Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to Plinth Level 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone -III) : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size )( B.C.D- 5.3.1.2)

Providing rough dressed random rubble stone masonry in cement mortar (1:4) in foundation with aproved quality of coarse sand of requisite F.M. (2.5 to 3.0) washed and screened with raking out joints, curing, soaffolding and its removal wherever required including royalty and all taxes etc. complete job as per specification and direction of E.I. Providing designation 75 B brick work in C.M. (1:6) in Superstructure and plinth with approved quality of clean coarse sand of F.M. 2 to 2.5 including providing 10mm thick mortar joints, cost of screening materials, raking out joints to 15mm depth, curing, taxes and royalty all complete as per building specification and direction of E/l. Providing rough dressed random rubble stone masonry in cement mortar (1:4) in superstructure with aproved quality of coarse sand of requisite F.M. (2.5 to 3.0) washed and screened with raking out joints, curing, scaffolding and its removal wherever required including royalty and all taxes etc. complete job as per specification and direction of E.I. Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope up to 15° landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases above plinth level up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement with 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand(zone-III) : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size). Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per Technical Specification Clause 401. Provinding 12 mm thick water proof cement plaster (1:6) with clean coarse sand of F.M. 1.5 including screening, curing with all leads and lifts of water, scaffolding taxes and royalty all complete as per building specification and direction of E/l. (5.7.3 BCD)

Providing 1.5mm cement punning including curing, carriage of water with all leads and lift as per building specification and direction of E/I. (5.7.11 BCD)

Filling in foundation trenches or in plinth in layer not exceeding 150mm thick,well watered rammed fully compacted and fine dressed with earth obtained From excavation with lead of 50m and lift of 1.5m all completed as per direction of E/I(mode of measurement compacted volume) 5.1.7 BCD
