M&L for repair of fire fighting hose cabinet box of size 0.8m x.6 m x 0.25mtr (L x W x H) made out of 3 mm thick MS sheet by repairing of broken hinges of cabinet door , replacement of broken door glass with 2 mm thick clear glass of size 45 cm 25 cm size ,repair of door oppen handle , locking arrangement , painting the inside and out side of the box with red colour synethetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide parimer including carried out of all minor plastering/cement /welding work if required at site complete all as specified and directed

S & F in replacement of Hydrant valve single headed of 63mm dia of size conforming to IS 5290 complete all as specified and directed

S & F in replacement of hose 15 mtr long 63 mm dia complete all as specified and directed

S & F in replacement of hose 20 mm dia and 15 mtr length conforming to IS 5132 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for painting of Fire fitting lines 80 mm dia with fire red paint after removing old paint from pipe & other steel section bracket & support clamps etc and inclusive of one over coart and one finishing coat of fire red paint complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying, laying, connected, testing and commissioning Cast Iron Non returned valve (NRV) 100 mm dia class 1.6 PN including all jointing materials complete with Rubber gaskit,Nuts and Boults etc. and taking down old unserviceable NRV Complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for proper numbering of fire alarm system and submission of drawing along with data sheet complete with loop details as per programming complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for repair and replacement of Branch pipe gun metal 63mm instantaneous inlet, made threaded outlet, 15mm bore nozzle short Complete all as specified and directed.

SOLAR HEATING SYSTEM Dismantling and taking down hot water tank 500 ltrs capacity from the tank stands after disconnecting of in inlet and outlet pipe lines and remove tanks from bldg roof complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, fixing and testing new pressurised hot water tanks of capacity 500 ltrs on same place of existing tank and connecting both outlet and inlet pipes complete in all respect for working satisfactorily complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for de-scaling of Flat type collector with suitable water softening agent or by circulating mild acidic solution through the collector pipes and drain out the scaling materials from the collector complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fix in repair Sub main wiring two run of 4 sqmm single core PVC insulated unsheathed cable single core multistranded copper conductor 1100 volts grade drawn through suitable size of PVC conduit and conduit accessories concealed on floor/wall/ surface on ceiling with suitable clamps/saddles including one run of 4 sqmm PVC insulated copper cable for continuous earth conductor connected to common earth dolly complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix, in repairs, Sacrificial Anode for better performance of Solar Water Heater complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for dismandling of 3 Phase induction motor of capacity upto 20 Hp and taking into workshop for rewinding the motor complete with change of Bearing , apply greasing , repairs to chain link, etc ., for proper functional of Motor for Hanger door movement complete all as specified and directed.

MT VEHICLES Washing and general inspection of TATA XENON, by cleaning the vehicle from outside with the help of soap/shampoo /car washing detergent completely by removing dust and dirt from under side of the vehicle. Cleaning the vehicle from inside with the help of suction pump removing dirt and dust from complete unit, cleaning of dash board with the help of suitable mild cleaning material complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Spare Parts, engine oil, gear oil, break oil, coolent etc which ever is required measured and paid separately.

Washing and general inspection of EICHER by cleaning the vehicle from outside with the help of soap/shampoo /car washing detergent completely by removing dust and dirt from under side of the vehicle. Cleaning the vehicle from inside with the help of suction pump removing dirt and dust from complete unit, cleaning of dash board with the help of suitable mild cleaning material complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Spare Parts, engine oil, gear oil, break oil, coolent etc which ever is required measured and paid separately.

Periodical servicing of vehicle EICHER as per manufacture instruction and attending faults on call basis for normal repairs in MT yard of AGE E/M / maintenance and servicing in reputed workshop as directed by Engr-in-Charge, including transportation of vehicle from MT Yard or where as unserviceable and transport back to MT Yard, replacement of defective parts, engine oil,gear oil,coolent etc attending faults of machanical/electrical nature work etc, tappet settings if required, cleaning and tightening of loose fastener and tune up the engine, greasing of bearings and alternator, checking of batteries, applying petroleum jelly to battery terminals, adding distilled water, checking the oil, coolent levels of vehicle complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Spare Parts, engine oil, Coolent etc which ever is required measured and paid separately as supply only being labour element is inclusive in the rate quoted.
