Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 Mtr wide and not exc 1.5 Mtr deep in hard/dense soil getting out and levelling of bottom surface to required level for laying of UG cable complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 Mtr wide and not exc 1.5 Mtr deep in soft/disintegrated rock getting out and levelling of bottom surface to required level for laying of UG cable complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches by cutting of road crossing/PCC hard standing, under boundary wall for laying of pipe/cable including making good the existing surface with same finish to match the original finish complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in excavated earth work including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25cm thick in any strata complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated rock to a distance n.exc 50m, depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5M above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying & Laying in trenches raddled earth for cushioning under ground cable 8 cm below and 15 cm above complete in level all as specified. (punned thickness of sand will be measured and paid)

Supply and lay un-reinforced precast concrete cable covers, class EHV , type- I with peak, size 300mm x 180mm x 40mm, all as specified and directed.

S & F in trench/on wall in repairs GI tubing light grade for road crossing and cable protection of the following sizes as in repairs :-

(a) 80 mm dia

(b) 100 mm dia

M & L for graded coarse aggregate (broken stone or boulders) of size 40 mm in sub - station yard for laying complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs Galvanaised Iron cross arms channel, bracing, support, clamps etc fabricated structured steel, sections, including nuts, bolts, washers etc and cutting to required length beat to any shape drilling holes, fixed on poles or jointed by means of elect welding complete incl painting with 2 coats of aluminum paint over a coat of red oxide primer after preparation of surfaces incl taking down / dismantling the old items complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Lay , testing and commissioning XLPE cable , PVC insulated, screened PVC bedded galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electric power cable, heavy duty with aluminium conductor 11000 Volts grade (earthed), 3 core 120 sqmm laid in trenches/floor/duct/fixed on poles/through GI tubing in different locations / areas complete all as specified and directed.

Ditto all as per item No 11 here in before but of cable size 3 core 150 sqmm complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs cable jointing kit for 11KV grade cable for Indoor termination heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured Aluminium conductor cable of size 50 to 95 sqmm complete all as specified and directed.

Ditto all as per item No 13 here in before but of size 3 core 120 to 185 sqmm complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs cable jointing kit for 11KV grade cable for Outdoor termination heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured Aluminium conductor cable of size 50 to 95 sqmm.

Ditto all as per item No 17 here in before but of size 3 core 120 to 185 sqmm complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs of Plates (plain or chequered) channels, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, without any attachment cut to required shape and size for cable duct or any other description complete all as directed.

Supply , fixing and testing of CT 11 KV capacity 200-100/5-5Amps for indoor VCB (set of three ) complete all as specified and as directed . Note ;- supply of CT set match with existing make and capacity of site .

M & L for PVC insulated unarmoured heavy duty electric cable with copper conductor 1100 V grade with cross section area 4 Core 4 Sqmm all as direcetd.

M & L for servicing of 11KV VCB/bus coupler at various locations/ sub stations, dismantling, cleaning, greasing the complete VCB with attached relays, bus bar etc, insulation testing, setting the contact gap by measuring as required, reassembling the VCB and reinstalling back to its original position checking repairsing the current, circuit panel wiring, relay testing of CT's and provision of minor spares as required complete including operational testing and commissoning all as directed. Note :- New major spare parts will be measured and paid under Sch A item No 23 (i) to (xi)

M&L for replacement of the following for HT VCB 11 KV 400 A 25 KA 250MVA Make: sample as approved by GE and all as directed including dismantling old unserviceable one.

i) Closing coil 30V DC

ii) Tripping coil 30V DC

iv) LED type indicator lamp assembly ( red ,yelow,below)

M & L for carrying out primary injection test of 11 KV indoor type current transformer (Set of three) of VCB's by using standard injection test method and checking the electrical circuits for fault condition and proper functioning incl submitting the test report all as directed by engr in charge.

Dismantling old and burnt out PT unit 11000/110 volts draw out type epoxy resin cast type taking out contact with lead and bushing from the bus bar and PT, replacing by new one of same model suitable for 11 KV /110 V grade PT unit and re-installation and testing on completion all as directed .

Dismantling old and UNSV power pack unit 230 volts AC input and 30 volts DC out put for VCB Panel from the site, replacement of UNSV burnt outpower pack unit with new one if required incl testing on installation complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

S & F in repairs for epoxy insulator suitable for 11 KV reel type inside HT feeder pillar box outdoor type including replacement of new nut, bolt and washer on bus bar and base complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for EHV grade insulating transformer oil. Make :- Power Oil or equivalent complete all as specified and directed.

Filteration of insulating oil with high pressure vaccum filteration plant, after filtration attains BDV upto 60 KV for Transformer, OCB and MOCB complete all as specified.

S & F in repairs strip type heater 200 watt approx 4"/6" in length complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only fiber glass discharge rod in three sections and aluminium head with complete accessories suitable for 11 KV of 20 feet height.

S & F in repairs sealed maintenance free battery 2 Volts 100 Amps for UPS supply incl necessary connections complete all as directed.

M & L for taking out the MS duct cover from the cable duct chamber disconnecting the haphazardly laid serviceable HT UG cable of 3 core of 70 to 150 Sq mm from VCB/Any description taking out from cable trenches / ducts and straighten and laying in proper layers incl provn of new identification tags for each cables and connecting back to its original position incl cleaning the cable ducts all as directed.

S & F in repairs for Breather unit with superior quality blue colour silica jel, to maintain the exact value of grade for transformer of capacity 100 KVA to 150 KVA, including taking down unserviceable complete all as specified.

Servicing and repairing/ carrying out maintenance of 11KV/433V transformer including the following works upto 250 KVA capacity (a) Removing from platform and disconnecting electrical connection from HT and LT side including transporting the transformer to work shop. (b) Dismantling the transformer, drain out transformer oil, lift the cover,coil assembly keep up the assembly in oven upto the preparation of inside chambers by cleaning inside, scraping complete all around old parts of the transformer. (c) M & L for two coats of oil resistance painting internal (inside transformer) over a coat of red oxide primer. (d) Cleaning the core iron sheet laminations asssembly by oil complete,removing the carbon sediments, dust in the coil and core gently without making any damage to coil and core. (e) Re-assembling all dismantled parts including provision of new gasket ,nut,bolts,refilling with transformer oil and transporting back to original location including elecric conection testing and commissioning complete. (f) Necessary plate work incuding welding for preventing oil leakage if any. Note :- i) Oil filtration,supply of new oil will be measured separately. (ii) All petty parts including nut, bolts, gasket minor weldings are deemed to be included the rate quoted (iii) The rate for transport and lifting of transformer by crane should be deemed to be included in the rate quoted.

M & L for rewinding of transformer,including dismantling,drain out transformer oil and removing the core coil assembly from transformer remove the weak /unserviceable HT coil assembly rewinding with correct gauge super enamelled copper wire including drying,baking etc complete and remove the secondary coil assembly remove the insulation rewind with fresh coil and re-insulated. Assembling the primary and secondary coil in core, re-assembling the transformer complete refill with transformer oil, install, test and commissioning complete of following capacity all as specified and as directed.

(a) Transformer upto 250 KVA Capacity

(b) Transformer 315 KVA to 500 KVA Capacity

(c) Transformer 630 KVA to 1000 KVA Capacity

All as per item No. 51 here in before, but for 430 V LT side limbs for following capacities :-

(a) Transformer upto 250 KVA Capacity

(b) Transformer 315 KVA to 500 KVA Capacity

(c) Transformer 630 KVA to 1000 KVA Capacity

(d)Notes for Item Sl Nos. 51 & 52 : (i) Additional oil required for top up of transformer after filteration shall be measured and paid for separately. (ii) Rewinding of limb shall be carried out only after the inspection of Transformer by the Departmental authority at Authorized maintenance work shop. (iii) Cost for transportation and lifting of Transformer shall be measured and paid separately.

M & L for Transportation and lifting of Transformer 11KV/433V of capacity upto 500 KVA including loading and unloading by suitable capacity crane to workshop for repair as per SI Item Nos 48, 49&50 above in a load carrier vehicle from Electrical installations at INS Hansa area to workshop and returning back to site at its existing installation place complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item no 53 here in before but for transformer 11KV/433 V of capacity above 500 KVA to upto 1000 KVA complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fill new silica jel, superior quality in the breather unit of transformer from 100 KVA upto 500 KVA incl taking out the old unserviceable one complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking out the old HT 11 KV UG serviceable cable of 3 core 95/120 Sq mm from trenches/ floors/ walls and relaying/diversion/jointing the same in the new trenches/new location as directed and connecting all as directed

M & L for removing vegitation, grass, scrubs and bushes growing in Sub station yard along with fancing by mannually / mechanically and keep the sub station yard neat and clean complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Unit rate quoted deemed to include to keep the installation neat and clean through out the period of contract and each cleaning will be measured and paid separately.

M & L for Cutting and trimming of tree branches 3 mtr all around of any size which is obstructing illumination of street light and touching LT / HT Over head line by using required tools and plants incl removing trimmed tree branches. (Note : Each cleaning will be measured and paid separetely)

Carry out Material/machineries labour for foult finding of 11 KV HT under ground cable of length up to 1.5 KM in case of cable fault such as short circuit/burn out/earth foult etc including carryout necessary hypot test by injection high voltage up to 50 KV complete all as specified and as directed.(Note-Finding the route of HT cable with help of route locator is inclusive in the quoted rate)

Servicing and repairing / carrying out maintenance RMU of any make and capacity as and when required complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Servicing and repairing / carrying out maintenance of 1100V grade servo voltage sabilizer of any make and capacity complete all as specified and as directed.

Servicing and repairing / carrying out maintenance of 1100V grade isolation transformer 200 to 630 KVA of any make and capacity complete all as specified and as directed.

Servicing and repairing / carrying out maintenance of ACB of LT Panal board of any make and capacity complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour in Providing reinforced cement concrete type B-l, 1:2:4 (20 mm graded aggregate) in precast posts, fencing posts, straining or terminal posts, struts etc. for fencing, average sectional area n exc 100 sq. cm, with or without chamfered angles and flat, splayed, rounded or mitred tops complete all as specified and as directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provission of binding wire complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F MS Galvanised Chain link fencing mesh made out of 2.5mm dia wire size and 3' cell size fixed around with the support of rcc pillar/Gi poles/chanels etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying or fixing or passing through pipe, 1100 volts grade heavy duty solid conductor 3 core cable with PVC insulated aluminium conductor served with an inner sheathing of PVC tape armoured with galvanised steel wire or tape and overall PVC sheathed 4 sq. mm nominal cross section in service connections complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Earthing complete with copper earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x 3.15 mm thick buried directly in ground earth pit not less than 2.25mtr deep below normal ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level connected to copper strip size 20 x 3 mm thick by mean of nuts/bolts, check nuts and washers of brass as shown in electrical plate No. 5 of SSR part-I including necessary excavation and earth work, GI Pipe 15 mm bore light grade for watering with Funnel, wire mesh and protection to earthing strip shall be provided with GI pipe light grade 32 mm dia up to 7.5 mtr from the earth plate electrode and refilling of soil including adequate quantity of charcoal dust and common salt etc & earth work in any strata, PCC pit chamber in cement mortar 1:3:6 type C-2 with 40 mm thick Precast RCC cover slab 1:2:4 type B with 8 mm dia TMT bar and handle with lifting hooks including testing any type complete all as specified and as directed.
