(c) Labour for removing old broken/ damaged rod of chair revolving/executive/computer and S&F new rod all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

(d) Labour for removing the torned/deshaped foam leather/ cloth tapestry for seat and back of chair revolving high back /executive/computer and S & F new rexine/cloth tapestry cover of approved quality to match the original complete all as specified and directed.

(g) Labour for removing unserviceable wheel base and S/F new wheel base steel 5 arms to chair revolving /executive/computer to match the original complete all as specified and as directed.

(h) Labour for removing unserviceable wheel base and S/F new PVC wheel base with 5 arms to chair revolving /executive/computer to match the original complete all as specified anbd as directed.

(i) S&F new moulded cushion seat for chair revolving to match the original complete all as specified and directed

(j) Labour for removing old/broken handles and S & F new handles complete in pairs for chair revolving /executive/computer to match the original complete all as specified and as directed.

(k) Dry cleaning of Chair revolving viz. Computer/Executive/Visitor with chemical wash after necessary dry vaccum cleaning complete all as specified and as directed.

(a) M&L for removing old unserviceable one piece PVC back & seat (Blow plast or equivalent) from chair and S&F new PVC back & seat with suitable nuts/screws all as specified and as directed

(b) M&L for removing old hand board and S&F new hand board of size 300 x 585mm made of 18mm thick pre laminated particle board with PVC edging screwed to 25mm dia hollow pipe all as specified and directed

(c) S&F PVC Shoe suitable to the chairs

(a) Supply and fix new 12mm thick glass top of approved colour duly polished all as specified and as directed

Labour for removing unserviceable lock for steel almirah large/medium /lockers steel 6/8 pers and S & F new locking device with duplicate keys approved make including replacing MS clamps of 6mm rod complete all as specified and as directed

Labour for removing unserviceable handle of almirah large/med/small steel and S&F new handle as to match with the existing all as specified and directed

Labour for welding to loose joints and scraping down old paint and applying putty to obtain even surfaces and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint white shade to Teapoy verandah all as specified and as directed.

M & L for legs of steel almirah medium/large made out with 18G MS sheet made to shape to match the original leg for almirah medium/large by welding including applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint of existing shade over one coat of red oxide primer to new leg and including removing unserviceable leg complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for the shelves of steel almirah Medium/large made out with 1mm thick MS Sheet made to shape to match the original shelf for steel almirah medium/large including applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint of existing shade over one coat of red oxide primer to new shelf and including removing unserviceable shelf complete all as specified and as directed.

Labour for removing the old broken glass and S&F new 5mm thick plain glass for door shutters of Book Case steel (FD - 90/1028)

(a) M& L for removing old keyboard tray and S&F new keyboard tray made out of 18mm thick prelaminated paricle board to match with the original as shown on drawing

(b) M & L for removing unserviceable front of lower drawer and S& F new front made of prelaminated particle board 18mm (made out of 450x350) with PVC edging and fitted with 100 mm CP handle of approved quality as to match with the existing all as specified and directed.

(c) M & L for removing unserviceable top of size 450x450 and S&F new top made of 18mm pre lamintaed particle board as to match with the existing all as specified and directed

(a) Removing existing unserviceable Seat of Chair CB steel with arm and S&F new Seat duly canned as per Godrej pattern and fixed with 4 mm dia bolts, 75mm long, 4 Nos in each seat complete all as specified and as directed.

(b) Removing existing unserviceable Back of chair CB steel with arm and S&F new Back duly canned as per Godrej pattern and fixed with 4 mm dia bolts, 75mm long, 4 Nos in each back complete all as specified and as directed.

(c) S&F flat iron 25 x 3mm or as per existing size for seat & back of chair CB steel with arm complete all as specified and as directed.

(a) Removing existing unserviceable Seat of chair CB steel without arm and S&F new Seat duly canned as per Godrej pattern and fixed with 4 mm dia bolts, 75mm long, 4 Nos in each seat complete all as specified and as directed.

(b) Removing existing unserviceable Back of chair CB steel without arm and S&F new Back duly canned as per Godrej pattern and fixed with 4 mm dia bolts, 75mm long, 4 Nos in each back complete all as specified and as directed.
