Supplying and filling in foundation and basement with filling sand in layers not more than 15cm thick well rammed, watered and compacted complete complying with standard specification.

Cement Concrete 1:4:8 mix using 40mm gauge hand broken granite stone jelly for foundation including watering where ever necessary and laid in layers not more than 15cm thick compacting etc., complete

R.C.C. 1:1.5:3 mix using 20mm ISS HBG metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and all labour charges etc., complete.

Supplying and errecting Centering for sides and soffixs including supports and strutting upto 3.29m height for Plane surfaces in all floors with all cross bracing use mild steels of size 90cm x 60cm and 10 gauge stiffned welded with mild steel angles of scafoldings etc., complete

Supplying fabricating and placing in RTS Steel or ribbed for steel for all reinforced cement concrete works as per the design given including cost of steel and binding wire in all floors etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Brick work in Cement Mortar 1:5 (one cement and five Sand) using country bricks including cost of cement which will be supplied by the department if available and the cost will be recovered as per the rate in the condition including curing etc., complete

Plastering with cement mortor 1:5 mix to 12mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and all labour charges etc., complete

Emulsion Painting including cost of lime blue powder, fevicol type gums, brushes, scaffolding charges etc., complete with standard specification.
