Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and not exceeding 1.5 metre in deep and getting out in hard/dense soil for laying underground cable, foundation etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material not exceeding 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for sand cushioning to cable using fine sand (Jamuna dry and clean sand ) in two layers , first layer of 80mm thick before laying of cable and second layer of 150mm thick (Punned down to 100 mm thick) after laying of cable complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- 180 mm thickness only will be considered for the purpose of payment.

Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class HVP, type 1 of size 300mm x 180mm x 40mm complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying, laying, testing and commissioning in repairs HT XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) with aluminium conductor, 11000 volts (Earthed) grade, cross sectional area 95 Sqmm, 3 core with thimbles and all accessories incl taking out old u/s existing cable of any size & type etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying, installing, testing & commissioning in repairs air break switch, mechanically gang operated 11KV, current rating upto 400 Amps (swing out expulsion fuse isolators), 3 insulators per phase, triple pole rocking, outdoor type, suitable for both horizontal and vertical mounting, DO fuse including channel bases for mounting post insulators, multi-built type contacts to grip incoming and outgoing ACSR conductors, operating mechanism complete with 5/6 m long GI pipe, medium grade 25mm dia, phase coupling shaft, operating handle with and including padlock arrangements conforming to IS 9921/ 1985 (Part I to IV) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Repair to air break gang operated switches vertical mounted including operating mechanism and replacement of any worn out components such as fixed contact jaw, copper braded tape, MS supports, back connected plates, jumper carriers. Note : Spare / components shall be measured and paid separately under relevent item and Fixing charges for labour shall deemed to be included in unit rate quoted.

S&F in repairs lightning arrester explusion type compete with all fittings, transmission class, discharge capacity up to 65 Kilo Amp, HT 11 KV, 65 KA station class and shall comply with the requirements of routine tests as specified in the relevant IEC: 99-4 & IS:3070 (Part-III) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Supply, laying and fixing in repairs galvanised iron pipe, 100 mm bore, light grade, fixed to poles with mild steel clamps of required size laid in trenches etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in repairs cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

S&F in repairs Galvanised iron strip of 32mmx 6mm size as earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead, fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit /pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Online Centrifuging (filteration/ dehydration) of transformer oil including checking initial and after filteration Dielectric Strength of oil for transformers and voltage stabilizers located in various places of technical and domestic area with suitable machine having filteration, heating and pumping facility to improve the dielectric strength/insulation value of oil. Note :- (i) Di electric strength of oil after filteration/dehydration shall not be less than 60 KV at 2.5 mm gap. (ii) Oil for toping up shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item of this schedule (iii) The contractor will take shut down orders in writing atleast two days before from Engr-in-charge before commencement of work. (iv) The dielectric strength of oil shall be tested before and after filtration and necessary test certificates shall be submitted to the Engr-in-charge. Note : Dehydration and testing will be done through repective OEM.

Supply and topping up of transformer oil in sealed barrel conforming to IS: 335-1983 with latest version at various places including testing etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for earthing in repair complete with galvanized mild steel earth plate electrode of size 60cmx60cmx6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 Mtr below ground level) with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 Mtr below ground level connected to galvanized iron strip of size 32mm x 6mm as earthing lead by means of nuts, bolts, thimbles, check nuts, washers of GI or steel, PCC (concrete chamber) shall be of size 300mm x 300mmx 300mm (internal dimensions) using PCC 1:2:4, type B-1, using 20mm graded stone aggregate coping shall be of PCC 1:3:6, type C-1, using 20mm graded stone aggregate, internal surface of concrete chamber shall be given 15mm thick plaster in CM 1:4, funnel with wire gauge of 22 gauge (0.68mm) 8 mesh per linear inch, 80mm thick RCC cover of size 320mm x 320mm, made out with RCC 1:2:4, type B-1, using 20mm graded stone aggregate, reinforced with four Nos 8 mm dia TMT bars @80mm centre to centre, both ways and charcoal dust and common salt all as shown in Electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part-I (2009) and specified including 40mm dia GI light grade pipe as protection pipe and watering pipe shall be 20mm bore GI medium grade including necessary excavation and earth work & connecting the earthing to an earthing test point as specified and testing on completion complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Disconnecting worn out HT connections any size from VCB, cutting worn out leads (near lugs), re-fixing new aluminium lugs , cleaning the bus bar chamber with 2-26 CRC solution, insulation with HT tape, connecting the cables with bus bar and testing for smooth functioning complete all as specified and as directed

Servicing of 400/630A 11 KV mechanism/calibration of HT VCB with highly skilled mechanic specialist in electric HT breakers line, by taking out trolley, decarburizing of all parts using CRC-2-26 spray, checking of all fixed and moving parts, tightening of all nuts & bolts, dressing, cleaning of contacts by using emery paper for fine/smooth contact, tightening of all connections, checking of alignment for easy mvoing of breaker, checking of ON/OFF operation with setting of buffer gap adjustment, inspecting the wiring of IDMT relays contact traqvel contact alignments, roller gap, hard or light seeting of breaker greasing of all moving mechanism complete all as specified and as directed. Note - Calibration and servicing to be done by OEM.

Servicing of 400/630A 11 KV mechanism/calibration of HT RMU with highly skilled mechanic specialist in electric HT breakers line, by taking out trolley, decarburizing of all parts using CRC-2-26 spray, checking of all fixed and moving parts, tightening of all nuts & bolts, dressing, cleaning of contacts by using emery paper for fine/smooth contact, tightening of all connections, checking of alignment for easy mvoing of breaker, checking of ON/OFF operation with setting of buffer gap adjustment, inspecting the wiring of IDMT relays contact traqvel contact alignments, roller gap, hard or light seeting of breaker greasing of all moving mechanism, checking of current transformer, rectification of defects in control wiring for proper tripping of circuit breakers through CTs and relay and tripping coils, adjustment/setting to plug and time multiplier settings of the relay to achieve the discrimination in tripping, tune/synchronies upstream breaker relay settings, re-installation of relay, testing & commissioning etc complete all as specified and as directed. Note - Calibration and servicing to be done by OEM.

M & L for repair of volatge stabilizer auto servo cooled of capacity 160 KVA of make : Volina situated at Sub Stn No.2 by disconnecting the LT cables and draining out oil complete and taking out the core and checking the continuity and insulation values of all three phases. Re-filling the oil after filtering by using online centrifuge machine and obtain the dielectric strength of oil not below 60 KV at 2.5 mm gap including testing of volatge stabilizer by reconnecting the disconnected cables and calibrating incl removing & cleaningnof sludge from the tank complete all as specified (Filtration of oil by using online centrifuge machine and top up of oil will be measured and paid separately under relevant items of the schedule) Note:The rate shall also deemed to be included the rate for Technician, Electrician,and labours

M&L for defect rectification in HT 11000 volts cable of size 120 Sqmm to 50 Sqmm by locating fault with the help of electronic fault locator machine comprising of surge generator pulse ECHP fault locator with high frequency and distance calculation etc. Excavation and earth work are included in the quoted rate complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour SF6 gas filling complete in existing RMU(Ring Main Unit) all as specified and as directed.

Supply,fix and testing RMU 11 KV bushing epoxy type set of 3 complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & fix porcelain vitreous HT 11 KV bushings with copper/brass studs suitable for out door distribution transformers of capacity upto 400 KVA after removing the old unserviceable studs / bushings and draining out the transformer oil from the top level up to conservator of the transformer and removing the top cover of the carefully and refixing and refilling the oil all as directed.

All same as per item No. 43 here in before but LT bushings.

Supply and fix the silica Gel container (breather) including silica Gel suitable for the transformers of capacity upto 250 KVA after dismantling the old U/S breather complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only silica Gel for 11KV/415V Transformers rated of various capacities by replacing the contaminated one from the transformer

M&L for stone aggregate of size not exceeding 40 mm deposited spread and leveled in layers not exceeding 15 cm to a true surface of broken stones for transformer yard and pole structure area.

Surface dressing in hard / dense soil not exceeding 15 cm deep and clearing all the grass weeds etc in the sub station yards after removing stone aggregate aside all as directed at site including setting / spreading back the aggregate including filling of river sand/ stone dust upto 15 cm complete all as specified and directed at site. Note:- (i) Stone dust/river sand shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items of this schedule. (ii) The rate also deemed to be included for labour (iii) All the sub station yards shall be kept clean through out the contract period by removing the grass/weeds as many as times required depending on the growth of the grass.

Comprehensive, preventive and periodical maintenance of 01 No. electrically operated ThyssenKrupp Elevator (INDIA) make passenger lifts of capacity 544 Kgs carrying 13 passengers suitable for serving Ahuja block (total 4 landings) with electric power operated doors, auto electric leveling device complete with ARD facility installed at Ahuja block at 56 ASP AF Stn Faridabad to be maintained as described here-in after in reliable, safe and efficient operating condition by regularly examine lubricating and adjust the mechanical and electrical driving equipment governor, sleeve shaft assembly bearing / contacts & governor jaws, car & hall mechanical buttons, car & hall position indicators, car direction indicators and all other car and landing signal fixtures, deflectors, car and counter weight guide rails and buffers, equipment and carry out planned maintenance in a systematic and controlled manner using techniques and expertise consultancy including replacement of minor spares parts such as wire, lug, lubricant, landing wheel, nut and bolts, welding, rubber bushes, etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge and as detailed in Ser No 49.01 to 49.09 hereunder:-

Note:- (i) The tenderer shall have to replace the u/s materials with OEM materials. Load testing for lifts to be carried once in a year through Chartered Engineer and necessary Test Report for lifts to be submitted. Contractor is responsible for renewal of Insurance of operator/Mechanic/Helper for which rate is included In the unit rate. In any accident occur of any indl like Operator/ Mechanisc/ Helper/ Users during operation time of lift, contractor is liable to pay compensation to the indl as decided by the competent authority. Principle employer will not be responsible for the same. (ii) The comprehensive maintenance include weekly, fortnightly, monthly, quarterly, half yearly, inspection/ testing/ preventive maintenance replacement of un serviceable parts/ material including labour, transportation cost. (iii) The complaints shall be attended forthwith as the complaint/ failure from the time of receipt of same.The contractor shall deploy sufficient lift mechanic and Helper in each shift of 08 hrs duration for round the clock (three shifts). Rate quoted shall be inclusive of T & P required for carrying out repairs, stationery for maintenance of record, uniform to mechanic & helper etc is deemed to be included in the rates quoted. Contractor must maintain attendance register of Labours deployed for the work and the same will be checked by the Engr-in-Charge at the time to make any payment otherwise Rs.1000/- per month will be recovered from contractor.

(iv) Contactor shall rectify the defects with in 24 hours after receipt of complaints, otherwise the complaint will be rectified by the other agency and the expenditure incurred will be recovered from the contractors dues. The penalty for not attending the complaints shall be recovered at Rs. 2000/- per day till proper functioning of lift. (v) Old material will be contractor's property and cerdit included in the rate quoted. (vi) A complaint register will be maintained by contractor and the contractor will obtain the complaint from JE/AGE (E/M) office on every working day at 0800 hrs or inform by telephonically by Dept any time . After attending the complaint contractor will obtain the signature from rep of User/ AGE/ GE every day as a token of complaint attended. (vii) The Schedule 'A' consists of comprehensive maintenance of M/S Thysann Krupp lifts at Ahuja block at 56 ASP AF Stn Faridabad. The work under Authorised Dealer comprehensive maintenance of lifts all as specified in Sch 'A' Special condition particular specification, MES SSR and as directed by GE/ Engineer-in-Charge. All the Bidders shall upload a letter of 'Intent of MOU' through OEM ie M/s ThyssenKrupp Elevator (INDIA) in Cover-1 reagrding the willingness of MoU to be done between Bidder & OEM post acceptance of the Tender. The letter of declaration will be as per format at Ser Page No 123 of Tender Documents. Failing to which Bidders shall be rejected for bid opening of Cover-II. The successful L1 Bidder shall submit MOU as per format within 07 days from date of issue of Work Order No 1, failing which late charges @0.5% OF CA amount per week from date of acceptance shall be imposed on contractor. The contract shall be liable to be cancelled without any notice under condition 54 of IAFW 2249, if MoU not submitted by L1 bidder within 5 week of acceptance. On occassion to this Performance Security @ 5% shall be forfeited by Department and work may be get executed under other means. Any Condonation of delay will be adjudicated by the Accepting Officer only. No extension will be granted on the part of OEM causing delay in signing the MoU with L1 bidder.

(viii) The cost of labour required for replacement of spares/ accessories deemed to be included in the quoted rates. (ix) Lift mechanic shall be equiped with well experienced in lift / elevators repair and maintenance. (x) Contractor shall submit police verification certificates of engaged staff before commencement of works. (xi) Contractors shall carryout daily, weekly, fortnightly, monthly quarterly, half yearly inspection and submit the same to Engineer-in-charge without fail. (xii) Non wearing of uniform by contractor staff a penalty of Rs 500/- shall be in forced per person per shift. (xiii) All spares shall be deemed to be included in Sch "A" Section - I & II and cost is included in quoted rate. (xiv) The contractor shall ensure proper functioning of safety devices. (xv) Contractor Shall provide the two mobile Number and two eamil IDs for regular communication.

Following repairs are deemed to be included in the rates quoted by the contractor under comprehensive maintenance (a) CAR CABIN (i) Repairs/replacement of acrylic roof cover. (ii) Contractor is responsible for maintaining the car cabin neat and clean. Necessary cleaning to car cabin shall be done by the contractor on daily basis. (b) CONTROLLER (i) Checking fuses of controller and mains, replace if any found defective. (ii) Checking the conditon of brake coil and replacement if required. (iii) Checking flexible leads to relays to make them serviceable. (c) AC Motor (I) Lubricate bearings with suitable lubricants. (ii) Clean ventilation passages on weekly basis. (iii) Carryout the insulation test and continuity test of motor on quarterly basis and make them in satisfactory condition. (iv) Checking the alignment of motor shaft and realigment of shaft.

(d) Governor (I) Lubricate bearing on weekly basis with suitable lubricants. (ii) Checking that the levers work smoothly. (iii)Checking that electrical contact opens before rope get locked. (e) Ropes (I) Checking the condition of hoist and governor ropes (ii) Lubricate rope in case of non self lubricating ropes on weekly basis. (iii) Checking the dia of rope and record in maintenance book on quarterly basis for its proper functioning. (f) Hoist Way (I) Lubricate guides and guide shoes on weekly basis with suitbale lubricants. (ii) Checking that the bufffers are in proper, position measurement and record counter weight buffer cleans with car at the top. (iii) Checking the rope fastening at the car and counter weight. (iv)Checking guide clamps and adjusted. (v) Checking to upper and lower limit switches for proper connection after physical inspection get the lift to over travel by holding from the controller and see that the switches operate properly. (vi) Checking condition of travelling cables and termination at junction boxes

(g) Machine Room (I) Checking and adjusting of overload relay and phase failure relay (ii) Checking power wiring termination in switch motor controller and power switching relays. (iii) Checking/ lubrication of all equipment on weekly basis (iv) Cleaning the machine room on daily basis (v) Cleaning the relay contacts, replacement of contact (h) Gear Box (I) Inspect for stray noises . (ii) Checking axial play of work shaft . (iii) Lubricate bearing and top up oil in gear box when its required. (j) Brakes (I) Cleaning of oil surface and trace source of oil leakage and rectify the leakage problems. (ii) Adjust clearance between shoes and drum on monthly basis.

(k) Retiring Car and Locks (I) Checking operation of car and lock from the top at each landing checking that retiring car solenoid is not getting a over heated and that movement of car is smooth. (ii) Checking that all locks are functioning properly, mechanically and electrically after opening the covers, checking all set screws and springs and replace if necessary. The lever should lock the brake properly. (iii) Checking that the retiring car does not touch the lock roller at the landing which is being passed. (iv) Checking the door closer safety, clean and adjust if necessary . (v) Checking the car gear switch operates properly . (vi) Lubricate top track and door motor and linkage. (vii) Checking the landing door and can be operated by emergency keys. (viii) Repair/replacement of retiring car solenoid locks doors closer safety switch.

(l) General (I) Checking the car frame for bends or cracks and correct if required. (ii) Checking and carrying out insulation resistance test half yearly basis for the follwing :- (a) All power circuit cables and incoming cables. (b) Switch and feed controller (c) Between different power relays. (d) Power card in the traveling cables (e) Motor (iii) Checking operation of the car over speed safety gear by moving the levers manually landing so that the safety locks up properly. (iv) Checking that sheaves are tight on the shaft also checking with hammer sounding for cracks, check sheave bearing clean and re-lubricate. Adjust for proper axial play. (v) Unload car (s) checking the worn gear lash and adjust by removal of sheaves as required. (vi) Checking of motor bearing, clean and lubricant (vii) Checking that the gear coupling belts are tight (viii) Checking oil seals of gear box and fill fresh oil (ix) Contractor is responsible for maintenance of lift well/pit /shaft/machine room in dry and clean condition at all times. Any entry of water needs to be pumped immediately and rates quoted is inclusive of necessary pumping arrangement.A pump should be kept in store at all time to meet the emergency. No extra payment will be done in this account. Failing Rs 10,000/- recovered as penality per failure due to above reason (x) Remove brake shoes clean and refit or replace brake linings inspect pins springs clean and reassemble. Checking that brake drum is not scored or worn unevenly.

(m) The following cmponent Replacement are deemed to be included in the rates quoted by the contractor under comprehensive maintenance against item Srl No 1 : (i) Contractor is responsible for repair/replacement of following coponents :- Motors, generators, ropes, invertor systems, controller parts to be incusive of printed circuit boards, Sub componens inclusive of belts, gears, bearings, solenoids, coils, chocks brake shoes, liners, contacts, contactors, relays, push bottons, firemen switches, door operator WVF drive, car door safety device limit switches, governors, hoistway door locks, controller, handrails, handrail drive, steps and step chains, sub components belts, steps rollers, handrail bearing, safety switches, magnetic switches, combs, ARD battery 12V 17AH, LED light fitting 14 watt including Lamp, cabin fan 300 mm Sweep, Landing operating panel (LOP), false ceiling in Stainless steel hairline finish fabricated from 1.2mm thick SS sheet, LED light 06 watts, aluminium chequar plate 3mm thick, Door Motor, Door Sensor and Door Welding shall also be included for repair or replacement complete all as specified and directed.
