Taking down MCCB and change over switch by disconnecting all connections very carefully of any size and capacity and ,complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement MCCB TPN 415 volts with thermal magnetic release 50 Hz 500 Amps with breaking capacity 36 KA ,complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement MCCB 4 Pole 415 volts 400 Amps 50 Hz Adjustable type, with breaking capacity 36 KA ,complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement MCCB TPN 415 volts 250 Amps 50 Hz Adjustable type, with breaking capacity 25 KA ,complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement MCCB TPN 415 volts 160 Amps 50 Hz Adjustable type, with breaking capacity 25 KA ,complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down XLPE cable and high mast cable from any height of pole and removing the materials from site and making good the disturbed surfaces etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply,laying,jointing,testing and commissioning XLPE insulated,armoured,heavy duty, LT UG cable with aluminium conductor,1100 volts grade cross sectional area 16 sqmm 4 core connected with aluminium lugs connected by cramping tools complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Excavation and earth work will be measured and paid separately.

Supply,laying,jointing,testing and commissioning XLPE insulated,armoured,heavy duty, LT UG cable with aluminium conductor,1100 volts grade cross sectional area 25 sqmm 4 core connected with aluminium lugs connected by cramping tools complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Excavation and earth work will be measured and paid separately.

All as per Srl items No.8 here-in-before but of size 50 sqmm x 3.5 core ,complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying burnt bricks old size sub class-B laid in trenches for cable protection with length of brick perpendicular to length of cable complete all as specified and directed.

Removing surplus excavated material not exc 50 mtrs and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for trenchless boring under road crossings/foot paths by manual / Boring machine complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of 50 mm bore GI pipe light grade fixed on pole /trenches/wall/road crossing etc complete with clamp nut bolt etc all as specified and directed.

Taking down outdoor type LT Panel with by disconnecting all connections very carefully with necessary switchgear deposit to MES store complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and installation outdoor type loop in loop out junction box totally enclosed double door weather and vermin proof, suitably ventilated, 440 Volts, 50 HZ,AC supply, fully compartamentalised cubical type made out of 3 mm thick CRCA sheet steel and powder coating including suitable angle iron/flat iron frame work/supports, excavation and earth work, PCC foundation etc, including 4 Nos copper bus bar of 200 Amps with indicating lamps of R,Y,B and MCCB TPN, 415 volt adjustable type, 100 Amps with breaking capacity 25 KA- 01 No at incoming side complete all as directed.

M &L for GI Earthing complete with GI earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x6 mm buried directly in ground verticvally to size of earth pit not less than 0.90x 0.90 x 2.25 mtr below ground level with top edge of the plate at a depth not less than 1.5 mtr below ground level, earth plate connected to galvanised earth strip of size 32 x 6 mm, 7.5 mtr long (Min) by means of brazing nuts, bolts, check nuts, & washers ,testing of completion (drawn in earth strip protection pipe light gade GI of size 40 mm dia) by means brazing at both edges with vertical plane of electrode all as shown in plate No 3 of SSR Part - I filling with charcoal dust , and common salt , including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil ,perforated watering pipeof size 15 mm dia,funnel with wire mesh,earth strip protection pipe light grade PCC chamber 1:3:6 type C1 (for even finish on both the faces) and RCC cover 1:2:4 Type B1,450 x450 x50 mm thick with 6 mm dia CTD bars 150 mm c/c with 2 Nos of handles of 10 mm dia steel rod all as specified and directed and testing on completion and connected to equipment with lugs and screw nuts etc all as specified and directed. Note : (i) 7.5 RM GI earth wire deemed to be included in quoted rates beyond 7.5 RM wire shall be measured and paid separately. (ii) Earth resistance of earth pit should be not more than 02 Ohms on testing after completion if the desired earth resistance is not obtained the earthing will be redone at no extra cost. (iii) Rate quoted by the tenderer is deemed to included salt & Charcoal upto & above 450 mm (Min) top of GI Plate.

S&F GI earth strip (32x6) mm strip with and including necessary clamps, nut bolts laid in ground complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and depth beyond the first 1.5 mtr for foundation etc. or for shafts, well, cesspits, mainholes etc. in any type of soil for foundation and getting out and levelling of bottom surface to required level ,complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying unreinforced precast cement concrete cable covers, Class LV, Type-1, with peak, size 250 mm x 150 mm x 40 mm conforming the IS in trenches for cable protection ,complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggaregate in kerbs/coping /bed plates and like including weathering slightly rounded or chamfered complete with necessary use and waste fo form work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:4:8) type D2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate in foundation mass concrete and filling including weathering slightly rounded or chamfered complete with necessary use and waste fo form work complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and installation bus bar chamber factory made (CPRI approvedd) front opeing out door type of size 1.2mx1.2mx0.75m made out of CRCA mild steel surface treated with insulated material polyster or with epoxy phosphatised powder incl. suitale size of copper busbar TPN including porcelain insulator post type braced/ welder with 50 mm angle iron on 4 side and grounted in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed Note : Two Nos danger notice board of size as per IS shall be provided and cost thereof shall be included in quoted rate

S&F in repair polycarbonate junction loop in / loop out box of internal size 250 x 210 x 115mm made out of FRP (Hot moulded type) with weather proof canopy and locking screws alongwith 5/6 Amps MCB-01 No, 15 Amps rated 3 pole connector - 01 Nos, neutral link mounted and Din rail suitable size for mounting MCB/Connector complete in the box, duly fixed to steel tubular/ PCC pole using 25 x 3mm FI clamp with suitable gland and lugs for connecting cable including taking down old one complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix 1.5 Sqmm, single core Two runs PVC insulated and unsheathed FR cable 1100 Volts grade with multistranded copper conductor and one run of 1.5 Sqmm cable for common earth dolly drawn through heavy duty PVC conduit for street light pole including connection from kiosk box to street light fittings complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of ACSR conductor from HT OH lines any size all as directed.

Dismantling of LT insulator any type any capacity all as directed.

Dismantling cross- arms of MS ,channel or angle sections & Earth Wire etc complete all as specified and directed.
