P&F 1st quality Ceramic glazed wall tiles conforming to IS: 13753 of min. thickness5mm of approved make (Kajaria/Johnson) and colour / shades as required in skirting, risers of steps and Dados over 12mm thick bed of C: M 1:3 & jointing with Grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg/sqm including finishing the joints with white cement mixed with pigment to match the shade of the tile complete. Nothing extra on account of wastage shall be paid.

Providing and fixing of Ist Quality ceramic glazed floor tiles (Anti-skid) 400x400mm size conforming to IS 13755 (Kajaria/Johnson) of any colour as required/approved by the Engineer-in-charge laid on 20mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:4 including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigment complete. Nothing extra shall be paid for laying tiles where they are require to be cut. All works upto floor V level.

Removing dry/oil bound distemper /water proofing cement paint and like by scrapping, sand papering the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete.

Applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm of approved brand and manufacture on wall surface to give an even finish (Make JK/Birla)

Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on undecorated wall/ ceiling/slopping surfaces to give an even shade over and including a priming coat with distemper primer of approved brand and manufacture (Make Asian/Nerolac). All work upto floor V level. (two or more coats)

Providing and fixing of wire gauge 0.63mm dia on existing windows including cost of material, welding etc. complete. All work upto floor V level.

Supply, providing and fixing of mild steel sheet of thickness 3mm on existing doors of washroom including cost of material, welding, painting the same with ASIAN paint etc. complete. All work upto floor V level.

Providing and fixing IS: 3564 marked Aluminum die cast body tubular type universal hydraulic door closer, best make of approved quality embossed on the body, door weight upto 35 kg and door width upto 700 mm with necessary accessories and screws etc. complete.

Providing and fixing of 6 mm thick commercial ply of superior quality for almirah, including cost of material etc. complete.

Earth work in excavation in all kinds of soil in foundation trenches pits and bulk evacuation including stacking soil neatly away from the edges, filling back by the sides of foundations in plinth in 150mm thick layers, ramming, watering and consolidation complete including disposal of Surplus earth within University Campus/outside University Campus.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:5:10 ( 1 cement: 5 coarse sand: 10 grade crushed stone aggregate 40mm nominal sizes) in foundation and under flooring including machine mixing, finishing, consolidation, curing and form work complete
