Cost towards special repairing and servicing of ML6 L&T make FASD starter suitable for operating of 75 HP VT motor pump set with changing of following L&T make-accessories. i. Timer ST 100 (12-120 sec)- 01 No., ii. Thermal overload relay (90-150)-250 Amp Max -01 No. iii. on-off push buttons-02 Nos. (NO, NC) iv. Control & power wiring checking and changing as required. v. ML6 spare contact kit as per sample-1 set, vi. ML6 spare coil 240 volt/AC supply -01 set. vii. Water level controller for VT pump-01 set. viii. Water level controller sensor-01No. ix. Complete servicing with changing of ML6 FASD starter and testing on load.

Cost towards repairing of 150 KVA Oil cooled Servo Voltage Stabilizer working on three phase input Voltage-240 to 400 V and Output-400±1%V. Make-Power Line with following works:-

Cost towards disconnection and cleaning of stabilizer with all labour tools and tackles.

Cost towards S/F of servo motor as per sample-10 kg each.

Cost towards s/f of Panel Sensing/control PCB Card as per sample

Cost towards complete servicing and repairing cost of stabilizer with all labour, tools and tackles and electrician charges etc. all complete job and testing on full load.

Cost towards repairing, overhauling and servicing of 40 H.P centrifugal pump set having 1450 rpm,head-42 meter and discharge-22000GPH with following works- i. Complete dismantling of Pump set from base plate and opening & cleaning of Pump with all labour, tools and tackles. ii. Repairing of Stainless steel pump shaft-1No.with re-metalling of shaft and re-threading, turning and finishing as per sample iii. S.S. Shaft sleeve as per sample both sides-2 Nos., iv. Re-metalling, turning and finishing of bearing housing-2 Nos., v. M/F Gland titener as per sample-02 Nos., vi. M/F Neck ring as per sample; vii. Nut-Bolt and studs as per sample viii. S/F 6307 Ball bearings (SKF/NBC Make)-2Nos. each, x.Tyre coupling -01 No. as per sample. Complete re-assembling and overhauling of Pump, installing at site with all labour, tools & tackles and Testing on full load with transportation charge up & down etc. including the deduction of scrap materials all complete at raw water P/Plant Motihara.

Repairing of 100 mm dia. 40 ft. long G.I Suction pipe line with opening of suction pipe line ,cutting and welding of pipe as required & changing of 100 mm dia. G.I flange -10 Nos., welding of short pieces-04 Nos. for both pump set and complete reassembling of suction pipe to its original position with s/f of rubber sheet, Nut bolts with all labour tools and tackles at site.
