Providing and fixing in position wooden storage cabinets of required size made of 19mm thick BWP board of approved make on top, bottom, sides, partitions, shelves, shutters. 12 mm thick BWP ply in internal partition shelf and 9mm thick BWP ply of approved make at back of cabinet as per drawing. 1.0 mm thick laminate of approved make and shade on shutters & exposed sides of cabinets wherever required and 0.8 mm thick laminate shall be fixed on all unexposed inner faces of cabinet. Internal partition with one shelf horizontally and one shelf vertically shall be provided in the cabinet including wooden/PVC lipping, suitable locking arrangement, all types of screws, fasteners, hinges / piano hinges, wooden screws, adhesives, polishing / painting of lipping,magnetic catchers, tower bolts, PVC Buffer, door handles/ knobs and all other types of necessary fittings etc. complete as per design, drawing and site condition as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge. Providing and fixing 300mm deep over head storage cabinet to be fixed on the wall made of 19mm thick BWP board of approved make on top, bottom, sides, partitions, shelves, shutters (both side) and 12mm thick BWP ply of approved make at middle of cabinets as per drawing.1.0mm thick laminate of approved make and shade on shutters & exposed sides of cabinets wherever required and 0.8mm thick laminets shall be fixed on all unexposed inner faces of cabintes including wooden lipping suitable locking arrangement all type of screw fastners hinges/piano hinges, wooden screw adhesive polishing /painting of lipping , magnetic catchers towerbolts door handles/knobs, fastener for hanging on wall, Cleats, and all other type of necessary fittings etc. complete as per design drawinngs and site condition as directed by engineer in-charge. 9' x 1' x 2'

Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/appropriate Z sections (Anodised/powder coated) and other sections of approved make and color in chowkhat as well in shutter, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium section size should not be less than 2"x1.5" and 14 gauge thickness. The section shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / paneling, C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws, 5mm thick glazing with frost film in required pattern, including all hardware like door closer, hinges, tower bolt, Aluminium handles, door stopper, brass locks all complete as per architectural drawings, design and the directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Fabricating, supplying and Fixing of 4 seater work station (Back to Back). Size: 1. For 1 nos seating size shall be 1350mm L x 600 W x 720mm H Partition system: 1. Double skin "tile based" partition system 2. 50-60mm thickness for main spine and end returns 3. Partition height to be maintained uniformly at 1200mm from FFL Structure 1. Consists of powder coated MS or aluminium extruded framework of proprietary design with suitable provision for tile cladding on both sides 2. Tiles to be either inserted into the edge of the frame "slide in" or fixed from the front with a "clip on" mechanism Raceways of up to 100mm height to be accommodated into the main spine at 2 levels for effective wire management framework, at skirting for network cabling and just below table top for power cabling 3. Raceway shall be provided with a removable powder coated cover of atleast 1 mm thick CRCA MS grade ‘D which should not be screw fixed 4. Prior to powder coating the raceway covers shall be provided with cut outs of pre-approved sizes (specific to the brand and make of electrical and network plates) located as per architect's instructions. 5. Cut outs /Slots in frame of adequate size (suitable for atleast 20 nos of Cat 6 UTP cable to pass through) to be provided for cable entry from wall or floor. 6. Top and all exposed verticals of the partition to be provided with powder coated extruded profiles of proprietary design clipped onto the main frame. 7. Corners and junctions to be provided with ABS end caps and connectors respectively to match the color of the trims. 8. At designated locations (LHS) every unit to be provided with a writing board of length 750mm consisting of 4mm tempered glass tile integrated into the partition framework. Glass tile to be provided with opaque white vinyl stickering on the inside surface, 9. Necessary packing/lining to be provided for alignment and sturdiness 10. Tile next to every writing board shall consist of a fabric clad powder coated metal tile to be used as a "magnetic pin up" of length 600mm of approved color Table top 1. Table top made of 25mm thk laminated particle board of pre approved colour fixed at a standard table top height of upto 720mm min (including table top thickness) and total width of 600 mm. 2. All edges of the work surface shall be provided with machine pressed PVC edge banding of 2mm thickness. 3.Table top to be principally mounted from the partition frame with suitable MS powder coated brackets which should be integrated into the partition frame without screw fixing. 4. Gable End Supports of approved profile and design between tables consisting of 18mm pre-lam board panels duly edge bound (upto 750mm width and 1000mm height) to be integrated with the partition system without screw fixing. 5. Intermediate supports of approved profile and design between tables consisting of 18mm pre-lam board panels duly edge bound (upto 750mm width and 1000mm height) to be integrated with the partition system without screw fixing. 6. Table top to be provided with ABS wire manager at designated location as per pre-approved sample. Accessories 1. Metallic keyboard pullout tray made up of Powder Coated MS material provide with sliding telescopic channels 3 Drawers Unit 1. Width of drawer unit shall be of 400mm. 2. Drawer tray shall of 12 mm thk prelam MDF board construction completely (bottom included) of size suitable to accommodate telescopic glides for smooth operation 3. All visible edges of drawer trays shall have 2mm thk edge banding to match the color of the fascia. Inside edge of trays shall have 0.8mm thk PVC edge banding to match the color of the tray. 4. Front locks to be provided for locking top drawers 5. Top two drawer height shall be 125 mm each and bottom drawer height shall be 340mm. Overall height of the drawer shall be 700 mm.
