M & L for sub main wiring with four runs (3 Phase + 1 Neutral) of single core FRLS PVC insulated unsheathed 1100V grade multistranded copper conductor cable 6 Sqmm size including PVC conduit of suitable size fixed on wall incl one run of 6 Sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed copper conductor cable as earth wire complete all as specified.

M & L for Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate, electrode, 600x600x6.0 mm thick burried directly in ground (depth of earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below normal ground level) connected to GI wire 4 mm dia by means of nuts, bolts, & washers of GI as shown in electrical plate No. 5 of SSR Part-I Connected to earthing test point all as specified and including necessary earth pit PCC 1:3:6 chamber, be 50mm thick PCC 1:2:4 chamber cover with 6mm dia mild steel reinforcement of 10 cm c/c spacing both ways in lieu of CI cover , watering arrangement shall be made with GI pipe light grade of 20mm dia including funnel and protection to earth lead shall be provided with GI pipe light grade 15mm dia upto 7.5m from the earth plate electrode & refilling of soil etc including necessary excavation & earth work in any strata and PCC chamber all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge including demolishing existing earth pit and taking out old materials.

Supply, Laying and commisioning of LT Cable XLPE insulated heavy duty armoured sheathed 1100 volts grade 16 Sq mm, 4 core, with aluminium conductor, ISI marked as per IS : 7098(Part-1) complete laid in trenches / fixed on walls / ceilings of any description with necessary cable lugs / glands complete all as specified.

Excavation in trenches 1.5 Mtr wide and not exc 1.5 Mtr deep in hard/dense soil getting out and levelling of bottom surface to required level for laying UG cable complete all as specified and directed by Engr- in- charge.

Excavation in trenches 1.5 Mtr wide and not exc 1.5 Mtr deep in soft/disintegrated rock getting out and levelling of bottom surface to required level complete all as specified and directed by Engr- in- charge.

Supplying & Laying in trenches Clear Sand for cushioning under ground cable 8 cm below and 15 cm above complete in level all as specified.Note: Punned thickness only will be measured and paid.

Supplying & Laying un reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class LV, type 1, flat, size 250mm x 150mm x 40mm in trenches for protection of under ground cable complete all as specified.

Removing excavated material of soils from site to a distance not exc 50 mtr away and depositing where directed not exc 1.5mtr from the starting point.

Returning filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25cm thick.

Supply and laying GI tubing light grade 40mm dia for cable protection / fixing of pigmi lights etc complete all as directed by Engineer- in- Charge.
