For superstructure in ground floor

Providing brick partition wall of 11.50 cm thick using best quality first class chamber burnt bricks of size 9” X 4 ½” X 3” in cement mortar 1:3 (One cement and three sand) including supply and fixing hoop iron reinforcement if considered necessary by the departmental officers as directed etc., complete complying with standard specifications. (The hoop reinforcement will be measured and paid separately). For Ground floor

Plastering of walls in cement mortar 1:3 (One cement and three sand) 20mm thick in all floors with water proofing compound at 2% by weight of cement and finishing neatly including provision of cement mortar bands and raised plastering for doorways wherever required and as directed without any extra claim complying with standard specifications.

Supply and fixing of UPVC mat finish with openable type window (45degree hinges) with extruded alu.section of the outer frame 38x33x21x1.90mm section 59x..x25x2.10mm with necessary accessories such as rubber beading best quality of lock handle and fixing 4mm thick. plain/frosted/pin headed glass L angles glassing including cost of all materials labour for electrical consumption required for fabrication drilling in RCC columns with power drill to the required extent and make good to the original condition scaffolding if any etc., completed and as directed by the departmental officers. The alu.frame section to be anodized with matt finish under electrically controlled condition in accordance with ISI 1868/1962 specification of anodic film thickness for all section all the materials should be approved by the Engineer,i/c., before use on works.

Providing aluminium louvered ventilator with new one of aluminium anodized natural colour matt finish louvered ventilator. The outer frame will be 63.50 X 38.10mm X 1.41mm @ 0.818 Kg/m and the louvers with moving arrangements will be made with aluminium channel of sizes 60 X 30 X 4mm @ 1.27 Kg/m 0with necessary glass panes for louvers 4mm thick aluminium “L” angles, screws, nails conveyances, scaffolding if any and power consumption charges required for fabrication wherever necessary with power drill to extent required and made good to the original condition after fixing etc. complete. The aluminium surface is to be anodized with matt finish under electrically controlled condition in accordance with ISI specification 1868 / 1962 of anodic film thickness for all sections. All the materials should be got approved by the Engineer,i/c., before fixing in position as directed.

Dadooing the walls with best quality glazed tiles of approved design, colour of size 30 cm X 45 cm over the base plastering of cement mortar 1:3 (One cement and three sand) 12mm thick and set in cement mortar 1:2 (One cement and two sand) and pointed with colour cement and finishing neatly as directed by the departmental officers., etc, complete complying with standard specification.

Flooring with the Kota Stone slab size 60 x 60 cms of 20 to 25mm thick laid over cement mortar 1:3 (One cement and three Sand) 20mm thick and pointing the joints to full depth of slabs with cement mortar 1:3 (One cement and three Sand) mixed with colour oxide including laying, finishing, polishing with machine polish, curing etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Manufacturing supplying and fixing of STEEL DOOR with following section. Outer frame 40 X 40 X 3mm Hollow steel special extruded section as at 3.28Kg/RM and shutter frame 40 X 40 X 3mm hollow steel special extruded section as at 3.28Kg/RM. Stiffeners with 32 X 6mm at 1.5 Kg/m MS flat is provided as the lock rail of the door and welded in fact on both ends to shutter frame. 18 gauge CR sheets of best quality is laid as panel is laid as panel in the shutters frames. 18X5mm at 0.7 Kg/m MS flat is welded over the 32X6mm at 1.50 Kg/m MS that on the rear side of the sand witching the CR sheet for rigidly. The rate is include cost of all materials, labour charges, transportation, taxes and all other incidental charges etc., complete.

Supplying and fixing flush door shutters of single leaf with skin type paneled door 32m thick made up of hard wood of approved quality including fixing necessary furniture fittings such as iron oxide MS hinges of 125mm x 30mm size 3 Nos., aluminium aldrop of size 250 x 16mm – 1 No. aluminium tower of size 250 x 12mm – 1 No. Aluminium tower bolt of size 200x12mm – 1 No., D type aluminium handle of size 125mm – 2 Nos. Aluminium door stopper / magnet catch 3” depth – 1 No. respectively, etc. complete complying with standard specification.

Supply and fixing country wood scantling (first quality wood) for frames of doors, windows, ventilators including labour charges for making, applying anti corrosive paint on the back sides of frame and fixing the frame in position, etc. complete complying with standard specification. (The wood have to be got approved by departmental Engineers before use on work).

Painting two coats of exterior emulsion paint over one coat of primer using best quality and approved colour of paint including cost of brushes, scaffolding charges etc. complete complying with standard specification. Paint, primer and colour have to be got approved by department Engineers.

Supplying and fixing MS iron grill for windows ventilators and grill gate etc., including one coat of red oxide primer using MS angle of size 40X40X6mm grill using 20X6mm MS flat and necessary hold fast with MS angle 40X40X6mm 23cm length splashed at end is to be provided at appropriate places for fixing the grill etc., complete complying with standard specification. The type design for the grills should be got approved by the departmental officers before execution.

Supply and fixing of PVC fly protective mesh for the windows. The alround mesh has to be provided with 1" welcro tape. The rate is for supplying, fixing the same to the windows as directed by the Engineer,i/c. etc., complete.

Removing the debris away from the site of work using lorry transport and dumped in the place approved by the municipal authorities and as directed by the Engineer,i/c., (The capacity of one lorry load should not be less than 2.83 M3)

Removing the existing damaged rain water pipe mouth and refixing with new specials and pipes grouting with cebex 100 in cement in the ratio of one bag of cement 250 gm of cebex. The rate is inclusive of all materials, labour, transportation charges etc.,

Applying of cebex 100 with suitable pre stressing grount admixture compiling with BS 8110 part-1, 1985 grouting must be carried out using a cement based grout, incorporating cebex 100 manufacture by Fosrac. For grout, marker or concrete with aggregate / cement ratio more than one use 4 x 225g units or 900g of cebex 100 per 100kg of cement. The rate includes all the required Fosrac materials, labour charges, grouting, drilling holes etc., complete as directed by the Engineer,i/c.,

Suspended ceiling with gypsum board ceiling tiles. Providing and fixing suspended false ceiling which includes providing and fixing G.I. perimeter channels of size 27mm, 0.5mm thick having one flange of 20mm and another flange of 30mm along with perimeter of the ceiling screw fixed to brick wall / partition with the help of nylon rawl plugs and screws and then suspending G.I. intermediate channels of size 45mm, 0.90mm thick with two flanges of 15mm each from the soffit at 1200mm centers with ceiling angle of width 25mm x 25mm x 0.50mm thick fixed to soffit with G.I. cleat and steel expansion fasteners. Ceiling of 51.5mm and two flanges of 26mm each with help of connecting clips and in direction perpendicular to the intermediate channel at 1000mm centres, 12.5mm square edge gypsum board is to be fixed to ceiling section with 25mm of screws at 230mm centres. Screw fixing is to be done mechanically either with screw driver (or) drilling machine with suitable attachment. The tapered and square edges of the boards are to be jointed and finished to flush with requisite jointing compound, paper, tapes and primer suitable for gypsum plaster boards. Light fittings and access panels are to be incorporated as part of the suspended ceiling and the integrity nature of the ceiling must be maintained. For accommodating the light fittings, appropriate cut outs have to be made with the frame perimeter channels of size 20mm x 27mm x 30mm x 0.5mm, supported suitably. The Gypsum plaster board be capable of finishing the face layer of the board are to be jointed and finishing the tapered and square edges of the boards with jointing compound, paper tapes and two coats of primer suitable for gypsum board.

Providing cornice of size 3” to ceiling by plaster of paris with fiber reinforcement. The rate including moulding charges and fixing charges. The pattern and design should be got approved by the Engineer,i/c., etc complete.
