Supply, delivery, erection commissioning of 01no 9Mtr Octagonal High Mast Tower 6x150 watt LED light system with dual channel 24hr Twilight timer operation at Ashim Chatterjee house Udayan Pally at Ward02 under Konnagar Municipality

Supply of 9.0 Mtr. Octagonal in shaft shape, continuously tapered sections having dimensions and thickness as rcqd in the design made from high tensile steel conforming to BSEN 10025 gr. S 355, high Mast system tower with standard dimension of Bottom A/F 175 mm, Top A/F 90 mm, body sheet thickness of 3 mm, Baseplate (mm):300 X 300 X 16 (L X B X T), Foundation bolt cat, M24/750 X 4 with its accessories, Mast shaft shall be given in two sections, Hot dip galvanized and suitable for wind velocity as per IS:875/1987 part 3. lt shall also include accessories for High Mast including Head frame, inside wiring arrangement, loop box of lP-65 for o/g to luminaires on top mount on mast, [Pole Make; Galpol/ Utkarsh/ BPP after apvd. as per EIC with checking QA which is subject to approve by technical authority

Construction of suitable shallow reinforced foundations per standard design as per the manufacture with l:1½:3 cement concrete M-20 gr. for the High Mast considering the safe soil bearing capacity at site as 10T/sq. mtr. TMT Steel as Per IS (0.5% of CC volume and about said depth along with suitable dimension that conforms safe bear of High Mast with around height of 300 mm above ground, incl, all material and labour including the cost of one set 4 nos. of foundation nuts and bolts of 660mm made out of tor Steel M20 and installation at site with wiring complete in all respect i.e. entire satisfaction of Engineer-in Charge. This civil foundation work incl. for erection of 10 Mtr high mast tower by earth work in excavation of foundation trench approx. zone base of CC 500 X 500 X 800 mm & CC 500 X 500 X 300 mm faced up to base plate including removing soil and necessary trimming the side of trench levelling & dressing and around 1.5 sq m. soiling with Jhama picked bricks & M20 CC swallowed above soiling and under top foundation with 3x area of top foundation and 100mm depth complete as per modern engineering practice,

Erection of 9 mtr High Mast over the civil foundation bolts with help of Trolley fixed moving crane (5 Tone Capacity) and using other modern engineering practices along with luminaires installation to the end top ring bracket by suitable techniques and means incl, necy electrical connection In proper electrical system eg. socketing etc, complete (taking 2 work in one day)

Fixing only flood light fitting with suitable tie clamps and MS plate for mounting on pole/Tower or similar structure.

Dual channel Digital 24hr & Astronomical DIN ch. Timer System (for Energy Saving Special Cut-off system as ref. on comment Section***: Supply, fitting, fixing & connection of following materials switch gears list : (a) MNX12 Contractor = 2nos. (b) DP MCB Standard Rating & make Apvd by EIC = 2 Nos. (c) Time Switch (Digital) = 2 Nos. (Accessories make: L&T/ Legrand/Crabtree) etc all complete as per modern engineering practice.

Supplying of mainline cable power supply end to panel wiring cable incoming of 11KV gr. 4 core al. armoured 16sqmm (Make: Polycab/Havells/ Gloster/Finolex/KEI)with necy. Crimping sockets.

Laying of one No. cable upto 35 sqmm in under- ground trench 460mm wide x 760 mm average depth, with brick protection on the top of the cable with 8 (eight) Nos. bricks per metre, including filling the space between the brick & cable and also the trench with shifted soil, levelling up and restoring surface duly rammed

Supplying of 4 core 10 sqmm unarmoured CU. Cable trailing cable inside through the pole.

Earthing Installation – with pipe Electrode: Earthing with 50 mm (ISI-M) dia GI pipe 3.64 mm thick X 3.04 Mtrs. Long and 1 X a SWG GI (Hot Dip) wire (4 Mtrs. Long), 13 mm dia X 80 mm long GI bolts, double nuts, double washers incl. S & F 15 mm dia GI pipe protection (1 Mtr. Long) to be filled with bitumen partly under the ground level and partly above ground level driven to an average depth of 3.65 mtr. Below the ground level as below

Extra for providing masonery enclosure on the top of the earth electrode of overall size 86.36 cm X 46 cm depth (below ground level) complete with cement brick work (1: 6) of 25 cm width duly plastered with cement morter (inside) CI hinged inspection cover of size 36.56 ccm X 35.56 cm with locking arrangement, GI reducer including drilling of 46 nos 12 dia holes on the GI pipe.

Extra for treatment of soil by using salt & charcoal or coke for plate electrode

Soil Excavation for Earthing Excavation of soil for installation of Earth Electrode and filling & ramming for soft soil.

Equipment Earthing : (Through Pole top lighting arrester to ground and other ECC contacts Where required as per IE rules): Connecting the equipment body to earth busbar Including S&F 20 mm x 3 mm galvanised (Hot Dip) Ms flat on wall/floor with GI saddles as required and connection to equipment incl. drilling holes with bolts, nuts, washer etc.

S & F lighting conductor Ait-terminal made of 15 mm dia 1500 mm long or 20 mm dia 1000 mm long GI pipe (ISI Medium) having five prongs of 4 SWG GI (Hot Dip) wire at top with 85 mm dia 6 mm thick GI base plate at bottom incl. necessary holes etc. duly grouted on the top of the pole by suitable arrangement bolts screws etc. as per EIC.

Aviation Warning Light : SITC integral LED Aviation light comprising of aluminium housing with polycarbonate enclosure on the top of the pole by suitable means with necy. Connections etc. complete. [Make: Balaj, Model : BGAV 3O2 LED or similar eqlv as per EIC.

Supplying of marble plaque mentioning the work description and other details to be fixed by masonary means at the suitable place as directed by EIC.
