S&F for LONG RAIL made of 32 mm bore (medium grade) galvanised iron pipe, cut to required length duly threaded at both ends and fitted incl taking out the existing unserviceable long rail complete all as specified and directed.

Labour only for fabricating SHORT RAIL, made out of retrieved GI Pipe 32mm bore (dia) LONG RAIL, cut to required length duly threaded one end and fitted including removing damaged short rail complete all as specified and as directed.

Labour only for fabricating LEG, made out of retrieved GI Pipe 32mm bore (dia) LONG RAIL & SHORT RAIL, cut to required length duly threaded one end and fitted with and including 3 mm thick mild steel plate, welded to bottom of legs, projecting 5 mm peripherially outer dia of leg including removing damaged Leg from 3-Way Elbow by unscrewing complete all as specified and as directed.

-ditto- as per Item No 1.03 above but legs without 3 mm thick welded square MS plate at bottom

S&F 32 mm bore medium grade galvanised iron pipe measured in running metre for fabrication of short rails and/or legs of GI charpoy only where serviceable retrieved material obtained from dismantled charpoys is found insufficient, including cutting, threading and use as directed by Engineer-in-Charge complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE: This item shall be operated strictly as a secondary contingency item and shall be measured only to the extent certified by Engineer-in-Charge that serviceable retrieved material is not available for fabrication under Items 1.02 to 1.04. No claim shall be admissible where fabrication is carried out using retrieved material.

S&F PVC hard rubber shoes, of approved quality, fixed at bottom of legs complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F GI ELBOW, 3-Way (weight not less than 220 Gram), ISI Marked for GI Pipe 32mm bore (dia) and re-assembling including taking out damaged GI Elbow from Rails & Legs complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F GI CHECK NUT 32mm bore (dia), 6mm thick, ISI Marked including taking out damaged GI Check Nut, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F PLYWOOD TOP, 12mm thick 1980mm x 900mm in size, 7 Ply, BWR Gde Commercial, ISI Marked and securing with 6mm dia round head counter sunk bolts and nuts with stainless steel washers (08 Nos) as per existing shape and size including taking out damaged Plywood Top, complete all as specified and as directed.
