Supply of 11 kV 5 KN Composite or Polymeric Pin Insulator to CESC under buyback of 11kV GI PIN for ceramic Shell Insulators

b.The bidder should have an experience of at least 3 years in manufacturing of tendered material.Document to be uploaded: Bidder shall upload original/notarized copies of the Purchase Order (PO) and corresponding supply Certificates issued from KPTCL/ESCOMs/Govt. utilities of State/Electricity boards in India or Central Government undertakings by official not below the rank of Executive Engineer

c.The bidder should have supplied at least 80% of tendered material (40% with respect to Micro & Small Enterprises) in any one of the preceding three financial years (2 years for Micro & Small Enterprises) (2022-23, 2023-24 & 2024-25) or in current year to the ESCOM/KPTCL/Govt. Document to be uploaded: Original/notarized copies of Purchase Order (PO) and corresponding supply Certificates issued from KPTCL/ESCOMs/Govt. utilities of State/Electricity boards in India or Central Government undertakings by official not below the rank of Executive Engineer

d.The bidder shall have the capacity to manufacture and supply at least 25% of the tendered quantity per month.Document to be uploaded: Self-Declaration in this regard

i.The Annual Turnover of the bidder shall be at least 100% of the amount put to tender (50% with respect to Micro & Small Enterprises) in any one of the previous three financial years i.e., (2022-23, 2023-24 & 2024-25) (2 years for Micro & Small Enterprises i.e., 2023-24 & 2024-25). Copies of the audited annual accounts shall be uploaded

j.The liquid assets(Cash at Bank plus Term Deposits plus availability of fund based credit/OD facilities) of the bidder on or after the date of notification of tender, in any Nationalized/Scheduled Commercial Bank shall not be lesser than 25% of the amount put to tender.Document to be uploaded -Cash at Bank plus Term Deposits plus availability of credit facility/Overdraft shall be supported by a certificate issued by any Nationalized/ Scheduled Commercial Bank in the prescribed format uploaded.

a.The Bidder should be Manufacturer of the tendered material, holding MSME certificate issued by competent government authority indicating the same shall be uploaded.

e.The bidder should not be black listed and defaulted by any ESCOM/KPTCL/Govt. Utilities. Document to be uploaded: Self-Declaration in this regard

f.The bidder shall furnish the type test certificates for all the type tests mentioned in the technical specification conducted on 11 kV, 5 KN Composite/Polymeric Pin Insulator from CPRI/ERDA conforming to the provisions of IS/IEC & such test reports shall not be older than Five years from the date of bid opening. Documents to be uploaded: Type test certificates obtained from M/s CPRI/ERDA.

g.The bidder shall submit two samples of 11 kV, 5 KN Composite/Polymeric Pin Insulator as per the technical specifications of the tender before opening of the technical bid to the tender inviting authority. If the sample is not as per tender specification, the offer of such bidder will not be considered. Two samples of 11 kV, 5 KN Composite/Polymeric Pin Insulator as per the technical specifications, shall be submitted to the O/o GM, Procurement, CESC on or before last date of bid submission

h.The bidder shall upload GTPs, failing which the bid document is liable for rejection.Documents to be uploaded: Guaranteed Technical Particulars (GTP)
