Demolition above G.L. up to floor two level including disposed of unserviceable material with in 20 Mtr. Lead including cutting the necessary reinforcement and seperating out from RCC work.within all leads and lifts as per the direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer - in - Charge.

Providing and fixing anodized aluminium work for door, window, ventilators and partitions with extruded built transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS: 1868. (Minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15) fixed with rawl plugs and screws or with fixing clips, or with expansion hold fastners including necessary filling up of gaps at junctions, at Top, bottom and sides with required PVC/Neoprene felt etc.Aluminium sections shall be smooth, restfree,straight, mitred and jointed mechanically where ever required including cleat angle, aluminium snap beading for glazing/panelling C.P.brass/stainless steel screws. All complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing glazing in aluminium door, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc. with PVC/Neopdrens gasket etc. complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge (Cost of aluminium snap beading shall be paid in basic item). Glazing with glass panes of 4mm thickness (weight not less than 10.00kg/sqm.within all leads and lifts as per the direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer - In - Charge.

Providing and laying white glazed tiles 6 mm thick in skirting, risers of step & Dado laid on 12mm thick cement mortar 1:3(1cement:3sand) laid over and jointed with neat cement slurry finished with flush pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of required shade to match the shade of tiles complete.of aluminium snap beading shall be paid in basic item).within all leads and lifts as per the direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer - In - Charge.

Providing and fixing vitreous China wash basin with single hole for pillar tap with C.I. or M.S. brackets painted white including cutting holes and making good the same but excluding fittings:- Flat back. 630mmx 450mm.within all leads and lifts as per the direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer - in - Charge.

Providing and fixing exhaust fan of superior quality of verified make complete in all respects as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer- in -Charge.

Brick work using common burnt clay building bricks in super structure in CM1:6 within all leads and lifts

20 mm cement plaster in single coat 1:6 within all leads and lifts

White washing with lime on undercorated wall surfaces two coat to give &even shade i/c Thorougly brooming the surface to remove all dirt ,dust mortor&other foreign matter within all leads and lifts

Providing Wood work in frames of false ceiling partitions etc. and put-up in position (1st class Chil wood)within all leads and lifts as per the direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer - In - Charge.

Providing and fixing wooden plank ceiling with tongued and grooved jointing and wood screws (frame work and cover fillets to be measured and paid for separately) 1st class Kail wood 12 mm thick),within all leads and lifts as per the direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer - in - Charge.
