Annual maintenance Contract (AMC) for steel structural, roof sheet, gate and shed, etc. repair works for the buildings in MK plant premises

Dismantling and removing of damaged steel structural fully /partly such as roof/side cladding, purlin, trusses, bracings, columns, etc. i.e. MS angle, channels, plate, beam, etc. at all heights using proper tools and plants without damaging the adjacent structures including providing temporary supports for the structure at dismantled portion and nearby structures lowering the dismantled items carefully and stacking materials useful for reuse at convenient place as directed by the company authorities and depositing the waste materials in the scrap yard including all labour charges, hire charges for tools and plants loading, unloading charges, providing necessary scaffolding, safety arrangements etc. complete as per standard specification.

Supplying, fabrication and erection of MS steel structural such as column/beam/truss/purlins/ bracing/ plate/ brackets, etc. by using ISHB, ISMB, ISMC, ISA, Flat, Plates etc. by welded or bolted connection at all heights and levels, including cutting, welding, jointing to suit the dismantled portion for replacing the worn-out members of the existing trusses/ purlins/ bracings / column/structure or full members, etc. as directed by Engineer-in-charge with providing necessary scaffolding, safety arrangements, all conveyance charges, loading / unloading charges, etc. complete as per standard specification (Structural steel conforming to IS 2062:2011 of make TISCO/ SAIL / RINL /JSW/ AM/NS INDIA).

Fabrication and erection of departmental old MS steel structural such as column/beam/truss/purlins/ bracing/ plate / brackets, etc. by using ISHB, ISMB, ISMC, ISA, Flat, Plates etc. by welded or bolted connection at all heights and levels, including cutting, welding, jointing to suit the dismantled portion for replacing the worn-out members of the existing trusses/ purlins/ bracings / column/structure or full members, etc. as directed by Engineer-in-charge including providing necessary scaffolding, safety arrangements with all conveyance charges, loading / unloading charges, etc. complete as per standard specification (Departmental steel will be issued on free of cost).

Laying and fixing of roof sheet i.e. Departmental dismantled reusable A.C/Aluminium sheet at all heights with 8mm dia GI bolts with polymer coating & nuts (2 nos. per sqm) (white color - Aargee Associates/equivalent make) to suit the existing M.S. angle/ channel, purlin (for fixing bolt hole to be made with drilling machine only) etc. including fixing the bolt top covering with grease and end cap with providing necessary scaffolding, safety arrangements with all conveyance charges, loading/unloading charges, etc. complete as per standard specification and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Rate excluding cost of A.C. Aluminium sheets) (Minimum required overlapping is 20cm).

Supplying, providing, laying and fixing of roof sheet with 1.2-2mm thick Aluminium troughed (trapezoidal) (white/colour) roof sheet (Hindalco-Everlast/ Jindal brand) at all height with 8mm dia GI bolts with polymer coating & nuts (2 nos. per sqm.) (white color-Aargee associates/ equivalent make) to suit the existing M.S. angle/channel, purlin (for fixing bolt hole to be made with drilling machine only) including fixing the bolt top covering with grease and end cap with providing necessary scaffolding, safety arrangements with all conveyance charges, loading/ unloading charges, etc. complete as per standard specification and as directed by Engineer-in-charge (Minimum required overlapping is 20cm).

Supplying, providing, laying and fixing of roof sheet with 1.2-2mm thick Aluminium corrugated (white/colour) roof sheet (Hindalco-Everlast/ Jindal brand) at all height with 8mm dia GI bolts with polymer coating & nuts (2 nos. per sqm.) (white color-Aargee associates/ equivalent make) to suit the existing M.S. angle/channel, purlin (for fixing bolt hole to be made with drilling machine only) including fixing the bolt top covering with grease and end cap with providing necessary scaffolding, safety arrangements with all conveyance charges, loading/ unloading charges, etc. complete as per standard specification and as directed by Engineer-in-charge (Minimum required overlapping is 20cm).

Supplying, providing and fixing Aluminium ridges/aluminium corner ridges (Hindal Co-Everlast/ Balco) at all heights with 8mm dia GI bolts with polymer coating & nuts (2 nos. per m) (white color-Aargee Associates/ equivalent make) to suit the existing M.S. angle / channel, purlin (for fixing bolt hole to be made with drilling machine only), including fixing the bolt top covering with grease and end cap, with edges fixing with aluminium riveted joint, with necessary scaffolding, safety arrangements with all conveyance charges, loading/ unloading charges, etc. complete as per standard specification and as directed by Engineer-in-charge (Minimum required overlapping is 20cm).

Supplying, providing and fixing Aluminium sheet valley gutters (0.71mm thick and 900/1200mm wide) (Hindal Co-Everlast/ Balco) / Aluminium readymade valley gutter at all heights with 8mm dia G.I. polymer coated bolts & nuts (2 nos. per m) (white color- Aargee Associates/ equivalent make) to suit the existing M.S. angle/channel, purlin (for fixing bolt hole to be made with drilling machine only), including fixing the bolt top covering with grease and end cap with edges fixing with aluminium riveted joint, with necessary scaffolding, safety arrangements with all conveyance charges, loading/ unloading charges, etc. complete as per standard specification and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

(white color - Aargee associates/ equivalent make) to suit the existing M.S. angle/channel, purlin (for fixing bolt hole to be made with drilling machine only) including fixing the bolt top covering with grease and end cap with providing necessary scaffolding, safety arrangements with all conveyance charges, loading/ unloading charges, etc. complete as per standard specification and as directed by Engineer-in-charge (Minimum required overlapping is 20cm).
