Taking down/dismantling loose/damage concrete including plaster of any description and in any position from RCC structures like chajja, fins, roof ceiling,louvers, parapet, column, beam, and of lintel by hammering with wooden mallets carefully chipping off the old concrete surface with necessary scaffolding including cutting of rusted reinforcement if so required and disposal of old debris to outside the premises complete all as specified and as directed.

Cleaning the existing surface of concrete and reinforcements as obtained after execution of item No. 01 here in before by wire brush including scrapping & cleaning with emery paper or by air blasting or sand blasting incl foreign matrials , loose concrete/aggregate etc and washing down with water as required complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending lapping etc as required and welding with existing bar complete all as specified and as directed

Material and labour for mild steel TMT bars 6 to 8mm bar, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending, lapping etc as required and welding with existing bar complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for mild steel TMT deformed bar or twisted bars upto 10mm dia as in stirrups cut to lenth bent to shape required including cranking ,bending etc and lapping ,welding as directed to the existing one complete all as specified and as directed. Note for item No 3 to 5: Welding shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate item. Material and labour for welding in repairs n. exc 2.5cm in length and thickness of metal to be welded exc.6mm but n.exc. 9mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for welding in repairs exc 2.5cm but n.exc.5cm in length and thickness of metal to be welded exc.9mm but n.exc. 20mm all as specified and as directed.

Removing of concrete all around reinforcement including from behind the reinforcing bars to give an average 25mm (but not less than 15mm clear air gap)by manual methods (using wire brushing ,chiselling etc) and applying alkaline rust removing chemical followed by removing rust including from behind the reinforcing bars by emery paper and cleaning the area throughly by water and allow it to dry all as per manufacturer,s instruction to give it a totally rust free finished steel surface complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge ( Make : SIKA/FOSROC or any other equivalent as approved by GE ) upto 12 mm dia bar.

M & L for providing single coat of epoxy bond adhesive of prepared non metallic surface (existing surface) and applying by brush all as per manufactures instruction/specification. The bonding agent shall have minimum compressive strength of 40 N/Sqmm and complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. ( Make : SIKA/FOSROC or any other equivalent as approved by GE )

Supply and application of Epoxy Zinc rich primer on the prepared steel surface by brush the primer shall have a minimium specific gravity 1.75 minimum weight film thickness/coat 40 microns and minimum adhesive bond strength with steel is 1.5N/mm2 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge Make : SIKA/FOSROC or any other equivalent as approved by GE )

M & L for providing and inserting mild steel shear key bars/levelling gauges of required length and diameter in reinforced/plain concrete as per drawing and direction of engr-in-charge including power drilling holes of appropriate diameters to a minimum depth equal to 12 times the diameters of shear key bar/levelling gauge, cleaning the drilled holes of loose dust by blowing , insertion of epoxy from cartridge, placing the shear key bar in position and allowing it to stay undisturbed for 24 hours. Rate shall be include cost of labour, all materials, T&P for power drilling in concrete , epoxy cartridge, plastic nozzle etc, complete incl cleaning the drilled holes of loose dust by blowing air complete all as spd and dir by Engr-in-charge. 12 mm dia, 300mm long @ MS shear key of bar .(NOTE:- The projection length of shear key shall be more than 10 times its diameter plus half of the thickness of cover to concrete plus bend length Make : SIKA/FOSROC or any other equivalent as approved by GE )

Supply, mixing and application two component structural grade polymer modified reinstatement morter, where local spalling has taken place or shuttering is not possible. The morter can be applying in layers not exceeding 6mm thick in each layer in and upto any thickness in smaller vertical pockets and upto any thickness in horizontal applications. The mortar should have a minimium compressive strength 12N/mm2 in 1 day and 45N/mm2 in 28 days. Minimum flexural strength should be 8 N/mm2 in 28 days. A modified styrene butadience emulsion for use as a bonding aid and gauging liquid for cementious system to be mixed with cement slurry before the application of modified polymer mortar to be used @ 6 ltr/bag of cement. The bonding agent should have minimium compressive strength 24N/mm2. Minimum tensile strength 3.5N/mm2, minimium flexural strength 6.5N/mm2 complete all as spd and directed by the Engr-in-charge upto 25 mm average thickness. Make : SIKA/FOSROC or any other equivalent as approved by GE )

M & L for applying curing compound over concrete surfaces as per manufactures instruction complete all as spd and dir by Engr-in-charge Make : SIKA/FOSROC or any other equivalent as approved by GE )

Material and labour for providing reinforced cement concrete (1:1½: 3) type A0 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) mixed with integral water proofing liquid admixture as per manufactures instructions as in columns, pillars, piers, posts and struts complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No. 15 above but in beams, lintel, cantilevers.

All as per item No. 15 above but in slab, landing, balcony and similar items.

All as per item No. 15 above but in chajja, facia, railing and parapet. (Note for item No 15 to 19 : Integral water proofing liquid admixture shall be measured and paid separately).

Material and labour for 5 mm thick plastering in CM (1:3) on concrete surfaces as in sides of column, lintel, beam, chajja, facia, railing, RCC wardrobe etc including finish the surface even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed

Material and labour for rendering 05mm thick in cement mortar (1:3) on concrete surfaces in ceiling complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only integral water proofing liquid admixture for concrete and mortar. (Make :CONPLAST X421IC of Fosroc /SIKA No 1 of SIKA/equivalent brand of PIDILITE)

Material and labour for preparation of new plastered surfaces of wall and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No. 26 above but in ceiling. Make of lime for item Nos. 26 & 27:- Suryacem / Lovelycem / Birla white.

Material and labour for preparation of new plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of cement base paint , first quality,complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion, first quality, over a coat of alkali resistant primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for providing 40mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded aggregate as in floor, laid in bays,finished the surface even and smooth with using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed

Demolition of brickwork built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Materials and labour for brick work with brick class designation 75 old size brick, straight or curved on plan, exceeding 6m mean radius, built in cement mortar (1:6), complete as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for brick work with bricks class designation 75, old size, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls built in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed

Taking down existing course of roof treatment, scale, dirst etc. including raking out, hacking,scrubbing down with water, etc. complete all as specified and as directed .

Demolition of cement concrete in any description and in any position complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Cement concrete type B-1,1;2:4 (20 mm graded aggregate) mini 50 mm thick laid in slope as required, RCC roof complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for water proofing treatment with APP based standard membrane in non approchable roof with the following courses of treatment: (a) Apply bituminous primer (IS 3384) @ 0.40 Kg per Sqm of the surface area including cleaning the surface complete all as specified. Make: SIKA/STP/TIKITTAR DANOSA (b) Apply APP plastomeric bitumen based mineral finished water proofing membrane polyester reinforced (4 Kg/Sqm) with 10 cm overlaps and torch bonded at joints including surface preperation before and after application of treatmentn as per manufacturers instruction complete all as specified (Make of APP Membrane:SIKA/STP/TIKITTAR DANOSA

Cutting Chases , pinning in , making good to facing where required and pointing in CM 1:3 to ends or edges of landings , steps , cills , sunshades , shelves , lintels,parapet etc and cutting chases for grooving the felt, and the like,concealed water tubing or concealed conduit wiring etc and making good of cutting in brick wall n.exc 10 cm girth complete all as specified .
