Appointment of survey agency for mapping of the pipeline routes within JNPA land boundary to facilitate accurate land management

Supply of all manpower, materials, equipment for comprehensive topographic and as-built survey of common pipe rack corridor and all specified pipelines (per attached list) from JNPA liquid berths/jetties to tank farm estate: establish DGPS control network with GCPs (±5cm accuracy); trace horizontal/vertical alignments using Total Station/DGPS/laser scanning/GPR for buried sections; survey 10-30m corridor with centre lines at ≤50m intervals, cross-sections at bends/supports/crossings (20-50m spacing, 0.5m contours), elevations, diameters, features (valves/obstructions); coordinate with pipeline owners for route verification; produce deliverables including AutoCAD DWG/PDF as-builts (1:500 plans, 1:100 L-sections), GIS shapefiles/KML, 3D Revit/point cloud models (.LAS/.PLY), chainage tables (X,Y,Z coordinates, lengths, angles), accuracy certificates, photo logs/reports (3 hard sets + digital); pre-mark monuments; complete mobilization, site visits, two revision cycles per draft approval, compliant with JNPA specifications.
