Item No 11:M & L for Providing precast cement concrete solid building blocks foundations, columns, plinth beam, lintel beam or tie of M-40 grade ( design mix concrete) as in string courses, copings, kneelers, apex stones, pier caps, columns, posts, boundary pillars, bed plates, pintle blocks, anchorage blocks, corbels, brackets, etc. (of any section indicated), with plain fair faces, including cham fers, weatherings, throating etc. and setting in cement mortar 1:4 complete with joints to match with MES Logo all complete as per IS 11447:1985 and as per approved drawings and Design mix as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Item No 12: M & L for Providing precast cement concrete solid building blocks or slabs M-35 grade ( design mix concrete) 10cm thick (with plain or interlocking joints as directed) setting in cement mortar 1:4, complete, in walls with MES Logo all complete as per IS 11447:1985 and as per approved drawings and Design mix as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Note for item no 11 & 12: (i) Drawing will supplied by the department during execution of work. (ii) Proper Lifting Accessories Slab, Including Transportation, Loading, Unloading & Stacking of Precast Elements Etc of Various thickness, Shape and Size of Different Concrete Grades Manufactured in Precast Plant with Approved Methodology Incl Moulds (Foundation Moulds, Coloumn Moulds, Solid Slab Moulds Etc.) (iii) Mixing and Placing of Concrete, Vibrating, Curing, Finishing, Yard Handling & Stacking all complete as per IS 11447:1985 and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge (iv) Cost of Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing Inserts will not be paid Separarely if any),

Item No 13: '-Ditto- but 5mm dia and over upto and including 10mm dia in strirrups spaces and binders complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 14: S&F Hand rails, half round or other stock section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled & countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors,balusters,nosing to steps including embeding in concrete & screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts; posts & struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., & similar work conforming to Fe 290-0 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 15: S&F grills, gratings, portions framed & hung as gates, with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks & similar work conforming to Fe 290-0 Gde E-165 as specified & directed.

Item No 16: S & F of 12-18 mm dia anchor rods,cut to lengths,bent to shape required and fiixed and inserted in the position all as shown in the drgs or as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Item No 17: Framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete conforming to Fe-290, (Gde E165) all as specified and directed.

Item No 18: S&F galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails strain- ing bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured) complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 19: M&L two coat of cement based paint on undecorated wall surfaces including priming plastered surfaces with alkali resistant priming paint complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 20: M & L applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint on steel & iron surfaces of any description, not otherwise, described, over 10cm width or girth including preparation of new surface & applying one coat of red oxide complete all as specified and directed.
