Suppling and fixing in replacement erecting steel tubular swaged poles erected to truly vertical or planted as strut complete with 6mm thick mild steel base plate(300mmx300mm), welded to pole, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts, and screws poles made out of ERW MS tubing conforming to IS-2713 Part-II Type 410 SP-55, 11.0 mtr long including drilling of holes of required size for fixing of cross arms, painting the exposed surfaces of pole with two coats of aluminum paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer and with two coats of black bitumenous paint internally and portion embedded in concrete, making five black & white bands at lower portion of pole each 300mm wide alternately upto the height and marking pole No. with black paint at suitable height including making two nos holes of suitable size in steel tubular pole by gas welding for passing PVC cable connection from junction box to security lights through pole where junction box to be fitted in pole, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Supply and fixing lightning arrestors gapless metal oxide type complete with all fittings, suitable for 11000 volts grade transmission class, discharge capacity 65 KA including brackets, clamps, nuts, washers and connecting to 4 mm dia GI earth wire complete all as specefied and directed.

M&L for painting of steel tubular pole 11.0 m long, by applying two coat of alluminum paint after scraping/brushing and cleaning the rust on pole and cross arms. Aluminium painting will be done on pole above 1.5 m height from ground level and balance 1.5 m from ground level will be painted by alternate layer of red and white enamelled paint ( 30 cms each) pole No will be written on pole by black paint in yellow circle of 150 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.
Supply and fixing parallal groove clamp die cast aluminium of suitable size of over head line of ACSR conductor connections for PT's CTs isolators connection etc all as specefied and directed.
M & L for earthing complete with galvanised steel plate earth electrode 600X600X6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 meter below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level connected to GI strip 32x6mm at two points by means of bolts and nut, check nut and washers including charcoal dust, common salt, necessary excavation in hard/dense soil, returning filling in and removal of surplus soil to a distance up to 50metres, PCC pit in 1:3:6 type CI (using 20mm grade stone aggregate) RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm grade stone aggregate ) 50mm thick pit cover, reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bars 75mm c/c, both ways MS handle 12mm dia, GI funnel, wire mesh and GI watering pipe of 20mm bore GI (light grade) and earth lead protection pipe 40mm bore (light grade) all as specified, directed and shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part-I including testing complete. Note : GI strip and protection pipes 40 mm GI light grade up to 7.5 metre is included in unit rate and beyond that the same will be measured separately.
S&F in replacement earth continuity conductor on main earthing lead fixed to pole or buried in ground or at any other situation for loop earthing extra as required (beyond 7.5 M) of GI Strip 32 x 6 mm complete all as specified and directed.
M&L earthing complete with Copper earth plate electrode 600mmx600mmx3.15mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 mtrs below normal ground level connected with copper earth strip 32mmx6mm thick and copper bolts, nuts, etc and protected by GI pipe light grade 40mm bore and 20 mm dia GI tubing light grade with funnel for watering, connecting to busbar, all as shown in electrical plate No.3 of SSR Part I incl necessary earth work and excavation in any type of soil, PCC earth chamber with RCC cover slab, salt, charcoal and MS hook, ane provn of test point complete. NOTE : copper strip 20x3mm upto 7.5 Mtrs with 40mm protection pipe shall be included in quoted rates and beyond 7.5 mtrs shall be measured and paid separately.
S&F Copper strip 32 x 6 mm with saddles and fixing screws etc. for roof conductors and down conductors above ground.
Disconnecting, opening of VCB (Make : Schneider) of any description and any make of rating 11 KV 400 Amps capacity for servicing / overhauling, taking out and removing unserviceable / defective parts including cleaning & servicing, greasing, oiling of the parts etc and replacement of unserviceable parts with new one, reassembling the VCB after overhauling/ servicing and its testing complete all a specified and directed. Note: (i) Replacement of unserviceable parts shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate item of Sch 'A' as supply only but fixing charges of the parts replaced /repaired is deemed to be included in these item. (ii) Servicing shall be got carried out by the authorised rep of the VCB manufacturer and the service engineer will submit a service report for each VCB. (iii) Any item not included in CA and required for successful operation of the panel will be provided by the contractor & same shall deemed to be included rate quoted.

Supply install ,testing and commissioning of Micro processor base relay (02 O/C + 01 EF) for 11 KV VCB panel , rating 5 Amps, Auxiliary supply 20-110 Volt DC complete all as specified and directed. Make:Schneider/ ABB/ CG /Ashida. Note: (i) Necessary addition/ alteration to existing VCB front panel such as cutting/welding of front size of panel board/position if required including necessary modification of wiring shall be carried out at site by the contractor without any extra cost. (ii) The digital relay shall have following protections (a) Phase over current protection (b) earth fault protection (d) Over voltage (e) Breaker failure indication (f) Auxiliary power supply 24-110 V DC
Disconnecting and taking down unserviceable current transformer of any description and in any position and supply, installation, commisioning and testing of cast resin type 11KV current transformer having ratio 100+50/5+5A as per IS: 2705 having protection core class 5P10, burden of 15VA and metering core class CL1.0 and burden of 15VA, breaking capacity of 13.1 KV for 1.0 second all as specified and directed. Make: Schneider/ABB/Siemens
M&L for filling crushed/broken aggregate of gauge exc 40 mm and not exc 80 mm in layer thickness 150 mm laid in sub station yard complete all as specefied and as directed.

Taking proper shut down in writing and disconnecting up the LT and HT electric mains from transformer of capacity 160 KVA to 315 KVA, removing from pole structure/platform shifting to near by suitable location by using crane and any other equipment and reconnecting with existing electrical system of HT and LT electric mains including testing complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note; Temp arrangement will be provided by the Contractor.
M&L for Drawing out the SF6/RMU/from the Circuit system of 11KV, Servicing the Circuit breaker by checking the following parameters for proper funcationing using CTC for clear off the carbon deposited. (i) Checking / fault diagnisis of isolator & earth switch mechanism slips. (ii) Checking of gas inside the tank. (iii) Checking the funcationality of relay protection system. (iv) Checking the Mechanism of isolator module and VCB module. (v) Checking the voltage presence indicator. (vi) Checking the complete control wiring for tripping/closing/indication system, necessary spare parts shall be measured as supply only in following items Note: a) Servicing shall be performed by authoriesed service personnel of M/S ABB b) Servicing certificate shall be provided to engineer-in-charge c) replacement of minor spares like push button lever. Green push button, red push buttons and shaft for operating handles are inclusive of rate quoted by tenderer.

Dehydration and filtration of existing serviceable transformer oil at site or at factory permisses of any type any capacity any rating transformer till it achieves the required dielectric strength upto 50kv at 2.5mm gap using dehydration plant complete all as specified and directed.
M&L for complete draining out the transformer oil from radiators after closing the inlet valve from main body of 500KVA, 250KVA,160KVA, 63KVA transformer oil of good quality having not less than 55 KV dielectric strength having low viscosity all as per IS 335 of 1983 all as specified and testing of Transformer after filling new oil complete upto 10Hrs minimum as per entire satisfaction of Engr-in-charge.
Shifting of transformer of capacities (63KVA-500KVA) from the premises of JNE & CHNC Premises to workshop for necessary repairs Reshifting the transformer Post repairs from workshop to JNE&CHNC Premises with help of hydra/crane/any other lifting devices.
M&L for Rewinding of HT/LT coil confirming to the original winding of the transformer of any make/capacity with super enamelled copper wire/strip or DPC copper wire of appropriate gauge and turns including allied materials complete, all as specified and directed.
Re-conditioning of LT Coil complete of copper strip/wire any gauge size by providing and wrapping net insulation after removal of old defective insulation and cleaning complete, all as specified and directed.
Taking down old U/S HT Bushing and Supply & fix HT porcelain bushing complete with brass / tinned copper rod with nuts and gasket set complete for following cap transformer:-

Supply only PVC coated chain link fencing 3.06 mm dia of GI wire and minimum 1 mm thick vinyl coating, 50mm x 50mm mesh size all as approved and directed. Note (i) The dia meter of the mesh after PVC coating shall be 5.6mm (ii) The PVC coating shall be green in colour (iii) The GI Chain link mesh with PVC coating shall be weighed for the purpose of payment.

M&L for inspection & Visit the power house for checking the fault occure due to rain, heavy wind and any other breakdown related to 11/33 KV HT line and power house, Rectify the faullt at own arrangement and report to JE/Engr in charge after rectifying the fault and proper testing and commissioning of HT line, All minor spare and parts such as nut, bolts, disc and pin insulator, streching of conductor and all other essential accessories required for fault rectification are included in the quoted rates.
S&F of Chequered plates/GI sheet/Cross arms of MS fabricated complete with all accessories viz nut, bolts, washers etc, including taking down complete all as specified and directed.
