Providing and fixing aluminium extruded section body tubular type universal hydraulic door closer (having brand logo with ISi, IS : 3564, embossed on the body, door weight upto 36 kg to 80 kg and door width from 701 mm to 1000 mm), with double speed adjustment with necessary accessories and screws etc. complete. (As per DSR 9.84)

Providing and fixing 35mm thick phenol bounded factory manufactured solid flush door shutter ISI marked with both side commercial face in the existing chowkhat. The rate includes the cost of Alum hinges, all necessary Alum fittings and painting two coats over one coat of primer after preparation of surface (special quality) complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. 12 mm cement plaster of mix :1:6 (1 cement: 6 fine sand) (As per DSR 13.1.2)

Providing and fixing 4mm thick plain glass panes with beading when required over existing chowkhat or fixed shutter fixed portion of glazed shutter including the cost of nails, putty etc. complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.(NS)

Providing and fixing IRC welded mesh 30mm x 30mm in M.S. angle frame of 30x30x3mm and M.S. flat 20x5mm on the inner side including cost of cutting welding, fixing the complete frame in the exisitng brick / RCC structure with 3" long 8 nos. fasteneres including painting two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of metal primer complete in all respects and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge. Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level in all shapes and sizes in :Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) (As per DSR 6.4.2)

Providing and fixing of cupboard shutter consisting of 19mm thick commercial board with lipping all around and fixed with chowkhat frame with piano hinges and screws etc. and provide with Alum. handle (with base plate) and magnetic catcher. The board surface is to be painted with two coats of special quality synthetic enamel paint after primer coat and preparation of surface, complete frame is to be fixed with iron nails etc. complete in all respects and to the entire satisfaction ofthe Engineer in charge. Providing and fixing of cupboard shelves consisting of 19mm thick commercial board (ISI marked) phenol bonded fixed with hard wood battens and gutties including the cost of necessary lipping screws nails fevicol and two coats of special quality paint over one coat of primer after preparation of surface complete in all respect and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge. Taking out existing CC interlocking paver blocks from footpath/ central verge, including removal of rubbish etc., disposal of unserviceable material to the dumping ground, for which payment shall be made separately and stacking of serviceable material within 50 metre lead as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (As per DSR16.83)
