5 Sq.mm. cables of diferents size as laid above as per cable schedule including making necessary holes in glands places of box wherever required, supply and fixing of cable glands of appropriate size. Supply and providing ferules and nos for each core of cable and its termination with crimping type lugs of Dowell/Jonsion make and all other associated work to complete the job satishfactorily as per tch. specn. The rate of termination of control cable including all cores of cable at one end with lug.

Cutting straightening laying 700 mm below inside ground and above ground of 75x10mm, 50x10mm, 50 mm x 6 mm and 25 mm x 6 mm size MS flats for earthing of main & Auxiliary structures, equipment and cable trenches including welding with main earthmat and with the object to be earthed excavation of trenches its back filling painting and all other associated work to complete the earthing work satisfactorily as per technical specification.

Delta Earthing of 30 KV Lighting arresters including fabrication and by placing of 3 Mtrs. Long 40 mm dia , 04 nos. electrode and connecting all the electrode by 75x10 mm size M.S. flat by welding and connecting upto Las base excluding the cost of flat and round bar.

Stringing of 145 KV Jack Busbar of (1Phx18 Mtr) Moose Conductor for 40 MVA T/F-III including fixing of 10x70 KN disc insulators/ Tension fittings/ PG clamps etc. cutting of conductor and also shifting of all material from store site to site of work and all other associated works to complete the work satisfactorily as per technical specifications.

Jumpering work all three phase between equipments (145 KV Main Bus to Bus Isolator, Bus Isolator to CB, CB to T/F Side BSI, BSI to Tandem Isolator, Tandem Isolator to CT & CT to HV Bushing by Panther conductor including cutting, laying, fixing of suitable PG Clamps & Connector with proper tightening with the help of skilled labour and T&P.

Jumpering work all three phase between Jack Bus LV CT/LA, CT to VCB, VCB to Bus Isolator withTwin Panther conductor and Bus Isolator to 33 KV Busbar and Section Isolator with Twin Moose Conductor &36 KV PT , 30 KV Bus LA to Main Bus with Panther conductor including cutting, laying, fixing of suitable PG Clamps & Connector with proper tightening with the help of skilled labour and T&P.

Erection of 40 MVA T/F-III & Lighting Work

Shifting of 20 KL Storage tank from any substation within 100 Km to 132 KV S/S Narkhi including loading & unloading.

Shifting of 20 KL Storage tank from 132 KV S/S Narkhi (after complition of work) to the S/S as directed by engineer incharge within 100 Km to 132 KV S/S Narkhi including loading & unloading.

Shifting of main tank of 40MVA,132/33 KV Power Transformer from swithyad site to Plinth, approximate 20 meters distence including turning of tank, if required including all T&P and all others works required to complete the job satisfactory at 132 KV S/S Narkhi (Firozabad).

Additional shifting of approximate 5 Mtrs or part thereof including turning, if required.

Draining out fresh transformer Oil from 209 Ltr. drums to 20 KL tank. (App. 29 Drums)

Centrifuging of transformer oil in 20 KL storage tank for atleast 72 hours by 10 KL/Hour capacity centrifuging machine until required standard of oil parameters achieved. Centrifuging machine with fresh oil filters shall be arranged by the contractor alongwith operator and taking the B.D.V values of the oil periodically till the required value is achieved as per direction of supervising engineer. Calibrated BDV machine shall be provided by the contractor at his own cost.

Complete erection of 40 MVA capacity T/F-III by erection of radiators, conservations tanks, all bushings their turrets, connecting all pipe lines, cooling fans, motor drive mechanism of tap changer, RTCC panel oil pump and associated oil pipe lines etc. to complete the job satisfactorily including first filling of oil and toping up of T/F oil in tank, radiators, oil pipe lines, conservator tank etc. and attanding the oil leakage , if any, and all other associated works for satishfactorily compliton of work. No departmental crain & T&P shall be provided.

Filling of approximate 06 KL fresh centrifuged transformer oil in 40 MVA T/F after complete erection of transformer as per direction of supervising engineer.

Cable laying of 6x2.5 sq.mm, 4x2.5 sq.mm, 2x2.5 sq.mm for 40 MVA T/F-III in trench/cable tray from Control Room RTCC Panel, ACDB, DCDB to Drive Mehenism & Marshalling Box as per cable schedule, including making necessary holes in glands places of box wherever required, supply and fixing of cable glands of appropriate size. Supply and providing ferules and nos for each core of cable and its termination with crimping type lugs of Dowell/Jonsion make and all other associated work to complete the job satishfactorily as per tch. specn.including carriage of cable drums from store to work site and all associate work.

Termination of various size 2.5 Sq.mm. cables of diferents size as laid above as per cable schedule including making necessary holes in glands places of box wherever required, supply and fixing of cable glands of appropriate size. Supply and providing ferules and nos for each core of cable and its termination with crimping type lugs of Dowell/Jonsion make and all other associated work to complete the job satishfactorily as per tch. specn. The rate of termination of control cable including all cores of cable at one end with lug.

Earthing of 40 MVA 132/33 KV transfomer neutrals, body, marshalling box, Drive mechanism etc. With 75x10/ 50x6 mm Flate (to be provided by deparments) including bending, cutting and welding, including painting of one coat of red oxide & two coat of Bus Green enemal paint for flat of above ground etc.

Contruction of delta grounding system for 40 MVA T/F HV and LV neutral separatly with the help of 40 mm dia, 3 meter long MS round; 75x10 mm MS flat. Work include excavation of 3 nos 4 meter depth, 200 mm wide borehole in ground, placing 3 meter long pointed 40 mm² round in middle of bore and filling the surrounding cavity with raw salt and wood charcoal mixture in 50:50 ratio. Connecting 3 nos 40 mm² electrodes with the help of 75x10 mm flat then grounding of neutral point with 75x10 mm MS flat separately. and connected with Main Earthmat X-axis and Y-axis point.

Providing and fixing new generation energy saving and enviournemnt friendly long life versatile pressure die cast aluminium out door high beam flood light with high power 120W LEDs as light source and exclusively design poly carbonate cover satisfying IP65 standard alongwith electronic driver and complete fitting including GI pipe, suitrable for 220 V AC supply from CGL/Havells/Philips. Guarantee period provided by OEM should be atleast one year and service within guarantee period shall be endured by contractor.

Providing & Fixing of Junction Box of 16 SWG MS sheet duly painted heaving size 150x150x200mm for above light at bottom of collumn structure caontaing 01 no double pole 6 amp MCB (L&T/Havells/Schneider make) and cable gland etc. including cabling & termination from Light to Junction box as per specification. (Control Cable provided by Department)

Laying of control cable of 2x2.5 sq mm in cble trench from LTDB panel to various Junction Box fixed at clloumn structure & termination as per specification. (Control Cable provided by Department)

Providing & fixing of glow shine board for control room building of size 8’x5’ made of milky acrglic board and frame of 28 SWG G.I. Sheet having depth 150mm with 05 Nos. 20W, 230V betton LED tube light fitted inside for glowing the board. Board is to be supplied alongwith the back support frame and four leg for grouting including framing around the board wire mesh. All materials, labour and T&P shall be Provided by the contractor at his own cost. Material to be printed shall be given by supervising engineer.

Providing, fixing and grouting of retro reflective sign board for 132 KV S/S Narkhi at main gate and main road of size 6ftx4ft made of 2mm thick aluminum sheet, face to fully covered with 3M DG cube retro reflective sheet of yellow colour. The letters and symbols shall be computer cut and in blue colour. Board is to be supplied along with the back support anlge with two legs for grouting. Material to be printed shall be given by supervising engineer.

Providing, fixing and grouting of retro reflective sign board for new T/F of size 3ftx2ft made of 2mm thick aluminum sheet, face fully covered with 3M DG cube retro reflective sheet of yellow colour. The letters and symbols shall be computer cut and in blue colour. Board is to be supplied along with the back support with two legs for grouting. Backside of aluminum sheet shall be painted with stove enamel paint. Material to be printed shall be given by supervising engineer.

Providing and fixing of digitally printed glow shine board of updated Single Line Diagram of 132 KV S/S Narkhi of size 6'x4' made of acrylic sheet having thickness 2 mm minimum. Single line diagram shall be provided by the supervising engineer.

Providing and painting fire buckets of 9 ltr capacity as per IS 2546, buckets should be painted inside by white, outside by fire red; ear, handle and letters by black color with two coats of first quality synthetic enamel paint after one coat of red oxide, from Asian Paints/Nerolac/Berger. "FIRE" and "avkx" in 10 cm font in black color should be written on opposite sides of buckets. All the material shall be provided by the contractor at his own cost.

Handling, collection and shifting of remaining materials after erection work complition such as conductor, control cables drum of varous size, earthing materials & hardwares etc. from erection site to store/ yard store at 132 KV S/S Narkhi as per direction of supervising engineer.

SCADA Work

Scada Configration & Integretion with 132KV & 33KV of 40 MVA T/F-III Bay with 40 MVA T/F-III includes as SLD generation for 132/33 KV 40 MVA T/F in existing HMI, Bay IED's. ICD files configration database configration for newly bays remote operation from HMI event/alarm generation and reports configration, interlocks and soft logic configration and its testing if any. GPS time synchronising of the bays and its network topology SAS communication Architecture up gradation etc. of 132 KV S/S Narkhi adding & commissioning in SCADA system for proper operation from SCADA.

Data to be configured on IEC60870-5-104/101 protocal & Hot and standby gateway for the remote comunication with SLDC for all system.

Checking of system hardware and communication issues for smooth operation of the Sifang existing system, if any.

System restoration of SCADA HMIs, if system ID crashed.

Configration/ programming in IEC61850 based protocols, creating of data base and data set points from respective bay control units(BCUs) & relays, if existing data is not reflecting on SCADA screen.
