Demoiltion and breaking up any dia drain pipes 150mm (salt glazed, stoneware , AC or reinforced concrete drain pipe, jointed in cement mortar and taking out of trenches, if required , complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
PCC 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) in concrete bed to drain pipes including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested for pipes of 150 mm bore pipe , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Salt- glazed stoneware drain pipe grade ‘A’ 150 mm bore, ISI marked jointed with cement mortar, laid in trenches and tested including pipe fittings such as bend, junction etc. of same grade , complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
Plain cement concrete (1:4:8), type D-2, using 40 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregates as in foundations filling and mass concrete or in sub base to flooring or foundation bed of man hole etc , complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer in Charge.
Plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in channels benching of manholes, laid to shape & slope, surfaces finished even and smooth using extra cement including necessary form work etc , complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
Plain cement concrete type C1 ( 1:3:6) using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in coping of manholes and similar work , complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
Pumping out of water / liquid / sludge or any other waste/materials stagnated in septic tank / soak wells and discharge the same to nallah / drains through hose pipe or by other means upto distance of 250 mtr. , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Cleaning of sewage line any dia including affected manholes and disposal of waste materials / spoils upto a distance of 50 mtrs by any means (mechanical / manual) including washing out manhole and sewage line and disposal of waste / sludge in pits , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
M & L for water proofing treatment on roof surfaces in the following manner:- (a) Demolition of existing roof treatment of any type complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer in Charge. (b) 15mm thick screed plaster on RCC slab CM 1:4 with and including using water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement. (c) The surfaces shall be painted with hot bitumen grade 30/40 confirming to IS-73 @ 1.20 kg/sqm over a coat of bituminous primer conforming to IS-3384 @ 0.30 ltr/sqm. (d) supply & lay 3 mm thick APP water proofing membrane reinforced with non woven polyster matt laid using butane torch by torch on application with a side lap of 10 cm & 15 cm end lap weinghing not less than 3.5 kg/sqm. (e) Providing 230X115X40 mm thick machine pressed brick tiles with minimum thickness of joint (n.exc.) & are throughly filled with water proof polymer based joint mortar complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer in Charge.
Dismantling fencing wire mesh any type , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Galvanized 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia, barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings, and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails, straining bolts, including securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanized mild steel wire staples, or steel pins etc complete all as specified (each line of wire to be measured), complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Preparing new steel surface of any description, over 10cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Fixing only chain link galvanised wire fencing mesh size or with 4 mm nominal dia and both ends without knuckling/ twisting, fixed to flat iron rails with RCC/Angle iron post , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- Supply of chain link and mild steel galvanised line wire shall be measured and paid separately under respective item of this schedule .
Supply only chain link MS galvanised fencing of size 100x100mm, 3mm dia complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
