Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiles including cement mortar bedding, but not backing, removing serviceable tiles and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile not exceeding 0.11sqm in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM (1:4) finished fair and even for laying floor finishes/ tiles etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles (300mm x 450mm, Make as approved by GE) on vertical surface such as skirtings/ dados, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match over and including 10mm thick backing coat in CM (1:3) finished even and fair complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster, any description on brick or stone walls, etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 25mm thick PCC (1:2:4), type B0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) as in sunken floor using liquid integral WPC @ 200 ML/50Kg of cement (WPC shall be measured and paid separately.) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar (1:4) finished even and smooth (without using extra cement) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only liquid integral water proofing admixture of make Pidilite or its equivalent complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 40mm thick cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 by using 20mm graded stone aggregate, as in padding, coping etc., laid to proper slope and gradient, using with water proofing liquid compound as per manufacturer instructions, finished even and fair without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Water proofing liquid compound shall be measured and paid separately under respective items.

M&L for provision of water proofing treatment by using APP torch on miniral/ slate finished membrrance over roof and vertical surfaces including preparation of surfaces and applying oil based bituminous primer coat @ 0.30 ltr per sqm on clean and dry surface and then providing APP membrane having non woven polyster film reinforcement with 3mm thick and weight not less than 3.00 kg/sqm and finished on top with mineral/slate finished torch on system laid with 100mm & 150mm over lap on side & end laps resepectively as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 20mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F cement concrete tiles size 25cm x 25cm x 22mm thick machine cut, pressed, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry with grey cement and pigments in floors and polished complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing water proofing treatment over cleaned roof surface with super thermo APP modified water proofing memberane comprising of the following for approachable roofs:- (a) Cleaning of plastered roof surfaces and applying a coat of bitumen primer @ 0.30 kg/Sqm on top of dry surface of finished cement mortar plaster. (b) One coat of hot blown bitumen of grade 85/25 @ 1.2kg /sqm shall be applied over primed surfaces. (c) One layer of APP based polymeric water proofing membrane of weight not less than 3 kg/Sqm consisting 3mm thick reinforced with polyster non wove fabric shall be unrolled surfaces with lap of 100mm and the over lap shall be sealed by flame.

Refixing of complete 250 & 500 Ltr PVC water tank on same position complete all as specified and directed.

Refixing old 15mm bore steel tubing and connections in new or old position (Walls, ceiling,floors, etc.) complete all as specified and directed.

Refixing old 20mm bore steel tubing and connections in new or old position (Walls, ceiling,floors, etc.) complete all as specified and directed.

Refixing old 25mm bore steel tubing and connections in new or old position (Walls, ceiling,floors, etc.) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Grouting in RCC wall/floor/roof through PVC nipples at a spacing of 45 to 60cm C/C including drilling injection points to a depth of 75-100mm, providing 10mm dia PVC nipples and pressure grouting using with and including cement mixed with plasticizing admixture like FOSROC (model CEBEX100) or PIDILTE (model 207 PIDICRET 8AM) @ 225gms/50kg of cement to fill up all capilaries/ voids/ honeycombing, nozzles to be sealed with the sealing with prssure of 2 to 4 Kg/sqcm and continued till refusal complete all as specified and directed. Note:- After ascertaining the location of leakage/ seepage/ dampness under relevant item shall be opereted of the required location.

M&L for 10mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM (1:3) mixed with water proofing compound on concrete roof surface finished fair and even to maintain the proper slope of roof surface etc complete all as specified and directed.
