Concrete with 4cm(1½"). Gauge brick ballast, fine sand of 1.25 fineness modulous and cement in proportion of 8:4:1 in foundation and under floor, including supply of all materials, Iabour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

M 150 class brick work in 1:4 cement and coarse sand mortar in foundation and plinth including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

As in item 283 above but in R.C.C. Raft foundation and footing with 4 cm. (1½')gauge approved stone ballast.

As in item (283) above but in the lighter beams i.e. having spans above 6 m.
