Scarifying or picking gravelled macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area not exceeding 400 sqm, depth exceeding 50mm and not exceeding 100mm and segregation materials stacking for reuse and remove from the site of work complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 100 mm thick (spread thickness) soling (or sub base) with broken boulders or quarried stone, inter stices filled, surface formed and rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber required using 8 to 12 tonne power mechanical road roller complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 150 mm thick (Compacted thickness) WBM with Granite, trap or Basalt, coarse aggregates of grading 2 (63 to 40mm size) or of grading 3 (50 to 20mm size), spread, rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber required using 8-12 tonne power road roller, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 75 mm thick (Compacted thickness) WBM with Granite, trap or Basalt, coarse aggregates of grading 2 (63 to 40mm size) or of grading 3 (50 to 20mm size), spread, rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber required using 8-12 tonne power road roller, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing unsurfaced / new water bound macadam(WBM) surfaces by brushing with Wire Brushes for removing Caked, Mud, etc., Sweeping with Brooms and finally Fanning the Cleaned Surface with Gunny Bags to remove all loose dirts, etc. and applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer of grade 10 Pack (VG-10) @ 10kg per 10 sqm over WBM surfaces, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for premix bituminous macadam using paving bitumen of grade 30 Pack (VG-30) @ 4% by weight of total mix laid / rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber with 8 to12 tonne power road roller and rolled to a uniform smooth surface (consolidated thickness 75 mm or less), complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparing existing black top road surface by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweepijng with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc. and applying evenly a priming / tack coat with bitumen primer using paving bitumen grade 10 Pack (VG-10) @ 5kg per 10 sqm, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 40 mm thick consolidated thickness bituminous premixed carpet with 0.54 Cu.m per 10 sqm of stone chipping and mixed with 29.20 kg per 10 sqm of binder using paving bitumen grade 30 Pack (VG-30) laid and rolled with 8 to 12 tonne power road roller and compacted to required camber and gradient to a smooth uniform surface, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for liquid seal coat by applying paving bitumen of grade 30 (VG-30) @ 9.8 kg per 10 Sqm blinded with 6.3 mm size stone chipping @ 0.09 cum per 10 Sqm and rolled to a uniformed smooth surface by 8 to 12 tonne power road roller, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for polythene film, black, 125micron laid in floors for damp proofing etc., complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete work in pavement/ hard-standing of flexural strength 40 kg/per square centimetre in field using 400 kg of cement per cubic metre, thickness of concrete 25 cm or less including necessary formwork, complete all as specified and directed.

Forming 20 mm thick expansion joints filled with pre-formed bituminous filler and top 30mm primed and sealed with sealing compound, Grade ‘B’ for 200mm thickness of concrete slab, complete all as specified and directed.

Forming Contraction (Dummy) joints 65mm deep x 10mm wide, filled with sealing compound (Grade 'B'), complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for, all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100 mm thick plain cement concrete(1:3:6), type C2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in flooring, plinth protection, hard standing, path etc including finish the surface rough to receive screed bed, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of 450mm dia. reinforced concrete pipes, class NP3, laid and jointed complete with collars, all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete (1:4:8) bed, type D2, (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) to drain pipes 450mm bore including packing under, and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips, complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, under groung cables etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil, all as specified and directed.

Removal of surplus excavated soils to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.50m above the starting point, complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm. in soft/loose soil, all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete (1:3:6), type C2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for pre-cast cement concrete block masonry (1:3:6), type C-1, (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) with solid blocks, exc. 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar (1:6), complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 20mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even and fair, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete (1:2:4), type B-0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregates) in coping, bed plates, parepet, plinth course including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for reinforced cement concrete M-25 (design mix) (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) in foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams; plinth beams; bases for columns, etc.; basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of PVC(SWR) pipe 110mm dia single socketed in any length laid in trenches or as in weep hole, all as specified and directed.

M&L for hand packing using broken stone or boulders (any thickness) at back of walls over arches etc. and raising (or lowering) to the required level, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation, complete all as specified and directed.

Rough excavation not exceeding 1.5 m deep and getting out in soft / loose soil, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for flush pointing to random rubble masonry, uncoursed or brought upto courses in cement mortar (1:4), complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 5mm dia and over upto and including 10mm dia in stirrups, spacers and binders, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips, all as specified and as directed.

M&L for reinforced cement concrete M-25 (design mix) (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) in beams, cantilevers, bressummers, lintels over 1.5m span, RCC band etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

Use and waste of timber formwork to faces of walls, retaining walls, abutments, parapets and staircase railings and similar work including attached pillasters, buttresses, etc.; vertical or to batter for rough finished flat surfaces of concrete, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of geosynthetic material 75mm dia as in weep holes cover, complete all as specified and directed.
